  I created a document in InDesign that has 20 Pages of unique face.  It is essentially a photobook.  I created another one of 20 pages which have zoomed in versions of the smaller images which are on the first 20 pages.  I created buttons on the small images to post a link to the version zoomed in.  I was able to export to SWF format with the corner of page.  How to hide the 20 pages of images zoomed in?  I want my book to leaf through only the first 20 pages and to display only the last 20 pages if the user clicks on the button of the corresponding image.  I call these hidden pages because they would be hidden from the user, unless they push some buttons.

• How can I configure this behavior of a field?

  I have a class that extends LabelField. The behavior I want for this field is when someone focuses on it and then click on the trackball (navigationClick?) or presses ENTER, the field must have the attention and all events are to be charged to this field.

  What I want to do is a kind of a counter. When someone click on the trackball or press ENTER on the counter, the user can scroll upwards or downwards or press on upwards or downwards to increase or decrease the number.

  How can I do this?

  When you connect a call via the customer portal interface (/ ServiceManager.aspx? lite) I would easily change the eay work Service and Config point QDs.

  We have portal application registration form with field Service QD included. And I made the same decision: it is much more convenient for the search service by its title and not by reference. The behavior can easily be changed by changing the query TABLE SERVICE_QDSearchResults:

  [SERVICE_NAME AND s.ASSET_REF LIKE: uSERVICE_NAME]

  must be changed to

  [SERVICE_NAME AND s.TITLE LIKE: uSERVICE_NAME]

  I believe you can change the behavior of field research of Config point QD (check CMDB_QDSearchResults TABLE and ASSET_QDSearchResults TABLEqueries) as well.

  To make extension of field reference use the syntax [EXTFLDV_500xxx] ([EXTFLDV_500xxx #EXTPROFILE500yy] for the profile field). Where 500xxx ir SU_FIELD reference number field.

  You should be able to add a field to the form review call using the designer.

  I have a Czech version of Illustrator CC on Windows 7 Pro.
  Some fields of measurement do not work as expected, for example:

  When you create a new document:
  Marks of decimals in the dimensions of the document have disappeared (rather 210,00 mm it shows 00 210 mm). It also disappears after that I add. One other strange thing is when I click in the entry box, do nothing and click the value Exchange at 5779 55 mm

  (Something similar happens in my InDesign: I can't change the size of the object, expressed with a number with a decimal point mark to another number with a comma brand - to a whole number.) I do not work in Web mode.)

  This behavior is controlled by parameters that I can't find or is this a bug?

  The comma is basically governed by your regional/language settings, in Control Panel I think.

  There may be some problems between. and, for a decimal point (and conversely thousands).

  But, especially if the behavior was not always there, you can try the list below.

  The following is a general list of things you can try when the question is not in a specific file (you tried/made some of them already). 1 and 2) are easier for temporary strangenesses and 3) and 4) specifically preferences might be corrupt); ((5) is a list in itself and 6) is the last resort.

• Strange behavior of validation with the fields 'user entered - required '.

  I have a situation where I have a form with several 'user entered - required"text fields  Some required fields are pre-populated by a server process before being presented to a user in the workspace.  When the user fills the remaining fields and submits the form (by clicking the button "Done" in the workspace), the of standard validation 'required' message, even if all required fields contain data.

  The shape where I discovered this problem is moderately complex, so I built a form simple and process to try to understand what is happening.  The simple form contains exactly two text fields, both are user entered - required.  A field is filled by a server process when the task of the associated workspace is called, B field must be filled in by the user.  There is no script customized beyond the bridge of form and a Submit button.  It's about as simple as it gets.

  If the field is filled, and then the user fills B field and click on 'Finish', the message appears saying 'at least one required field is empty... "even if the two fields contain data.

  If I return to the form and remove the B field (and redeploy the form and remember the process), to field is pre-filled and the user clicks on 'Finish', no message is displayed and the form is sent.

  As far as I know, the built-in for required fields validation works correctly only if all fields are pre-filled or none of them are pre-filled.

  Can someone explain what is happening?

