  Agent listeners: down

  Log in as a sysadmin
  
  Go to system administrator > OAM > Wrkflow > fix components
  
  Here this theres window a dropdown menu with the actions defined, I selected Stop ALL and click Go
  
  a Req on submitted, when I checked administrator system > OAM > Wrkflow > Service components
  
  Status of the components are disable ...
  
  After awhile, I chose listener WF Agent and started OAM and another checked the concurrent application windows, it had ended normal and there was no exit and the file log and priority is 0

  I received this question MANY of my clients of BC, so I thought I would check with the BC community. Is it possible to further customize the workflow notifications?

  I know that in e-mail notification of workflow by default, webform submissions appear using {tag_formsummary}. This works well for the average contact form, but for more complex presentations (I have clients using Web forms for online employment applications and detailed quote requests), it would be great to be able to organize shipments of form in a way to make it a little more readable.

  I know that it comes a bit out-there, but I had this conversation enough times with customers frustrated that I thought I'd ask!

  According to the journal of CIM, earphone FNDSM was trying to connect to the server FNDSM__ and we have no Manager. conc running on the server .

  As far as I understand, Service Manager: on any node will start if the node is a node of simultaneous treatment. In our case, earphone FNDSM trying to connect to the node no concurrent processing (FNDSM__).

  I checked the status of the Service Manager:

  Access system-online simultaneous-online Manager Administrator => Administration-Online query for Service Manager: => click on 'process' =>, you will see a process 'active '.

  Service Manager: => real = 1 process, target = 0

  So we have decided to disable this Service Manager who is not necessary and it was what gave the error in the ICM log file. We will follow the fix in our next maintenance window.

  In addition, if the Service Manager is not present defined for a particular node, then this causes all of the services provided by the Service Manager as OPP, WF etc... don't not to work.

  We are about to upgrade to R12.1.3 of R11.5.9.
  
  As part of the test, I configured and started the workflow Mailer in the new system. As soon as I did, the system began to send only a ton of notifications of recent approvals of requisition apparently waiting in line in the system. WF Mailer has been down since I did the last upgrade test.
  
  We intend to approve applications from before the changeover in the old system, so there should be no e-mail notifications in the waiting. Is there a way to msg_state of these notifications was updated in the table wf_notification_out with a value of "READY", so we can ensure that we will have a clean system, and users will not receive notifications about recent requisition approvals?

  We have an EBS (R12.1) environment and intend to use the CPSA. I've seen environments where the CAWC runs in its own environment/database, etc. and connects to an instance of the EBS. Which is the only type of available configuration or can CAWC run fully within an environment of EBS/instance on the same server? If so, what are the consequences of such a configuration, for example on the performance.

  Hi Nat,

  ASIC can be configured in two ways:

  1 centralized - where the EBS and VCP reside on the same application server.

  2 decentralized - where the EBS and CRS are on two different application servers.

  Basically the motor nucleus of CPSA of planning does all the planning in the memory of the application server (and not in the database). This planning process is highly require a lot of resources (memory) and requires a huge memory (according to the data, the type of plan and many other factors). If the application servers are not the right size, this led to the poor performance of the application. And if both the planning and EBS reside on the same server, there are possibilities that you slow the global treatment through the functions of the company. That's why decentralized architecture is preferred, where the planning process running on another remote computer of your EBS and it didn't there in not affecting transactional modules.

  Beyond that, you have the ease of maintenance in terms of correction, update, addition of multiple of VCP modules, if you're on a decentralised architecture.

  Centralized architecture is also not rare. Many companies run their planning and EBS on a single machine.
