Reliable Recon using Connector DBUM

Hello

We must trust reconciliation of IOM 11 GR 1 material IOM 11 GR 2. This is not a process of time. What connector is possible for whom?, Connector for Oracle DBUM or GTC for the application database tables

Thank you

DBUM and Table (GTC) of the Application are very good. I suggest you go with DBUM. It requires less effort to set up and have a sql query to change at any time.

    Hello

    I'm trying to integrate the IOM with Oracle DB using Connector DBUM. Commissioning user works very well.

    But after the transfer of the user, we need to insert (< user name >, "RLS_DEV") in the values in a table.

    It's my script

    INSERT INTO CAMPDB. RLS_USER_GROUPS (USERNAME, GROUPNAME) VALUES ({__NAME__}, "RLS_DEV");

    I tried different options too, but nothing has worked. Either I get the invalid character or command SQL not properly completed or missing expression error.

    1) INSERT INTO CAMPDB. VALUES RLS_USER_GROUPS ({__NAME__}, "RLS_DEV") - without semicolon

    2) INSERT INTO CAMPDB. VALUES RLS_USER_GROUPS ({__NAME__}, 'RLS_DEV')) - closed at the end with double hook

    3) INSERT INTO CAMPDB. VALUES RLS_USER_GROUPS ({__NAME__}, RLS_DEV) - without quotes to RLS_DEV

    4) INSERT INTO CAMPDB. RLS_USER_GROUPS VALUES (__NAME__, 'RLS_DEV') - without flowers for __NAME__ necklaces

    < username >-> is the name of the user configured on the system target.

    -> GroupName is RLS_DEV. It is the same for all users.

    But it is throwing errors like below.

    INSERT INTO CAMPDB. RLS_USER_GROUPS (USERNAME, GROUPNAME) VALUES ({__NAME__}, "RLS_DEV")

    But, now when I try to delete/disable-provision of DB Oracle user account, account is not deleted.  I have download the below messages in the log file. I couldn't find what the real cause of this situation. What could the cause of this behavior.

  • SMS port already in use... MessageConnection using connector.open

    I created an application that listens for incoming txt messages and it works very well on all devices except the 8330... works of ideal app on all phones on sms listening but on the 8330 I get the problem where the exception says "port already in use"... my application is currently in beta and a user reported he was continues smart guard... as soon as he took the chip guard the app works perfectly... so im guessing as smart guard uses sms messages to intitate itself is what is the origin of the port problem... is there anyway around this? my code is below...

    public void open()
        {
            this.controller.write("Attempting to open message connection (Message tracker)");
            try {
                this.msgconnection=(MessageConnection)Connector.open("sms://:0");
            } catch (IOException e) {
                this.controller.writeToConsole("Error opening message Connection (MessageTracker) "+e.getMessage());
            }
            try {
                if(this.msgconnection!=null)
                {
                this.msgconnection.setMessageListener(this);
                }
            } catch (Exception e) {
                this.controller.writeToConsole("Error adding messagelistner (MessageTracker) "+e.getMessage());
            }
        }

    MessageConnection is pretty useless, since only one application can attach to the SMS port at a time.

    My advice is to switch to use the method of datagram.

  • Connector DBUM - trasformation of reconciliation

    Hello

    The user has two accounts in the oracle database. So, when we recognize that two accounts we need to link under the same account.

    For example: golis is the IOM account

    'golis' is the first account in the target database

    "dvgolis" is the other account in the target database.

    When we recon 'dvgolis', it should be also bound under golis.

    So, I created a reconciliation rule, as below. He was able to pull the user and link under golis.

    1.jpg

    2.jpg

    But the name of the account is with random numbers, but not the username. when I recognised the real account, his account is also get shot with numbers (ORC_KEY)

    3.jpg

    Do I need to configure all settings to fill in the name of the account with the user name of the target system for all accounts.

    Thank you

    Simply click on the field, which you did, and then profile to recreate the reconciliation of the resource object.  No new form is necessary.  Remember, you will need to update the ORC. ORC_TOS_INSTANCE_KEY field if you need to correct existing users.  You can use something like this:

    update of orc set orc_tos_instance_key = (select ud_db_ora_u_username from the ud_dbat where ud_db_ora_u.orc_key = orc.orc_key);

    Just update your username field value and it will update existing users.

  • Password encrypt/hash when configuring using Connector DBAT

    We use Oracle Identity Manager 11 g and we are making the resource implemented using Oracle DBAT connectors and informing the user information like user name, user name, password, etc.. Some fields and especially the password must be encrypted or masked with respect to the requirements of each application.

    Can someone guide how this can be done?

    Thank you.

    Some fields and especially the password must be encrypted or masked with respect to the requirements of each application

    You can write your logic in OIMd on your side in the form of an adapter to prepopulate to encrypt the encryption key using the password and send encrypted password to the target DB.