  EDIT: I forgot to mention, I also created and configured an extract of the data for the simple form.  The data preview only contains a value for the to field.  When displayed in the preview of the Designer tab, everything works as expected.

  After a little work I have a better understanding of what is happening and a solution.  I have scripted several calls to xfa.host.messageBox (...) on different events.  It turns out that the pre-filled fields are not the culprit - they have values as expected.  The problem is with the non-pre-filled fields, and and a subtle behavior of the event model that causes a problem when using the workspace INTERFACE (at least on SS3).  Field values may not be resolved until a field loses focus (for example when a user moves to another field, or click a button).  Form used outside of the workspace, by clicking a "submit" button causes the focus to move to the button, which causes the values to be bound to the fields.

  Solution: Use an indirect Submit on the form button and submit indirect click handler used (in addition to your normal code):

  Working space should detect and then make an Indirect button and run the associated click Manager, claiming in turn the form submit true button.

  This is where begins the next bit of fun: there is a bug in the form bridge (at least in the ES3 version) code prevents him from indirect detection submit buttons when you use JavaScript as a language Manager click of the button and

  Here is my hack to solve this issue:

  1. Open the 'ContainerFoundation_JS' script in the Script of Designer Editor
  2. Ignore the warning at the top of the file
  3. Find the named function: isIndirectSubmitEvent (it's on the line 1512 or something)
  4. Change the line that reads:

• If/Then to control the behavior and the importance of the 3 fields according to drop-down list

  My form has 3 fields that I need to control their values and/or the behavior based on the value of the drop-down list.   If the value is 'original', I need the field value may not be mandatory, and 2 fields melts just return null.  If it is selected to 'change', I need the current value to be mandatory, and calculations made on background 2 fields.    Here is what I have in the event exit (JavaScript) from the drop-down list, which is called OrderType, but nothing happens.  What escapes me, or do I need this on the incorrect event or should I use FormCalc?

• Differences in behavior in 11 g to indicate the LOV is available for a field

  Would appreciate some patience when you answer this question, because it would be obvious to those of you who deal with forms on a daily basis and have done for years. I'm a DBA who came recently in a small shop where I get to do some thing/all which has the name of Oracle on it. We have a Forms application that has been around for a long time. I just migration of databases and our Forms/application on Linux Server (version 5.6 (Tikanga) of OEL 5 Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server) and the last stack (Weblogic 10.3.4 Fusion Middleware 11.1.1.4). We were on Forms 10gR 1, I think that, since the version indicated by opatch says "Oracle Application Server forms and reports Services 10 g 9.0.4.0.0."
  
  So, I installed the software WLS/FMW on the new box, configured and it guaranteed without any major problems. I copied on the * .fmb of old for nine box and their migration using the tool/script...then compiled all forms in 11 g and got again * of .fmx. There were several warnings during migration on deprecated features, but no error... our Forms application is quite simple in nature... nothing really complex that I've encountered so far.
  
  While we tested, our users have noticed two changes in the behavior that bothered them.
  (1) they have been accustomed to see points of suspension (...) appear on the far right in the field, if there is an associated LOV. They still get a message at the bottom that there is an LOV, but no visual indication in the field itself. And they can do a Ctrl-L to display the LOV, as before.
  (2) when they navigate using the mouse to a field, it is used to highlight the whole field so that they can re - type the value. Now, he puts just the cursor exactly where they sailed in the area. Tab and in the field will highlight the whole area for re - type.
  
  I watched for a while and you don't see any property to get either a behavior to return the value. I compared the property sheets for the previous version of property sheets for the current version... and all the properties and the values appear to be exactly the same.
  
  Can someone tell me if this is expected (i.e. 'live with it') behavior or if there is something that I missed in the configuration of the application? I have been away from forms since Forms 4.5/Developer 2000 called, so part of the behavior may well be the new way of things. I also watched the *.env files and entries appear the same (essentially all faults - aspect, etc.). I might just miss something manuals (that look amazingly similar because they study at the end of the 1990s).

