  The reason for this is because PayPal must validate the account it setup with a type of InstantPayment.  To do this, they place a simulated load $0,01 for the good account process instantly (ie. a debit card may not work).

  It is preferable to use a PayPal balance as the source of funding or a linked credit card.

  Keep in mind, this is only for the registration link / initial account.  This does not affect the ability to receive payments of monthly income.

  Peter is correct, there is nothing like that. This is the actual path. This isn't like Windows, where everything is based on the drive letter for the physical medium that they are on.
