reinstalling Photoshop problems

A couple of weeks, I had to uninstall Lr and Ps because of some computer problems.  I have received since the problems corrected and you have reinstalled Lr and Cc software.  When I try to install Ps it downloads to approximately 47% extract, and then goes back to 47% before installing reset Office creative cloud in Photoshop.  I did the creative cloud cleanser and deleted files by the Adobe Troubleshooting site, I stop analysis antivirus and firewall smart and restarted my computer several times but always the same problem!  Can anyone help?