  For the first question, I'm not sure about ellipsis in the corner of the field, but you can try to set app.ui.lovButtons = true in the registry.dat file.
  This file in 11g should be in $DOMAIN_HOME/config/fmrconfig/servers/WLS_FORMS/applications/formsapp_11.1.1/config/forms/registry/oracle/forms/... Easy to find ;)

  Regarding the second question, in 11 g of the matches of the behavior is changed. You can work around by using built-in SELECT_ALL. You can call it in click When starting at the level of the form.

  Can someone tell me why recrods by the FILE_DATE field that has no portion of time looking, it's a field of data type 'DATE', would produce different results according to the time different parameters passed in the WHERE clause?  This got me really confused and I just can't understand why this behavior change which makes me leary to trust a work around solution of data random apending time just at the place where clause.

  Two things to consider: firstly, Yes, Oracle * always * retains part of the time in a date column, midnight if you do not specify. Secondly, cf_sql_date can give you weird results because of that, I tend to use the timestamp.

  How the date has been entered in the first place? Much of the time it is put to use SYSDATE, which not only stores the date of the day, but the time, if you see that your form is another thing. Therefore, you might end up not getting results because you're doing something like this:

  WHERE itemdate = February 8, 2011"

  Backstage, itemdate is actually store some of the time, in order to not * not * equal this date is greater than it.

  Use TRUNC (itemdate) If you want to just Oracle review date part in queries.

• Behavior of the data import wizard when he meets a date/time field

  Recently, I downloaded SqlDevelper 4.1.2.20 and used the wizard importing data for the first time.  In general, this has been a process easy and simple to use.

  I noticed a strange behaviour and I was wondering if that was seen by someone else.

  On importing data from an Excel worksheet, I met several fields with the date/time data,

  The Import Wizard is almost always empty the format field and showed in the "Columns of data sources" section this column and EACH column of data once it is in error.

  Once you get the correct format, I often found that I have to press the 'Back' button to clear the other columns of data to be deceived.   And, in some cases, I saw where the columns previously posted were then marked as error.

  Basically, anything after the column date corrected was wrong until an update of the "Source of data columns" has been done.

  If anyone else has noticed this?

• Inconsistent behavior of the user interface in the keywords fields

  I noticed an inconsistency in the way keywords fields are dealt with in the Web portal. I was helping a new user today, and this inconsistency really triggered her top.

  In the Article Properties > metadata Article screen, when you add a keyword or keyword internal, after typing the keyword, you can either press the tab key or the back key to 'apply' the key word.

  But in the Layout Templates Beta > mapping, when you edit a mapping rule, and you type a key word or internal keyword, hit the tab key has no effect. The key word is on the line and allows you to move to the next field, but it is not "applied" until you press the return key. This caused the user thinks that she entered the key word, when in fact she was not. Has caused about 25 minutes of troubleshooting until we understood what was going on.

  Just a heads up, hoping this gets fixed.

  I'll make sure that the team has a bug filed for this...

• Irregular behavior with calculated fields

  A new program,

  I am working on a form with a great many digital fields.

  These fields are used in a series of calculations

  A point - the first subtotal calculated field to a column of numbers

  Point two - the second calculated field subtracts a column of numbers of this total part-time

  .....................

  Item 3 - the third field calculated is titled the four columns of totals like that above.

  Article 4 - the last calculation is the total above, divided by four.

  A simple calculation is used to enter this total at the beginning of the next page and so on throughout the form.

  The problem is that sometimes I added figures to the agenda one, the number does not always update to the point four right now. I have to kind of jimmy with the entries a bit. ITIS as the totals column is late by a single entry.

  I also have a number of questions when returning back and remove entries.

  Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong?

  You must set the order of computation of field for what makes sense for your form. In Acrobat 9, go into editing mode and select the forms: forms > edit fields > set field calculation order

  It's something else under Tools > forms in Acrobat 10

• There is a behavior that can swap a text field?

  I create a portfolio for a client page.  The vehicle is currently a block of 9 inches and another area where the thumb images appear expanded when spilled.  The client join can add text under the broad area relating to each project.  Is it possible to change the content in the text field on turnover of thumb so or is my only option to make the text portion of the enlarged image?
