  If you have a different user account with administrative privileges, Panel you can connect that account and change the password of your account of origin of the user accounts applet in Control Panel.   Although I maded the changes to the properties of the Windows printer I had to do that to solve the problem.

  To solve the problem:

  You cannot perform backup and get error the system cannot find the specified file (0 x 80070002).

  The problem may occur if there is some disk errors hard or due to the interruption by third-party programs.

  What fixit have you tried?

  To check if the problem is due to hard drive errors or due to the interruption by third-party programs, I suggest you follow the steps:

  After each step, if the problem persists, go to the other.

  Method 1: Check the hard disk for errors

  He has no control in Vista to make the changes you want to make for Vista itself.  David has provided default values for Windows 2000 and Windows XP, but not for Vista.  I can't find them for Vista- but they are what you feel and are entered into the system without installation available control to modify the default values (and I couldn't even find a way to do it with a registry hack).  Unfortunately, he must live with what you have.
