Open the vCO Client Java, go to 'Tools'-> 'User Preferences'-> 'Général', and then select the checkbox «Delete the authorized non-empty folder» Save and close the dialog box.

Then go to the workflow tree view, select the HTTP REST folder, right-click, 'delete '.

  • How can I REMOVE the Adobe Acrobat Plugin.

Whenever I have click on [disable] and then restart FF, he's back, still running.
I don't want Acrobat, because I prefer to use Foxit Reader.

The button in the Addons Manager is [disable] seems not be a [uninstall] or [delete this plugin] option. Or acrobat adobe appears in Add/Remove programs in Control Panel.

OK, in this case we will remove the plugin manually:

    • First enter about: config in the address bar of firefox (confirmed the message information where it appears) and search for the preference named plugin.expose_full_path. Double-click it and change its value to true.
    • then enter topic: plugins in the location bar, there should be a file-full path shown next to the addon adcrobat obsolete
    • Use windows Explorer to navigate to this path and delete the file nppdf32.dll
    • then restart firefox and the plugin should be gone.
  • Remove a Plugin EM

    Hello

I am currently working with Oracle EM plugins.  I was able to push one of the samples during my SGD server with emcli import_update of one of my Management Agents.  I deployed around my environment, setting targets and made a few simple tests.  Once I did, I removed the targets and cancelled.  Now, I'm curious as to how I would like to remove the plugin completely.  I see, like import_update, there is a remove_update.  I suspect that's what I need to run.  However, it requires the internal ID of the update run remove it.  Where can I find the internal ID for a status update?  Is this the right approach?

    Thank you!

  • How to remove the old plugins in the add-on Manager

That is my question. Add-ons Manager shows all of those I want to delete as persons with disabilities. The existing responses do not work because when I get home the Manager of the page the word "delete" is not there. (see attachment)

Plugins are part of third party software that you have installed on your computer. To uninstall the plugin, you need to remove the application that has installed the plugin in the first place.
This is not always desired. So I'd keep just those unwanted plugins disabled. They won't hurt.
There are ways to fix the Windows registry so that these plugins are no longer visible for Firefox and therefore will not be displayed in the Add-ons Manager. But unless you know exactly what you are doing, you should not start playing with it.

  • How to remove unwanted plugins (and no I don't want to read all the articles unrelated who never answer your question)?

I want to erase the unwanted plugins in Fire Fox. A plugin has even a warning about its use does not (Java Deployment Toolkit). But every time I ask 'how to remove a plugin?', I get redirected to an article that does not answer the question. And then the cycle starts again without ever actually answer the question.

IT IS NECESSARY TO UNINSTALL FIREFOX TO DELETE A PLUGIN?

Hello 4646tm, I understand your frustration. Here's how to remove a plugin:
Click the menu and then click on Add ons, which looks like a piece of a puzzle.

Type about:plugins into the Location bar and press Enter to display the About Plugins page.
Each entry in the About Plugins page will have "File:" and "Path:", showing the name and location of the plugin file. Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the folder shown for the plugin you want to remove.
Rename the file to add an X in front of the filename (for instance, npswf32 becomes Xnpswf32).

You said that you do not want links, but I'll give you a couple just in case you do not want to uninstall the plugins manually. These links are to pages that tell you how to run the uninstall it please do not hesitate to tell me if you think that they are not useful.

    Uninstall Adobe Flash - Windows

    Uninstall QuickTime - Windows Vista/7

    Follow the instructions:
Download Microsoft Silverlight (instructions to uninstall also)

I just put a couple of the most common out there, if you have a specific plugin you don't want it please tell me and I can dig to the top of the page for it, also you can do manual uninstall I gave you.

    Have a great day!

  • Firefox crashes in typing or by clicking check box or the radio button, even with all the plugins / extensions removed. Check with many types of malware scanners.

Firefox crashes in typing or by clicking check box or the radio button, even with all the plugins / extensions disabled, then deleted. Sometimes it hangs for five minutes. I checked the PC with several types of scanners of evil-ware, but none to be found. All hidden and deleted cookies, all DELETED & extension plugins. Remove all instances of Firefox PC and registry, then restored to bookmarks. The only thing that I did not is to remove and reinstall not my favorites.
Windows Vista (yes I know) and FF 13.0.1

Try disabling hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Removal of the Plugins

Hi, I'm on a Single Quad Core Mac Pro running Lion.  I just upgraded to Premiere Pro 7.1 CC.  I ran the update of my transition FilmImpact plugins which relased for the CC 7.1.  When I ran the update I had to remove the original plugins in the extensions Manager by clicking on 'Remove' first, and then by installing the update.  However, the extension manager is new to me and I didn't know if I just installed on the old plugins.  The extensions Manager detected the old plugins and asked me if I wanted to crush it with the new.  I said yes.  It worked, because the updates installed and are functional.  However, now I have the "ghost" of the old plugins too, side by side with the new.  I tried to delete them via the extensions Manager, but clicking on 'Remove' or 'Activate' only removes the effects of transition again, updated, not the 'old'.  I can't figure how to get rid of the old.  Any ideas?

    Thank you

I couldn't find this second and third directory you listed.  Strange that.  But I finally solved the problem just uninstall everything (first and ExtensionManager) and then re-install.  Fortunately, the new Cloud interface, that is easy.  Thanks for the help!

  • How can I remove the menu drop-down asking me if I want to allow a plugin to run?