    Or you can get the same at the end of DB as well:

    http://blog.mclaughlinsoftware.com/2012/09/08/encrypting-a-column/
    http://docs.Oracle.com/CD/B19306_01/network.102/b14268/asotrans.htm#BABGHIDE

    Google search for several example of orders/procedure to achieve the same.

  • Just downloaded latest version of Firefox, but each site brings no reliable error using Firefox, but same sites are ok with IE and Chrome

    I have Windows 7 family on a laptop. I just downloaded the latest version of Firefox (v25) and Google as default search engine. Any site I enter in Google, I get the message 'Not reliable' site. I typed in BBC, Firefox etc. The message is:

    This connection is Untrusted

    You asked Firefox to connect safely on www.google.com, but we cannot confirm that your connection is secure.

    My virus checker is Norton.

    I read that the support forum and my date and time are correct. I have IE and Chrome with Google like search engine by default and is not the message when you access the BBC, Firefox etc.

    This is the first time that Firefox has been downloaded to the laptop.

    Please someone has an idea what is causing the problem.

    I had installed BrowserSafe. As soon as I uninstalled Firefox worked properly.

    Thank you very much for the advice.

  • connection problem, using Connector.open ()?

    While m, try the following code:

    HttpConnection conn = (HttpConnection) Connector.open ("http://www.nasa.gov/rss/hurricaneupdate.rss");

    my phone is stuck on this line:

    conn.openInputStream ();

    and after a long time he gives IllegalStateException, can anyone suggest the reason or another?

    And looking at the basics of network processing, maybe you should check the thread of events.

    "the problem is that hconn.openInputStream () is not yet back stream, it stucks on this line and alter long Simulator says"IllegalStateException.

    This is caused by your Exception handling is attempting to add a LabelField on-screen - but your exception handling runs in your net shot.  So you get IllegalStateException because you must run on the event Thread or blocking of the event to do this.

    Search for resources to explain the event Thread - there is a little.

  • After you create the action script for the creation of user Oracle DB - connector DBUM

    Hello

    After we have set up a user of IOM in the database on the target system, you must insert the same user in the RLS_USER_GROUPS table. (INSERT INTO CAMPDB. The VALUES of RLS_USER_GROUPS ('DV < user name >', RLS_DEV');  )

    The requirement is available to the user of multiple databases (different values of SID). But, the user to insert in a table to a database (DB1).

    If I write an after create a file of Action with action script, it will fire for all databases?  How to trigger this script only on the DB1 database?

    (2) in the literature, it is mentioned as below

    (Q) I installed the connector only in IOM (there is no connector server). Thus, in the 3rd and 5th stage, what should I mention

    Key code?

    Decode?

    Please suggest

    Thank you

    This query has worked well.

    INSERT INTO CAMPDB. RLS_USER_GROUPS (USERNAME, GROUPNAME) VALUES ({__NAME__}, "RLS_DEV")

  • Using Connector AD to fill in IOM multivalued attributes

    Could someone share the expirience of provisioning of attributes to multiple values of AD to IOM 11.1.15?
    What is the best approach?

    Thank you.

    MC2,

    You can use http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E23104_01/download_readme_ps4/download_readme_ps4.htm#BABDABDA and http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E21764_01/install.1111/e12002/install.htm#CIHGAEFI as a starting point. This gives you pointers to all the necessary software and the steps to follow.

    Kevin was referring in fact to BP1 11.1.1.5.1, Patch # [12748351 | https://updates.oracle.com/download/12748351.html], not PS1. Indeed, the PS1 is 11.1.1.5.

  • What type of connectors are used with MXI-4 cables?

    I have two MXI-4 cards (PXI-8331). One in each of the two PXI chassis I have in the lab

    I also three MXI - 4 A-03 190957 of copper and wish to connect the cables together using connectors (preferably two mini DB9 GEF/DB9 Fem sex changing connectors or something simular)

    Once again the objective, in the first PXI to have a PXI-8331 that connects to a MXI-4 cable that connects to a mini connector GEF DB9 which connects second MXI-4 cable that connects then on the second mini connector DB9 GEF that will link now to the third MXI-4 cable that will connect to the second PXI-8331 in the second PXI.

    Once again a long series between the two PXI-8331 locations using three cables. If these two DB9 connectors cannot be used what should I advise you?

    Resolved, I called OR support and told me that the idea of "bulkhead connector" the mine would not work. The freq high through the Fibre Channel cable would cause conflicts with connections DB9 Fem/Fem, I planned to use.

    Solution, find two MXI-4 cable where one end was sex male, the other female. Then use the third (male on both ends) cable to connect the two. NEITHER does not have these MXI-4 FC cables (DB9 M/DB9 F) but I found them elsewhere.

