(Redirected) Problems with Customer Service

Dell didn't ship my computer as shown in the command. I had to call and send a mail to get it shipped. Shipping on the order, which has affected the guarantee date then no corrected. I can't seem to get anyone to understand that. (A couple of other questions were raised because of the bad Service).

How do someone help me?

Service requests do not show the original e-mail, nor did they a brief phone calls. Emails of new support people do not show which was registered on the service request, so I don't know what SR they are referring (I tried to set up three separate issues, but you cannot open an SR about the wrong information introduced by a Dell support person).

    Display file number of support here on the forum and someone will pick it up. Just give him a day more - important people are not always around on weekends.

  • Problem with location Services

    MacBook Pro (retina, mid-2012)

    OS X Version of El Capitan 10.11.4 (15E65)

    Processor: 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7

    Memory: 16 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

    Graphics card: Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB

    When I go to the Maps app and click on the current location, I get the message "cards cannot locate current position." Also when I drag the local weather on the notification bar is not find local weather conditions.

    I have ensured that allow location Services is checked under Security & Privacy Preferences. I signed on iCloud and unchecked localization services enable and rechecked it.

    The only time wherever I can run is if I go to the activity monitor and force them to leave the following processes

    This will usually get the time to work and show the current location, but it doesn't work sometimes in the cards.

    I provided the date and time is correct and it is synchronized with the site time.apple.com

    When I go to the time zone in the Date and time it shows the city closest to me marked with a blue dot, and if I go over it it says "unable to determine the current location at this time.

    I had this problem since upgrade to Yosemite to El Capitan.

    I would also like to add that, in my house, I have an iPhone more 6s, two iPhone 5s, an iPad (Wi - Fi only) Air and two iPad 2 air (Wi - Fi only) who have no problems with location services.

    I have this problem too, but in my case if I returned to Yosemite the problem is solve, there must be something in El Capitan.

  • Problem with Vista Service pack 2

    Like a fool, I downloaded and installed this service pack.  Now my computer restarts.  I spent 12 hours with the technicians MSFT trying to solve the problem, and I still have the problem.  MSFT says the problem with my DELL hard drive.  DELL said that the hard drive is fine.

    I even reinstalled windows - take 3 hours - and I still have the same problem.  I tried to start in safe mode but after loading the files a few dozens, my computer crashes.   I can't to windows to open.  I can't go to my office.  I can't remove this insidious update.

    I can't completely clean the computer I have important files that I'm going to lose.  MSFT and DELL say I need to have a tech shop and have them remove the disc and save my files.  I want to know who will pay for what is not my fault.

    One of the easiest ways to remove your data is put the drive in an external USB enclosure and
    Copy the files to a different drive or just use this as an external drive and install a new in your
    computer. Don't forget that looks like the system has problems and I bet it's the hard drive
    drive interface controller card mother.

    Another real possibilities, is that you have a Rootkit that is causing the problem.

Later, I check my computer and found my system is 32 bit, now I want to uninstall this service pack and install service pack 2 for 32 but I can't do that, because in the final phase, Windows told me, service pack could not be uninstalled.
