  If you mean CS 5.5, the updater no longer works. You must make a list of what needs to be updated or that update failed and go here to download and install them manually.

  • Log, activation, or connection errors. CS5.5 and later, Acrobat DC
  • Try Solution 2: clean the connection of the cached user information.

  If you have Photoshop CC 2015 installed on your computer, and once you reinstall Photoshop CS6.

  You must set Photoshop CS6 as external editor, like Photoshop CC 2015 will be already set as the default editor.

  A new start will be your time as the main problem is with the clone stamp (correct me if I'm wrong)

  I am trying to download Photoshop and Lightroom and it tells me that I have to download Visual C++ Redistributable to 2012 updated 4 Visual Studio, but when I try from Microsoft.com, nothing happens.  Any advice?

  Go to control panel > programs > programs and features.

  Locate the option: package redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x 64)

  Right-click on it and select the option to uninstall. It will open another small window pop up. Click Uninstall in that.

  If you are prompted to restart the computer, and then uninstall the Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x 64) Redistributable Package

  
  

  Once you had uninstalled package redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x 64),

  Click on the link below and download the file named Vcredist(x64).exe and install the same.