  • Questioning the DataCardSet members using Cloud Connector API program steps

    Hello people,

    I have a very simple question about cloud connector API. For not writing something in epic proportions, I've attached a screenshot of the issue, and a couple of issue I for its.

    I hope that someone out there has an answer.

    Thank you

    -Philippe Mougin

    Have you tried to build two programs, one with the default contact type, with the default value for the type of data card and tried to use two steps of the program?

    We have customers using connectors of cloud against data card programs.  The joint program and step (contacts and data cards) may be the cause. Try it and let me know.

  • GTC trusted source recon - failure of the update with the Login Id duplicate

    I've seen a few similar posts on this topic but cannot get to the bottom of the problem...

    I do a recon reliable source using an RCT of a simple CSV file. Creates the job perfectly without error.

    If I can raise wth exactly the same entry then, according to the docs, it must conduct an update and change nothing, but I get the following:

    ERROR, 28 January 2010 16:22:05, 380, [XELLERATE. SERVER], class/method: tcUSR/verifyUserLogin error: User Loginid is doubled.
    ERROR, 28 January 2010 16:22:05, 411, [XELLERATE. SERVER], class/method: tcUSR/eventPreInsert error: user login is not correct.

    There is no mention in the doc of the need to manually configure recon so few rules, I'm stumped on this.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Thank you

    did you ID user mode Match only creating connector GTC for the flat file.

  • Recon creates several resources

    Hi all

    Have an interesting situation.

    We have 1 object of resource, but we have 2 different sources acknowledged. When we run the first recon for this resource, it fits well.
    When we run the second recon for the same resource, it creates duplicate resource objects.

    the only difference in the Recon is a flat file and a DB. the resource has about 7 required fields with only 1. the db recon uses only the necessary
    field. I'm not sure if this is what the origin of this problem or not.

    any help would be appreciated.

    Thanx
    Fred

    Hi Fred

    Nice to see again you.

    As far as I know, there is no way 9as) to the IOM to ignore case. What you can do is to ensure that all channels are in the same case.

    In the GTC connectors, there is a transformer case and in some of the "no TAG" connectors there is an option to add the logic of transformer or specific options allowing you to business transformation.

    If the connector does not support the transformation, you need to write a custom connector that supports the changes.

    Best regards

  • I want to host my shared on a cRIO Variables, but use DSC to recording/alarm/SCADA

    Hello world

    What I try to do is the following:

    -Host variable static on my goals of RT (cRIO-9022) for reliability

    -Use the DSC module to log on to the database, followed by alarms, develop a distributed HMI

    The problem that I am running is that the engine of the DSC (seems) should the shared variables, it is taken to be hosted on this computer. The DSC engine cannot run on a real-time target.

    My ultimate goal is to create a wide network of the plant of the cRIO which are all connected to a central PC/server that runs DSC to collect and store data in a database. The HMI plant would also connect to the central server and get their information from there (not directly related to the process of cRIO). Is it possible / have ideas on how to do this effectively?

    Thanks for the help.

    I have a similar architecture.  I host my NSV libraries on of my cRIO and then create linked libraries 'mirrors' on the host computer that is running my HMI and logging of DSC in my database of the Citadel.  The project of LV has a tool to create related libraries.  I have also written a tool create me a library cloned with the original library on the cRIO liaison.  The NI PSP Protocol makes this type of very effective bound library.

  • How to erase history of reliability report details in the section "maintenance" of the Centre?

    Original title: reliability history

    Is there a way of compensation reliability history report details in the section "maintenance" of the centre?

    Hello

    Please keep us updated.

    To help you to propose measures to solve the problem, I would appreciate if you could answer the following question:

    Why do you want to delete the contents of "the history view reliability?

    The reliability monitor has a chronology of software and hardware changes, application failures and shutdown problems.  The version of Windows 7 does not collect data using WMI (Windows Management Interface) and this explains why there is no executable file as resmon.  WMI also allows you to collect reliability data using Windows PowerShell scripts.

    How to reset the history of reliability monitor?

    Suppose you want to resume, and clear history of reliability monitor; This is how to do it:

    a. you need locate the folder of RAC, it's usually to:

    C: \ProgramData\Microsoft\RAC

    (b) to decide if you want to keep the data, if so, then copy or save the sub folders PublishedData and StateData.

    c. Select all files in the C: \ProgramData\Microsoft\RAC\PublishedData folder.  Right click and delete.

    d. repeat to C: \ProgramData\Microsoft\RAC\StateData.

    e. now that you have reset the reliability monitor, it will automatically start recording new data.

    Hope this is useful information. Please come back for any clarification on this or any issue of Windows. We will be happy to help you.
