Removes selected source Audio Player Plugin sequence

Hi, I am a video editor with some limited programming experience and I explored the possibility of extending on all of the features of Premiere Pro. Nothing fancy or simply adding 3D features. Specifically, I want to add the ability to play a clip in the Source monitor Panel and preview audio source selected on the current sequence. This means that regardless of the audio source is activated in the sequence would monitor playback as well as the video of the source. (Avid has this feature). I have not yet found anything in the literature that suggests that the current sdk can allow this. I don't find a way to get info "on or off" in the sequence. In fact, I have not found anything on obtaining all the parameters or values of the sequence.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

I also wish I could add several other improvements similar to Premiere Pro. I'm not much of a programmer. It will probably take me ages to do something that a real programmer would take a few days to do, so I'm more open to anyone wishing to help. I know Premiere Pro backwards from the point of view of the user and would be ready to contribute to any effort in this particular sense.

Hello

Unfortunately, the current API do not have access to the areas that you are interested in using.  You may save it as a feature request:

Is there a Windows Media Player plugin which allows you to convert audio files from one type to another?
    For example: conversion of a

    2. . M4P file to a .mp3 file, or a

    Hello

Thank you fo contact Microsoft Answers.

Windows Media Player is not any plugin. Maybe you can try to Expression Encoder.

    Here:

    http://www.Microsoft.com/expression/products/Encoder4_Overview.aspx

    Or here:

Many third-party converters are also available, you can try.

  • Embedded audio player doesn't work with Firefox in a laptop computer, but works fine on a PC. How can I fix? It started with the new design of Firefox.

This problem apparently only occurs with the audio player built into http://www.theskepticsguide.org/ . I tried other embedded audio players from other websites and they work fine. In the Firefox installed in my laptop, no matter what I do it does not play the SGU podcast. When I try to click on the download option it says "Video cannot be read because the file is corrupted. However, I can play and download the podcast without any problem with Firefox installed in my PC, which is the exact same version that is in my laptop, so I don't really know what could be the cause.

I remember that this was not the case before the new design of Firefox. I tried the solutions proposed on this problem before asking this question. I checked that the plugins are up-to-date. I removed all the addons and plugins, and this did not help either. Firefox reset with no luck. Also tried a fresh install of Firefox and it didn't work. I used the laptop without synchronization first, and then synchronize with no difference. Flash is up to date and there is no apparent problems there.

Maybe it's a codec missing or damaged? I wouldn't trust codecs from sources other than Microsoft for this purpose, since Firefox tries to use Windows to read the file.

If you decide to give up and around the native player for a plugin, these changes of settings usually work for this:

    (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

    (2) in the filter box, type or paste media and make a pause so that the list is filtered

    (3) [except XP], double-click on media.windows - media - foundation.enabled to change its value from true to false.

    (4) double click on media.directshow.enabled to change its value from true to false.

  • Using FMS v4.5.5 with an audio player based on a browser running on iPad/iPhone

    Hello

I'm looking for some clarity/guidance on the use of FMS v4.5.5 (edition streaming) with an audio player based on a browser running on iPad/iPhone (i.e. IOS).

    Background

I have a Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 Web server running IIS v7.5 and support a site built using ASP.NET and c#. Parts of the site allow a visitor to play a selection of audio from our library of MP3 files custom clips. Lack of UK music license, we must broadcast the clip on the client browser - you should not download some or all of the source of MP3 files. So, we have a custom audio player built for us for a long time using Flash/AS3. It continues to work very well and uses the RTMP protocol to stream the clips to the FMS to the client browser.

As our site became more that the number of visitors has been growing. In the early days, the number of visitors from the iOS platform was relatively low, but last month it had reached 40%! Flash is not supported on the platform, iOS, this growing group of visitors cannot fully maximize the benefits offered by the site, I'm now trying to address.

    What I'm doing...

I've done research and read, I believe that FMS v4.5.5 support HLS and I need to use this (instead of RTMP) over HTTP between FMS and the client to iOS Safari. I have been experimenting with an Open Source (JPlayer) player and a commercial player (JWplayer) and seem to have these playback of an MP3 file as a "progressive download" (I think that's the right term) like all I do is to specify the path of the file (without the prefix HTTP etc.), i.e. the audio isn't really be listened to as I need. Unfortunately, I have not found / worked out how to configure my FMS to meet a demand of path along the lines of:

    http://www.myserver.com/live/AUDIO1.MP3

I hope that someone who reads what is much more expert FMS, HLS, HDS, HTML5, etc than I can point me in the right direction!

