  The other day I put in place the siging code for Tablet in flashbuilder 4.

• Certificate autoenrollment fails after the update of the model

  Asked me to extend the period of validity on the certificates that we issue to users to authenticate on our wireless LAN. Group Policy allows us to cause users to automatically enroll for a certificate by using a version 3 template (our issuing CA is Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition). Users were able to automatically enroll for certificates with no problems.

  To increase the duration of validity, I modified the model certificate as a business administrator (I also increased the renewal period), then forced all certificate holders to re-register, which changed the model on the CA to 101,0 version (previously it was 100.2).

  None of my users seem to be reenrolled for the updated certificate. The search Event Viewer on my PC, I see four 'CertificateServicesClient-CertEnroll' information events (event ID 65, 64 & 66) suggesting that I connect successfully to the issuing certification authority, followed by a source "CertificateServicesClient CertEnroll" error (event ID 13) and error (ID of the event 6) source "CertificateServicesClient-autoenrollment" (details below). This sequence is generated whenever the autoenrollment is triggered.

• [SOLVED] Web Forms - works on IE and Chrome, firefox, said that missing the plugin

  However, if I try the same URL in firefox it shows a large gray square on the page with the message "click here to download the Plugin.
  
  Clicking on install opens a small popup saying no appropriate plugins have been found, it is said to the inside and unknown Plugin (text/html) and a button to install manually is displayed.

  Bascally there are 2 parameters that are used by browsers to check the version: jpi_classid and jpi_mimetype. jpi_codebase and jpi_download_page are used to provide information to download the plugins only appropriate in the correct versions.

  The jpi_classid and jpi_codebase parameters are used by Internet Explorer (and as it seems too much chrome); jpi_mimetype and jpi_download_page are used by browsers like firefox mozilla based.

  Moreover, at the bottom of the unit, you will find the serial number.
  As far as I know this number is also required.

  I understand that you would like to know how to export the client certificate to the Android and also use it on the desktop.

  IT may not work on the desktop, but I don't know that you can turn on remote debugging in Firefox. The cert.db on the desktop stores all certificates. (is it the same on the Android device?)

  Try the Cert Manager add on for Firefox for Android. Ref stackoverflow.com

• How to automate importing a certificate file (.cer) within the installation in silent mode of FireFox 9.0.1?

  I created a for v9.0.1 FireFox msi package and I need to include the registration of a certificate (.cer file) in the installation. I deploy the msi file via a vbScript with SCCM installation.   Update on that.

  It was clear that there was a problem with the website for the Profile Manager, but I couldn't find the files in the hierarchy were the culprits.

  So, I decided to reinstall Server.app.  Followed by a tutorial online on the removal and reinstallation of the server.

  After you configure the server with just the Manager profile, and therefore Open Directory, a client might get a little farther in the registration process.

  When you click the button to register on the site of Mydevices, instead of the 500 internal server error page the customer to download the profile of remote management, but there is no need to install a message box indicating the host name does not correspond to the certificate.  Even with registration profile download/install.  Not InternalError:1, but the profile could not be installed for the same hostname mismatch.

  By checking this, I found that - when you change the hostname for the name myserver.mydomain.local, an alert was lifted on an incompatibility with the computer name (which is just MyServer) if solve you this error, the host name is changed to myserver.local and customers cannot load profiles.  If you do NOT resolve this error, customers can download and install MDM and registration profiles.

  I would note that other services that run to display messages saying the service is available at myserver.local - even if the host name is myserver.mydomain.local.  I suspect that these other services do not go to work for the same reason.

• Profile Manager - MDM identity certificate

  I would like to know what exactly is the "certificate of identity MDM? I find in my managed devices (SETTINGS-> General-> management-> remote management-> details-> (identity device certificates)). It is issued by Mac OS x OpenDirectory intermediate CA.

  I don't use signed code profiles (I read it is necessary to re-register device after expiry of cert).

  I use current Apple configurator to connect to the Profile Manager. More high certificate is valid for one year from date of registration.

  I would like to know it is possible to create more than a year instead of this certificate, and what I need to do before the expiry of this certificate to be able to update all of my devices in the Profile Manager without taking devices in my hand?

  I have approximately 50 iphones (unattended) related to my Profile Manager. Now, I want to connect another 50 iPads, this time as devices supervised.

  But I'm afraid what happens when the certificate expires, want to avoid this or at least to know what (and when) I need to do to avoid losing touch with my Profile Manager.
