  We did some research on this question, unfortunately could not find any information on the error message for Windows.

  This error occurs only if there is a problem with the e-mail service provider or if there are problems connecting to the server. If you use Google or Yahoo or any other service provider email, then please contact their support for more support team.

  I found the problem. I opened 'File' then saw 'save as template' grayed. Having not worked with models, I didn't know this isn't how it's done.

  What I should have done was file > save as > then clicked the drop-down 'Save as template' menu option. It was a simple mistake. Thanks to you all.

  I can't send or receive or delete in outlook express and there are messages stuck in the Outbox that sends everytime I open outlook.  It keeps telling me to restart outlook which I did several times but nothing changes.

  Go to file | Work offline in OE (or do it in Internet Explorer if you cannot in OE).  Then go to file | Identities and setup a new identity.  Make sure you have no set antivirus to scan e-mail (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).  Then add your e-mail account in the new identity and when it works well, use file | Import | Messages to bring them from the old identity.

  a. click Startand then click Control Panel.
