    Hi MMBleakley,

1 do you receive the error message only when you try to install this program?

    Method 1:

Right-click on the installation files and select run as administrator to install the program.

    Method 2:

Alternatively, you can try to run a disk cleanup to remove unwanted files and check if the problem persists.

    Delete files using disk cleanup

For more information, please see the following link:

    http://TechNet.Microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc978735.aspx

    Method 3:

If you're still having problems, try to perform a clean boot, and then install the program.

A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts. You can check the link below for how to put the computer in a clean boot.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135
Note: After installing the program, see the section on boot link to how to restore your computer to a Normal startup mode.

    Hope this information is useful.

    Hi Richard hartwell,.

Could you tell what antivirus software you have installed on your Windows XP machine?

The problem occurs because of a software antivirus installed on your Windows XP computer.

See article Knowledge Base MicrosoftAntivirus software may Cause Event ID 2011 for a likely solution, specifying a value of IRPStackSize 15 on the Windows XP computer.

As a test, you can consider disabling the security software on your Windows 7 machine as well.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/turn-Windows-Firewall-on-or-off

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/disable-antivirus-software

Note: Allow all security software after the trial.

  • Why I see Runtime Error R6016-not enough space for thread data?

All of a sudden when I try to launch Google Chrome, I get "error R6016-not enough space for thread data? ' like Chrome stops. Plenty of hard disk, disk defragmented, no viruses or malware. Never seen this message before.

Just FYI, running sfc/scannow won't help, but it will waste your time and you will not be able to determine which file is causing the problem because...

When sfc/scannow runs successfully, you will see a start and complete message in the Event Viewer log system.

It can take a long time to run and slow down your system.  When it starts and stops correctly you can only see events like this in the case where the system log viewer:

    Event type: Information
    Event source: Windows File Protection
    Event category: no
    Event ID: 64016
Analysis of file File Protection Windows has been started.

    Event type: Information
    Event source: Windows File Protection
    Event category: no
    Event ID: 64017
Windows File Protection file analysis completed successfully.

There is no information about what he did or what he did not.

Even if sfc/scannow finds something to do, you will not know about it.

That's why try again more than a waste of time.

  • Windows 7 says that my drive is not enough space - when it is almost empty.

I've been moving files from one disk of 1 TB on an empty 2 TB drive. So far, I moved on 200 GB on 2 TB drive. Twice today for moving groups of files that were 3 to 10 GB, my machine was told that he was not "enough space" on the reader target when there was, indeed, 1.6 TB of space empty remaining. After clicking on the 'try' new 'button' about 15 or 20 times, the machine is softened and allows me to move the files.

The target disk is new and has no bad sectors and on which I run chkdsk today.  I never saw this problem in Windows XP.

Taking into account the comment of Joel, what it has always been faster use copy it / stick and then delete the old file that order, use the command move.

  • Omen 870-040na w3d62eahabu: message of disk space when you try to upload pictures in the pictures folder

I have a new HP Omen 870-040na produces no w3d62eahabu and tries to use it to download my portable hard disk images in the images folder.  However, I get an error message saying there is not enough space for the images that I copy.   I'm not an expert in computers, but believed that this computer has 2 TB of storage.  So why do I get a message like this?

    Hey!

Thanks for getting back to me. I totally understand! The purchase of new products, get to know them, their customization and juggling with them can be a lot of fun, but sometimes it can be frustrating.

It seems that the folder C: / drive has been defined for much smaller files. Without being able to physically see, I guess that your operating system, Recovery Manager and other system files are stored on your drive 256 GB or C: / drive.

I suggest you use the 2 TB D: / drive to put all your photos and personal on such files that it is bigger and who may be appointed for you . Although it seems confusing, it is really a good thing!

I want to provide you with your OMEN of PC desktop HP - manuals and Guides for the use of 870-040na. This way if you want to learn more about your product, the option is there for you.

    I hope this helps!

  • Error code 0 x 80070002 when you perform the backup of Windows 7 system.

I have recently updated from windows Vista to Windows 7 Home Premium
When I make a backup of the system from the backup is completed successfully, but I get a message that some files have been backed up not.  The message is as follows: Backup has encountered a problem during backup of the C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\LocalLow file. Error: (the system cannot find the specified file. (0 x 80070002))
Backup has encountered a problem during backup of the C:\Users\Administrator\Contacts file. Error: (the system cannot find the specified file. (0 x 80070002))
Backup has encountered a problem during backup of the C:\Users\Administrator\Searches file. Error: (the system cannot find the specified file. (0 x 80070002))
Can someone tell me how I can locate and fix this problem?

Control Panel > system and security > Backup and Restore

The administrator account is disabled by default in Windows 7?  Have you taken steps to activate the (built-in) administrator account?  Unless the administrator account is activated (and used) then these files would not exist on your machine.  The account administrator enabled in Vista and these records was postponed Vista?

What files (if any) you have to this place anyway?

    C:\users\administrator

If you configure backup to exclude these files then the error will disappear.  If you are not running the administrator account, then it is probably safe (after saving a copy) to remove all the files found in C/users that belong to the (built-in) administrator account (not active user accounts) and disable the account too.

enable or disable the build of Windows 7 Administrator account
    http://windows7news.com/2009/02/03/enable-or-disable-the-Windows-7-Administrator-account/

Do not disable it if you use it.

  • Error message, not enough of disk space to run the defragmentation

Cleaning disc already used and removed unused programs.  Still get popups that say "disc not enough disk space for number of updates available" "not enough disk space to run defrag" "not enough disk space to run the system restore" I'm positive, I have more than 200 MB of free space on c:, (if updates are somewhere on my computer and using all the space?)  This xp computer is not much used, and certainly didn't have the amount of used space?

Anyone know where is the problem?

None of this has worked.  What has worked is that I discovered that Norton Antivirus used up to 57% of my c drive.  Entered their downloads of programs and the program downloaded 2012, which automatically deleated the old Norton application.  Apparently, whenever the old application done an update to download, it would wipe out not at the same time old files is no longer needed.

in any case, I now 57% free space.

    Thank you
