  Just to let you know, there is a difference between installation and activation.

  You can install the software on as many computers as you wish, Mac or PC.

  However, you can activate the software to be used on up to two computers at the same time (via help > connect / disconnect)

In the instructions that I have received, a step said:

  So I don't know what I'm supposed to do at this point. I can not return through the renewal because it indicates the renewal code has already been activated. The application desktop Adobe CC which manages all updates and applications is now stuck in a mode "The Update Installation".   I have a problem paying my point.

  I asked my credit card Australian suspended from the Bank because someone used it without my permission.

  After that, I tried to check if my credit card (Visa Debit) works or not,

  so I tried to buy a song on Australian Itunes.

  And I could still pay for the song. (2.19AUD)

  I went to my internet banking and it shows nothing regarding the payment for the song in the history of the transactions.
