This isn't really a question of windows.
but basically, you go to adobe.com and select in their page web downloads. Windows will ask you to save or run it. but choose to save it, and then select a location on disk where you found it after it is downloaded to the hard drive.
However, my suggestion is that you should be aware that such a comprehensive program by adobe will require a lot of time and disk space. your internet connection must be continuous for a long period of time and without interruption.
So, I have the following suggestions that will help you prepare your system.
First, run / run a disk check, and then a Defrag. to do this, open Explorer, right-click on the drive letter and select Properties. Then go the Tools tab to run the tools mentioned.
Second, to examine the conditions necessary for download on adobe.com. ensure that your have enough disk space to store the download.
- don't forget to add your total amount of disc space you have and the size of the download.
- make sure that when you add up the two, your drive will be at least 20% space left free. the basic rule is 15%. but the size of the download does not include the amount of additional disk space required to unpack the downloaded file.
- in other words, if after you have downloaded and unzipped the file you then less than 20% free space on the disk, then you should not proceed with the installation because the disk may crash or file system becomes unstable.
Third, if all the above is determined to be ok, so my next suggestion is to install a freeware call "free download manager".
- This program is more robust and offers more options for downloading programs. If she has a number of features, you can enable and disable and customize, the main reason I mean freeware is its ability to "pause" and "resume" downloads.
- so if you need to turn off your computer while the download is in progress, you can press the 'pause' and turn your computer off.

the photos printed on my HP Officejet pro - is not completely replecate the color and brightness of the picture created in photoshop. I think that's everything to with colors set up on the screen / monitor and printer etc.. But is so conffusing to implement.
I want the final printing is identical to the picture created in photoshop. For now, the printing photos are duller than what appears on the screen.

It is a complex issue - what you can do to correct the problem and to the extent where you will succeed, depends on your photo software, your printer, your monitor, your operating system and your printing software.

The particular printer in the example is not an HP printer; extrapolate the details and understand that the highlights are expressed in several questions and answers.
That doesn't answer the question in its entirety - you need to do some homework on your side to get the best results for your configuration.

Adobe Photoshop 5 collide with Windows7
I have an old Adobe Photoshop 5 CD and want to download on my windows7 system, but when I select Install option nothing happens. Adobe worked fine with my old XP Home EditionNo, it is not compatible with Windows 7, and Compatibility Mode will not work either. Read a case similar to yours:

In addition, if you are running Windows 7 64 bit, it won't work because Photoshop 5 uses a 16-bit installation program.

Adobe Photoshop Elements 7 is not compatible with Windows 7. You may be able to install it, but not all features will work.
Click here for a list of Adobe products that are compatible with Windows 7. It comes to the Adobe.com site.Photoshop Elements 8 does not seem to be compatible, the 32-bit and 64-bit. You may need to check the forums and Adobe's Web site.

I'm having a problem using the "Advanced" setting OpenGL in Adobe Photoshop CS5.5. While I can choose "Advanced" option, any of the advanced features are available for use (as the panoramic film and animated zoom).
I updated my system with the latest video drivers (8.840.7.3000/6.14.0.3074) and BIOS (1.22/1.10/1.02), however, does not.
Video drivers packed on the Lenovo site aren't the last registered on the site of AMD for the 6630M and I can't update my system with the drivers from the website of AMD.
It is a real problem for me since I bought the laptop as a machine of design production and may not use the graphics card to its full potential. I wrote to AMD to ask them, which resulted in pushing them as stake of Lenovo.
Update: last updated driver (8.882.2.3000 / 6.14.0.3074) fixed a problem

I'm in Lightroom 5.7 and I'm trying to 'Edit in Adobe Photoshop CS6' but it is grayed out.
Straight to the point, I discovered that most of my catalogs are able to access this feature and other catalogues, do it grey. I deleted the com.adobe.Photoshop.plist and restarted Lightroom and Photoshop. I reinstalled Lightroom and Photoshop CS6 and them was updated. Yet, I can't get this feature running for all of my catalogs. The last option I want to do is recreate my catalog from scratch and lose all my virtual copies and modifications. I find it interesting that some catalogs are able to see 'Edit in Adobe Photoshop CS6' and some may not.

3D does not work in Adobe Photoshop CC 2015
3D has worked on my Mac Air in 2012. The 3D functionality worked for me when I used Photoshop CS6 extended. He never said that my graphics card any problem. This annoys me especially because Cinema 4 d R17 works which is even better for rendering and sculpture and didn't tell me that my graphics card can be "exceeded". I sometimes use the 3D rendering engine of the Photoshops to make some of my just 3D objects because it was more convenient. But no more.

Chris Cox programs Photoshop and knows what needs to be in the reporting system.
It's sad to say, you have a fake copy and we cannot fix this.

Not possible... your serial number is for Windows and will not work to install the Mac version
Since you have CS5, there is also no way to replace your version of Windows to a Mac version
If you don't want to buy an upgrade to CS6 Creative Cloud now includes Creative Suite Master Collection and Design Premium features you might consider Photoshop elements

Photoshop cc 2015 has file > Place incorporated and Place > bound.
(Place > Embedded is the old file > Place)
You don't have to have an open documents use.