From Firefox 26.0, there is now a drop-down list that appears whenever a Web site with a plugin is loaded, if the plugin is set to "Ask to activate" in the addons > Plugins menu. This drop may be rejected, but always reappears when such a page is loaded.

As useful as it is, I'm already happy with the previous solution to have a plugin icon that appears in the address bar (which is always available, dismiss the drop-down list), so I don't really need an additional dialog that appear while I am browsing. Is there a way to delete from the drop-down list?

Hello Ingefaerol, yes it's possible - please see: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/hide-plugin-notifications/

  • How to remove the plug-in: Shockwave for Director

I got a new pc a few weeks and recently downloaded Firefox. I don't know if shockwave for Director came with the download. But he is listed in the PLUGINS. It displays a warning that they are vulnerable and must be updated. I don't want to do that. Although I have so far, it is not anything on the PLUGINS screen to REMOVE a plugin. That's what I want to do. I checked the control panel to uninstall, but it is not listed under Adobe, Intel, Shockwave, etc. I read another post where people suggested some things real techno that I would never try.
Dear Firefox: Please find a way to "REMOVE" as an option to remove a plugin.

  • Video playback stopped working in Firefox until I DISABLED the plugin of primetime content decryption module

From one day to the next video (youtube, Vimeo, etc) stopped not working in Firefox. I checked my plugins/addons and discovered the plugin Adobe "primetime content decryption module" which I had not noticed previously had been installed. I've disabled the plugin and found that the video playback was still functional.

I realize the Primetime plugin is intended to facilitate playback of certain content (DRM), which would not otherwise play with Silverlight/Flash plugins, but unless that I turn it off it's actually prevents me from normal video content playback.

As this is a Firefox/Adobe plugin suggested I prefer it to work as expected rather than disable/remove it.

A quick update to my problem noted above (maybe I should try this first)

I ACTIVATED the plugin once more see if it would cause video playback yet, but everything seems to be ok now (IE, Primetime plugin is activated and all videos play normally)

Will report if the problem arises again

  • remove the development tools

I have tried everything I can find online, but I just can't help the developer tools to interfere when I type in a search, or type text on a web page.

I went to about: config and off each dev listed, still nothing changes.

Please tell me how to remove the tools from the developer of my computer

If Safe Mode works, which usually means that one of your extensions is the origin of the problem.

You can try to disable the more less frequent - Garmin and AVG - on the addons page. Either:

    • CTRL + SHIFT + a
    • "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Add-ons

In the left column, click Extensions. Then, you can find the button disable for each of them.

Often, a link will appear above at least an extension disabled to restart Firefox. You can complete your work on the tab and click one of the links in the last step.

Which improves the behavior of Firefox?

It is also possible that the extension of the problem works great on its own, but interacts badly with a your plugins, so if you want to keep both of these extensions enabled, examine and disable unnecessary plugins.

Page modules, in the left column, click on Plugins. To disable a plugin, change its permission to "activate" to "never activate. You may need to open a new window (Ctrl + n) or exit and restart Firefox to see the effects of the change.

  • reset the behavior of the plugin

    Situation before:
-put in Shockwave Flash to 'ask to activate '.
-a worked well, as expected: on a page with Flash, FF will appear a button to enable Flash or to continue blocking the program

    Then:
-clicked "continue to block this site" rather than "allow Flash.

    Current situation:
-FF is no longer the button to activate Flash on this site; Content Flash is not displayed
(-I can 1) go to Options-> Add - ons-> Shockwave Flash "always enable" game and then the Flash content works on this page. This is undesirable because they happen too much on all other pages.
Or (2) I can set it to "never turn", which is also undesirable.
Or (3) I can put to what is should be, 'ask to activate '. But FF still don't ask me what to do to this particular site and it continues to block Flash content, even with the setting "ask to activate."

    Have you tried:
-set to "always enable", restart FF, set to "ask to activate"-> no change
-have deleted "pluginreg.dat" after the closure of the FF in combination with the above as well as without it: no effect
-Open "on: permissions" but there is no options for the Flash plugin, which is not comprehensive and not more by site

To view the Flash content on the page in question I need the plugin "always enable" who i do fault.

How can I get FF to bring up this message with the buttons for permission again?

So, here's the hard way. Maybe there is an add-on that makes this a piece of cake, but I tend to use the tools in my Kit.

The nuclear option for registered clearing permissions is to delete the permissions.sqlite database and have Firefox start building your own permissions from scratch.

I hope that you will not have to do this: you can remove this permission or similar permissions, using the SQLite Manager extension. It's a little cheesy, but if you're wrong, you should be able to recover by the removal of the database and build upward from zero once again.

SQLite Manager is added to the Tools menu in the menu bar (press the Alt key to display the bar if needed). When you run SQLite Manager, it can suggest to open the last database, that you used. You can cancel that.

In the SQLite Manager toolbar, click the button (select the profile database), choose permissions.sqlite and click OK. After the loading of the database:

    • Click moz_hosts in the list of Tables in the left column
    • Click the browse and search
    • Click the search button
    • in the Type line, replace the match from = to contains, then type hidden, then click OK

This should show that all plugin-hidden-notification permissions. You can click on one and then click on the Remove button to remove it.

I don't know how long it would take for Firefox to notice this change, but I was impatient and decided to quit and restart Firefox to speed up the process. It worked.

It's a long way to go to get the InfoBar in return, but if you can't live without it...
