Reformatting my HD, lost my serial No.

I've got 4 Lightroom (installed with a disc). I used it for years. My Mac is so slow, that I need to reformat the hard drive. I don't want to lose to Lightroom. I have my installation disc, but have misplaced the serial number. My question: is there a way in Lightoom to see? I would write then it can be reinstalled once I have reformat. Thank you!