    What I leave me puzzled...

    (1) can all my MP3 stay property is thus always be aired in the Safari iOS client? To the best of my knowledge, the main properties of my MP3 files are CBR, 44, 100 Hz, 320 Kbps.

    (2) If this is not the case, can they be converted on the fly by FMS or do I need to create additional audio support to support CTS etc. ?

    (3) if I have to manually create additional audio means, how do I (I saw references to tools of Adobe and Apple but actually found the kits)?

    (4) some of the Adobe documentation I read implies that FMS in favor HLS etc. is available only when the FMS is used in conjunction with the bundled Apache web server. As stated previously, my short of any site on IIS so means to achieve what I want, I have to run two servers on my physical - IIS server for the site itself and Apache for RTMP/HLS/etc web. ?

    (5) should what changes I make to my current setup of the FMS for HLS to work? I'm sure that someone here has already been and can enlighten me with their experience and hopefully point me to a simple to follow documentation!

    (6) Finally and truly part of five (5), once I have FMS set up correctly, which would be the typical path to an MP3 audio file that I would give the iOS Safari browser to make it all work.

I appreciate, it's rather long first post, but I hope that the background my questions (and confusion) in context. Bottom line is... I just want to be able to broadcast audio clips only (no video) to iOS browsers Safari of FMS v4.5.5 running on a platform of Win2K8R2 with IIS v7.5 and no audio content stored (even temporarily) on the iOS platform.

My thanks and gratitude in advance to anyone who can help me achieve this goal.

    Hi Steve,.

When you told me that you were using the direct application I assumed you were a direct publication any. We use generally live direct request to publish and the application of the vod to stream vod assets like your mp3 files. That's why I suggested using livepkgr file and stream.m3u8 http://192.168.20.250:8134 / hls-/ livepkgr/_definst_/livestream/live url format. But now that I have a better idea of your installation, I will say please forget about it.

You need HTTP streaming of your VOD assets for correct iOS devices? It's the method, you need to use:

    1. install FMS with delivered Apache - done

    2. have Apache listen to 8134 only and WFD in 1935 - done

    3. check if everything is installed correctly by playing the feeds on the homepage - done

    4. test HLS - VOD (HTTP streaming of active vod to apple devices) - in your attempt to safari browser to read a stream like http://: 8134/hls-vod/sample1_1000kbps.f4v.m3u8

    Audio-video playback is correct?

    5. then open /Apache2.2/conf/httpd.conf file in a text editor and search for . Under this directive to location, there will be a 'HttpStreamingContentPath' that points to the folder where assets will be picked up. Change in any folder you want and restart AMS.

    6. now, try reading a stream of this new folder of your (try a mp4/f4v file for testing purposes) like http://: hls-8134/vod /*.m3u8. The reading is correct?

If everything works as expected so far then your setting of FMS is ready.

Can convert you the assets in AAFC. I suggest take you a look here: http://superuser.com/questions/370625/ffmpeg-command-to-convert-mp3-to-aac. The basic commands to use are explained here. I would recommend mp4/f4v. Unfortunately I have not tried this on my end so a unable to provide an example.

JWPlayer is a url which is simple *.m3u8 should be enough to play a stream. You may have read on HLS streaming to JWPlayer here: http://www.longtailvideo.com/support/jw-player/28856/using-apple-hls-streaming/

Do try once more and let me know if it works.

    Thank you

  • Discover code source timecode in the source file for the sequence clip

I googled and searched the forums and have not been able to find an answer to the following question.

We created a sequence from a source element and then copied a subclip of this sequence in a different sequence (final). The audio looks like a straight line, and you can't send it to Soundbooth.

I want to easily find the original project item and its timecode to use as source and then copy at in and out source in the timeline of the new sequence. I can get to the point of entry/exit in the first source sequence to help find the sub clip, but not the original movie file. If we rub all the sequences to find each replacement.

In addition, all new to Premiere Pro and CS5. I find a good workflow and you tutorial would be recognizing links that describe best practices. I have a lot of the tv.adobe and Lynda videos watched and have a few questions.

    My workflow is:

I went through the original and selected source clip set marker unnumbered for each point of interest, copy the entire source to a new sequence and then cut them in the timeline panel.

The forum research seems to indicate that the best workflow must set the entry/exit points in the source window, and then drag each item to the timeline.

