Removal of remaining connected to google (how) bookmarks

I have designated inadvertently havw a Web site as a bookmark.  I need to remove it.  Also, I can't stay signed in to google - I think that it is a matter of bookmark, because one of the bookmarks is a blank page of google signin.  I feel that I have the world's steepest learning curve - please forgive the questions with obvious answers.  johannasoris

The Droid works differently from your computer.  There is a learning curve quite high on this phone.  It takes time to adapt to it and learn its features.

With the browser: you said that you want to delete a bookmark, right?  First open the browser app.  Now press the star on top right.  This should open your bookmarks screen.  Now the bookmark you want to delete just tap it and a menu should appear with an option to remove.  Tap that.  Another pop up appears just to confirm the deletion.  Tap OK.  That should get rid of all the bookmarks that you want to get rid.

Now, if you want to clear your history: while you are still looking for bookmark at the top screen to the right and you will see a tab called history.  Tap that.  Now press the menu down button and a button will come to clear the history.  Tap that.

I do not understand you not knowing how to leave a Web site?  You don't really need.  Just go to the next.  Only, it will be part of your story that you know now how to remove.

As well as to receive a different phone or return: If you are still in your 30 day trial period Verizon has a no doubt ask political returns.  You can return with no repucussions.  Go and talk to them about your options.  It is best to know your options than to be stuck with a phone that you dislike for 2 years.  You should be happy with what you have.  No shame to not like the Droid.  It is not for everyone.  Hope this helps and good luck to you.

I am regretting not buying an iphone. My contract with verizon had expired when I walked in and bought the phone. I did do a lot of reading about the phone and verizon is the best phone company. I know you don't know me at all but why am I having a hard time? I love my computer and I don't have a hard time with it. I can't get around the droid. I don't know how to exit a website, I don't know how to get rid of the websites built up == which I want to do because a lot of them are mistakes that seem to come back to haunt me. If I take the phone back within the thirty days - do I get to opt out of the contract or am I stuck with a store credit for a phone. I think the latter. Sigh. js
