  We have an application built with apex 4.2.5.

  Application has a single element. The user enters the value in this element and press to enter.

  Application must insert data into the table area and updating of database, then the newly inserted record is broadcast in the report area.

  We use a dynamic action for the integration of the database. After that, the same DA refreshes the region.

  The problem - the application still displays the old record, newly inserted not one. If we use Refresh region action twice (just to test), second discount return new record.

  It seems as if the refreshment area is too fast to return new record.

  
  

  We have a DA with the first real action for the insertion of data in the database and the second real action for the updating of the region.

  How can we resolve this? So the user gets newly inserted record and us do not use Refresh twice.

  I solved the problem by adding dbms_lock.sleep (0.8); After the insertion process.

  Otherwise, the discount is too fast.

  We use this application across the Canada. Data is in one place. 0.8 second sleep gives insert enough time.
