  I think that you normally receive the serial number via your email account.  It will appear in your account after save you it.  I speak only from my experience as a disk owner however and hear - say in these forums.  I've never bought a download.

  do not hit notebooks glorified.  at least you have your serial number.

  If you have a problem dl'g, you don't follow all 7 steps.  the most common mistake is not meticulously follow the steps 1, 2, and/or 3 (which adds a cookie to your system, allowing you to download the correct version of the adobe.com site).

  Try the following.

  Step 1: Try to start in safe mode. Check if you can login as administrator.

  Step 2: If you are able to connect, and then create a new administrator account and other changes. Restart the computer in normal mode to see if you can connect.

  You have posted in a forum of creative cloud.  Creative products of clouds have no serial numbers.  If you do not ask about a Creative Cloud product then please indicate which product it so that your ad can be moved or managed in the right forum.

  That said, you should be able to access your account on the main Web page of Adobe. As long as you saved each version, the numbers will be listed here.

  There is no reason to change accounts. You keep the same account and upgrade to CC.

  If for any reason, you're on another account. Adobe can fix your old account. It may be necessary to provide your order number found on your notice of receipt or by email on sale.

  I checked your account and all is well in our end. You don't need any code redemption you Subscriber on June 29, 2014.

  If you have problems to launch your Adobe product and was to return to the prompt for a series and/or trial number, please try the following steps:

  1 sign out and sign back following the steps:

  Sign out, sign in | Creative cloud desktop application

  2 delete the OPM.db file:

  1. Close the creative cloud application.
  2. Navigate to the OOBE folder.
     Windows: [system drive]: \Users\ [user name] \AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
     Mac OS: /Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
  3. Delete the file opm.db.
  4. Launch the creative cloud.

  Show hidden files, folders, file name extensions. Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7

  Access the hidden user library files. Mac OS 10.7 Lion

  3 reset your Hosts file: (follow steps 3 from the link below)

  Log, activation, or connection errors. CS5.5 and later versions
