  In January of 2012, I bought an Epson Perfection V500 Photo Scanner.  Adobe PhotoShop Elements 6 came with it.  Last week, I bought a new computer.  I installed PhotoShop Elements 6 on the new computer.  Now, PhotoShop Elements 6 wonder a 24-digit serial number.  I can't find it on the Adobe PhotoShop Elements 6 disc provided with the scanner.  I can't find in any of the documentation I got Epson with the scanner.  Where can I find the serial number of 24 digits for PhotoShop Elements 6 so I can transfer PhotoShop Elements 6 from my old computer to the new?

  Unfortunately, if you have never installed it, adobe has no record of your serial number. Serial numbers for the products are sold in large batches, and the buyer (Epson, in your case) is responsible for them. You must get in touch with Epson.

  If you have installed and registered PSE 6, go to adobe.com and search on the right side of My Adobe page. By working through the links you should be able find the record of the serial number that you have registered.

  This means that the "Lightroom 6" has less in the program features as "Lightroom CC? I do know that when I buy 'Lightroom 6', I don't know that I was paying for cheaper at the time.

  "DeHaze" feature is a feature in the program-photos-development, no feature cross-platform or mobile. This feature of photo development-program should NOT be stripped from Lightroom 6.

  Why Adobe would do such a thing? Why Adobe didn't inform customers when purchasing that they pay for cheaper? It hurt Adobe Lightroom 6 clients should be entitled to the same characteristics of Photo-developpement in the program?

  You may not be able to find the 3D features or tools because you have the standard version of Photoshop. That Photoshop Extended version contains functions and 3D tools. To quickly check what version you have, choose Help > about Photoshop (Windows) or Photoshop > about Photoshop (Mac). You will get a screen like this:

  

  If you have Photoshop Extended, you will be able to use the 3D tools.

  Find things such as ink levels is a function of the printer driver.

  This is provided by the manufacturer of the printer, and they are the best resource on the operation of their particular drivers.  Therefore, it is best to ask the manufacturer of the printer for advice on this issue.

  Sometimes, there is an icon in the taskbar that you can get this information.  Yet once, it is a function of the driver and the printer software.