It helps me to edit if I see the audio to address my points of entry/exit, that's why I change the full source of the sequence.

You make one sequence for each subclip so you can appoint them to know their background? I tried to use speech analysis, but it was unusable in a group setting, although, as a general rule, only one person speaks at a time. I applied a filter of noise before analysis.

Please let me know if I use the forum properly, as this is my first post.

    Thank you

    Rob

Assuming that the shortcuts have not changed for CS5, put your CTI at the beginning of the clip in the second sequence.  Shift + T you will get the same point in the original sequence.  M then you will get the same context of the original item in the Source monitor...

  • Flash Player plugin crasht after update-what to do?

updated the last Flash Player plugin 13.0.0.182 after that the plugin crasht every time when I want to read a video what to do?

I would like to have more information about the problem. However, you are using a Mac OSX operating system?

    https://forums.Adobe.com/thread/1446396

There's a person in this thread in the forum with a username of irdoc who said:

"I'm also unable to get Adobe Flash Player 13 (v. 13.0.0.182) works fine on my Mac, even after using the Adobe Flash Player Uninstaller." My previous version (v. 12.0.0.77) works very well, and the only way I can get Flash Player to work is by removing v13, v12 by reinstalling.

    My Mac is a MacPro 1,1... »

It is possible that there is a problem with Adobe Flash player specifically. Have you tried to watch videos with other browsers?

As a warning, I tried to find a safe place to download the 12.0.0.77 version, but I couldn't find one without risk. Be careful if you decide to go this route. Make sure you have at least some form of antivirus and firewall before you try this.

Apparently this problem with Adobe took place April 8 this year, so it's fairly new. In addition, apparently Chrome uses an integrated in flash player which does not have this plug-in. If really you need or want to watch videos, and it is a problem with Adobe, you can use Chrome for now.

  • Flash Player Plugin tries to access internet arriving on account login pages

    Firefox 24.0
Adobe Flash Player Plugin 11.8 r800
    Software firewall: ZoneAlarm

My firewall is set to "Manual control" and I get warnings for all attempts to access from the Internet.
Firefox is already granted outbound access to the Internet, so I surfed without additional warnings. So if I go on YouTube, I can watch videos without receiving a prompt from my firewall.

However when I visit a secure account login page (where I have to enter my username and PW) the firewall warns me that 'Firefox tries to use Adobe Flash Player 11.8 r800 to access the Internet.

A prompt like this is provided by the firewall when a program uses another Internet access. If for example I click on a link in MS Excel, the firewall will tell me that Excel tries to use Firefox to access the Internet.

    Makes me concerned is:
    (1) Firefox already has access privileges. It should not "use Flash to access the internet.
    (2) this happens when I am about to use the keyboard to enter sensitive data in a secure page
    (3) there is no [apparent] Flash elements on the login pages.

Could I have acquired a malicious Flash software that tries to collect the keystrokes and transmit somewhere? Is there a way to show (in Firefox) which Flash file works at some point? (This would let me distinguish what is what makes the access attempt)

I am completely protected with Antivirus, anti-spam and breach prevention software. I also run Norton Power Eraser to see if there was anything at the root level. Nothing found.

Thanks in advance for your comments.

Pages can use Flash, even when there is no video is displayed. For example some sites use Flash for menus, some for audio and some may load Flash in their Google Analytics scripts so that they know as much as possible on your system.

In most cases, the Flash Player will try to load a. SWF file, even if maybe it's not always easy. You might look for it in the Firefox Web Console.

When viewing the page, press Ctrl + Shift + k, the reload of the page. If there is a request to support Flash on the page, it should appear in the console (if the request is blocked by a firewall, it must nevertheless appear as pending a request). There is a search/filter box where you could try to enter .swf to reduce the time needed to go through the list. You can find the URL of the requested file? That might or might not make you comfortable on demand.

    Hi Unpreghini,

    1. What is the problem you are having with playlists?

Start the computer in safe mode and then try to recreate the database of Windows Media Player. To do this, try this step.
Step 1: Start the computer in safe mode
    a. see start your computer in safe mode: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Start-your-computer-in-safe-mode
    b. connection to the problem user account.

Step 2: Rebuild the media player database
    a. Click Start, type run, click Run, type % LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft, and then click OK.
    b. Select the Media Player folder, and then click on Delete on the file menu.
    c. restart Windows Media Player.
    d. check if the problem persists.

Note: Windows Media Player will automatically rebuild the database.
