  I've been using CS6 on a retina OSX mac with no problems until today, the "refine edge tool box" is not highlighted more to open? is there a simple answer to this to reactivate it to open as it should? any helpful info would be appreciated - thanks

• OS tool 2015: why Joints keep merger?

  I have a Flash puppets, divided into symbols. Before I updated, I could create a frame, save and move the puppet without problem.  After the last update, some joints of the skeleton would be merged after that I would like to save and reload the file.

  In this picture, my chest, clavicle (in two parts) and very well connected arms.

  

  This is after I've saved and reloaded the file, the joints on the clavicle are merged?

  

  I didn't have this problem before the last update.  I have updated Flash because I had problems with the wacom tablet only draw straight lines across the page. The update fixes the problem of the pen, but now the frame keeps breaking (or fusion). Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you, a. soon!

  Thanks again for the response. Unfortunately, did not always prevent joints of merge. But I have redesigned the work in 2015 and so far, puppeting works as it should. No fusion joints yet.

  Hi, I have a student subscription and have had the intelligence of worse trouble... : Flash. Each time it updates the tool brush stops working and draws only straight lines. I use a dual monitor set up with Windows 8 and a Cintiq 13HD. I tried to change my display settings to 100% which was recommended as a solution - it worked the first time, but no longer works. I reinstalled both Flash (latest version) and my cintiq drivers. It still does not work. I don't see the point of my payment for your subscription if the software does not work! It is totally unacceptable and extremely frustrating when I have to work to deadlines. Please have a specialist contact me immediately and secure it to the

  Thank you very much, but when I tried this, my pen wouldn't work, just the mouse. Anyway, I changed it to what it was before (extended desktop computers) and it seemed to work. I don't know what makes the work because I had not tried before making changes today, but fingers crossed it stays like that!

• Refine the matte Soft tool does not properly.

  Every tutorial I see online (like this: Adobe after effects CC: how to use the tool edge refine - YouTube ) on the use of the Matte Soft refine tool is striking just on a cut piece of film and it automatically gives a key more sweet that still leaves the small details like strands of hair in your shooting. However, whenever I apply it to my cut images, it gives me a strange halo around my person. Here's a screenshot to show you what I mean:

  Any help on what I should do differently would be much appreciated!

  PS I know that title that youtube tutorial say "refine Edge Tool" and not "refine Soft Matte", but he talks about it in the second half of the video.

  OK, so I just tried to apply preset animations > Image utility > key key light + cleaner + spill suppressor and everything seems to work fine. I really believe that something is not communicate properly on my system, but this workaround works fine, so all I guess.

• Refine RADIUS tool

  I was not able to use the brush that erases or hair exposes all refine RADIUS tool.  I get to this 'circle with a slash' all the time.

  Anyone know what I can do to properly use gum and expose them to refine tool?

  You must uncheck "Show the Original" in the refine edge of window and then you should be able to use it.

  Yes, I thought. This file is not not to open it with Acrobat Reader. Open it in Windows Explorer. It will be like a folder (without the ZIP on the end).

• Program to refine edge error

  There is one had some discussions, but answers limited regarding a problem when using mask refine tool.

  I recently bought a new iMac and finally found this error: mask I refine my selection was not able to complete the mask to refine it because of a program error.

  I was in 32-bit mode and use CS5. I went from mode 32 bits, but the same error message. A program error would have indicated a problem with Adobe (for me) but could not find solutions. Refine mask is an important feature that I can't live without unlike some of the other programming quarky question.

  Any help would be apperciated!

  I ended up trashing my preferences after searching I could do to fix the problem. He allowed the question. Unfortunately, it did not help other problems.

  Often I am copying and pasting the code snippets in Visual Studio in Thunderbird. Problem is that doing this directly does not preserve the formatting.

  Workaround 1 - works very well but it is slow (lots of copy/paste)
  Copy from Visual Studio. Paste in MS Word. Copy from MS Word. Paste it into Thunderbird.

  Solution 2 - quick, but the result is not so nice (in terms of formatting of the c# code)
  Use "pasteCode" add-on.

  Is there a better way?

  Feathering can be done using mask refine tool. But it is a later version tool. What version do you use?

  With the new update of Photoshop, it seems that the tool improve the contour has been deleted or transformed into something else?
  Anyone shed any light on this? Its a tool that I would always use to quickly adjust my selections when you change the photograph.
  
  

  Nearest I can see who looks the same and is in the same location as the tool refine edge is Select and mask. It is under the right click of the selection.

• The Lasso tool selection is reversed when I click on refine edge

  I used the lasso tool to make a selection of foreground of a picture, but when I click on refine edge, the selected area appears in the background.  I tried clicking on reverse before I clicked on refine edge, & he's still hurt.  What I am doing wrong - why is - what happens?
