  • It's time to go back to information I sent you and go through the installation program.
  • You can also use the HP connection manager to help you get the job done.

  Here is the Connection Manager software.  Download and install it.  Your computer already has the software, it's going to tell if the package will install...

  • Then look in your taskbar for your Connection Manager icon and
  • Double-click to start

  Click on 'Hp connection manager' when you see it in the start list

  I really need HELP! I received the nugel.exe virus on my laptop. I have Windows XP and I was reading how to remove it. They told me to go to click on the Start button in it, then click on run. type msconfig and on the Startup tab, uncheck everything that ends with TSSD. Well, none of which ended in TSSD was there, so I was told everything that had an UNKNOWN manufacturer in buttons SERVICES and STARTUP uncheck. I restarted my computer and the NELSON was always there.  Then suddenly my computer shut down on its own and restarted with a screen that says now "Windows didn't start because the following file is missing or corrupt: \system32\hal.dll .» Please reinstall a copy of the above file. "Does anyone know how to do this? I feel that I've dealt with the virus stupid for days and I'm going crazy! Can someone please help me solve what I did wrong? PLEASE, I BEG YOU!

  Looks like you have made incorrect changes in system configuration utility.

  See the Microsoft articles below to solve the problem by installing the recovery console and use the Bootcfg.exe tool to rebuild the Boot.ini file.

  You can extend the activation period of 30 days by running slmgr /rearm since the Admin command prompt.

  Then take a picture of your COA sticker with your phone, blow as large as possible to try to detect all the characters input for Activation.  You can also use a magnifying glass.

  If you can not use the key to product then you will need to either the order of the restoration of the factory of the manufacturer of your PC media, or if you have a C:\windows.old folder you can try to reinstall the factory to SLP activation file.  However we do not support this so you will need to search on your own.

  Hello all - would really appreciate some help with this problem as it did my headache for the last two weeks.

• Cannot display help file first 10 items or export

  I have just upgradef of the first Elements 7 for the first 10 elements. I am unable, but to display help files and I also cannot export my video ('export' is grayed out). When I click on help (and alos F1), all I get is a license agreement for Adobe Air. When I agree to that, the window closes and nothing happens. Help!

  I've been busy and am just getting back to this thread. The problem has just been solved and it was caused by Adobe Air.

  (Caution - I won't get into a mug shot!) After dealing with this during so long, I contacted Adobe Technical Support only to be connected to someone in INDIA (I find REALLY CHOQUANT that Americans are not engaged to provide technical support). As is typical during the call to INDIA, it takes about 3 or 4 times more than if an American provides technical support. I had to constantly ask the guy to repeat that I could not go beyond his accent. Practically, he wanted uninstall me everything (I did NOT)-including programs that I don't have on my system!

  Finally, after being placed on hold, it had me create another user account, and then open first items 10 by using the new account. And the help files have worked. Then the guy tried to make me download help files in pdf format (which means that they are not accessible from the program to the regular account. The clown then tried to tell me that "they would still be accessible anytime I wanted to see ' (so much for the argument that placing on the Internet help files allows to guarantee that you have the latest information). This idea, of course, was absurd.

  In the meantime, I had connected to my computer - using my regular account, opens first 10 Elements, and surprise, surprise - help files now appear. Thus, the solution to this problem (at least for me) was the following:

  1. uninstall Adobe Air (uninstalling, then reinstalling, in itself, does NOT solve the problem).

  2. create a new user account on your computer at home,

  3. open Premiere Elements in the new account,

  4. see if the help file appears,

  5. close the session, then back to your regular account,.

  6. open Premiere Elements, and check to see if the help files see toward the top (mine did).

  7. uninstall the new user account

  Yet once, simply uninstall Adobe Air, restarting the computer and open Adobe Premiere of your regular account does NOT solve the problem.

  Finally, the problem is now resolved. I remains VERY IRRITATED at the refusal of Adobe to hire Americans and let their customers to waddle through the nightmare of outsourcing in India.

• Printing from a help file

  Hi all!

  I've been looking for these forums and click on links for a few hours now and have not been able to find what I'm looking for. If this topic already exists, my apologies for the double! Also, I'm a user-ish to RoboHelp. Have never really received any training, I just usually figure things out by trial and error and by browsing the forums here. So if I give you useless information, hang on! I want to just make sure that I give all the necessary information about this. Too... and the most exciting... I come from the rest of the week! Weekend in five days here I come! So I won't be able to add anything or answer questions until Tuesday!

  I work in RoboHelp HTML 6. (I think that version 099, if it matters.) I created a help file which we loaded on our website of the company. When you create the file to upload to the site, I used WebHelp under single Source Layouts. Everything works beautifully, but now some customers want to be able to print each module individually. I created Documents to print for each single module under Layouts of Source and I read on the buttons to link to who so customers can print them but I can not understand how to put the 'button' in the homepage of each module so that the customer can print. Or if they use the button print on their browser, how to combine the Documentation Print this page. (Printed documentation is in PDF format).

  So what don't understand me? How can I associate documentation printed page in the help document online for customers to use?

  Here's how you do it. First, you add your printed documents to the list of files of luggage. Just to right click the nickname baggage file and add the file. After you do this, you are able to create links between the themes of the record of luggage. Just insert a text or an image, then select it and drag the file of baggage in the luggage to the selected text files box.

  Really can't be much simpler than that, right?

• Safari opens the help file for Messages of the application in opening

  I hope someone can help, it's driving me crazy!

  Everytime I open Safari after the reboot, a page opens with the 'Ayuda de messages' text and nothing else. The address in the address bar is ces/es.lproj/index.html file:///Applications/Messages.app/Contents/Resources/iChat.help/Contents/Resour pointing to a help file in the Messages application. I opened the package and I tried to delete this file as an experiment, but he says that it is a system file and cannot be deleted.

  Try it this way...

  With Safari open, in the Safari menu bar click help > Safari help

  See it to load for you.

• Digital Photo Professional - where is the HELP file?

  I'm curious.  I'm the only person who has installed the DPP4 and not get a HELP file?  Nobody else seems to have the same complaint.  When I click on 'Help' in the menu, there is only one choice, "by the way".  Good thing I used DPP3.

• HP 6700 Assistant what function the printer option? Looking for a help file.

  I just istalled an Office jet 6700, one of the shortcuts on my desktop is labeled HP Officejet 6700.

  When I click it I get four options, HP Printer Wizard, set preferences, see what's printing and customize your printer.

  Outside the HP printer assistant, they do what they say.

  I click the button Wizard from the printer and nothing happens, but I think I need the Printer Wizard to access the help file.

  My Panel said aid has been loaded, but I can't seem to find it.

  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the device three times now.

  One of the ideas please?

  Then install the latest version below, be sure not to use the original CD that include older software:

  As I thought about it, it seems that it would be necessary to use movie maker, or some other utility.

  I can see where using a camera may be necessary, but many of the films simply appear as if they were actually an animated screen capture. Or some kind of movie as activity of what is happening directly on/in from the screen.

  Anyone knows how this is done? The help files that describe the processes and programs/tools required to make these?

  Camtasia Studio... but it's a bit expensive, then you might find the
  free Windows Media Encoder to be a good place to start.
