Recover my password of security acrobat 9

Hello

I am trying to remove the (SECURE) format and stops when I click on disable security, he asks me a password. I tried what I remembered it was, but it does not work, how can I reset it please

Thank you

Hi 27971744,

It is not possible to change the password for the document using the player. You may need Adobe Acrobat for the same thing.

Also, if you have forgotten your password, then perhaps it would not be possible to recover the same.

Alternatively, if you have created the PDF file, you can remove security first of all your PDF and then password - protect again.

Reference: remove security from PDFs: individually or in batch

I would like to know if it is useful.

Kind regards

Ana Maria
