  It will work in CS3 at least. It is not very fast, however. It will remove all unused master spreads.

  1. you are trying to boot from the disc or start on the desktop to start the installation?

  If you don't have any concerns of data, you can continue the installation without removing the program.

  If you have any concerns of data, then try to remove the PowerShell and run the install. Also perform a backup of important data before reinstalling Windows Vista.
