Renew the composition of the student/teacher failed - Help!

I tried to follow the instructions that I got when I bought the CC membership renewal student/teacher through my University site, which were as follows:

"To redeem the serial number login to your Adobe with your Adobe ID and password account and enter the new serial number.

I chose to follow the second option. I went through the form on the website specified, the information requested and entered the new serial number that I had received. Everything seemed to be accepted. My account now shows that I have two memberships CC, which has expired, and the other that is active. Applications worked well. Today, however, I received a box of dialogue "we have trouble, check your membership" indicating that I am either offline, or my billing information cannot be verified. I'm always online, and when I went through the renewal I was never invited to your billing information, nor is there a place for me to enter billing information. In the instructions that I have received, a step said:

"Since you have not purchased a license directly from Adobe using a credit card no payment information was captured by Adobe." "You will receive an email recall Adobe 30 days before your subscription expires."


So I don't know what I'm supposed to do at this point. I can not return through the renewal because it indicates the renewal code has already been activated. The application desktop Adobe CC which manages all updates and applications is now stuck in a mode "The Update Installation". I are based largely on the applications Adobe CC for my work, so I can't afford to lose. I would be very happy for any help to solve this problem.

    The offer of a $14.99 student/teacher of promotional pricing for the first year only.

    After the first year you renew at the price standard student/teacher this plan which is currently a $ 24.99.  It is always a reduced rate compared to the regular (no student/teacher) price plan.

    I have currently the pack photography student/teacher for £7.99 a month. I want to upgrade to the student/teacher all the apps. When I try to change the plan in my account it says to al apps it's £21,91 per month, but on the Web site it it looks like £15.49 per month. When I select the £15.49 per month package directs me to support the customer for the promotional price. Please can someone help me with this? Thank you.

    Just to let you know, there is a difference between installation and activation.

    You can install the software on as many computers as you wish, Mac or PC.

    However, you can activate the software to be used on up to two computers at the same time (via help > connect / disconnect)

    I am currently a student, and my student / teacher edition of Creative cloud comes to an end in a few months. I'm still in school for at least another six months after that and the need to have this software for this reason. I understand that the amount I paid for the first year goes upward with the renewal of my account and that's fine, but the problem is that I don't have a credit card and of course I want to renew this product.

    I bought the version student teacher of Photoshop elements 14 & received free download for 30 days.  In order to achieve long term with my purchase I then checked my academic status to identity - e.com & gave my serial number EU MLP.  When I got home then to Adobe to complete the process, I got a message that the serial number was not valid. When I contacted the cat Adobe support they told me to download the software I already have (and use, most notably to organize my photos).

    When you install the suite you can choose/Undo the programs you want installed/not installed.

    I recently bought adobe photoshop elements 12 student/teacher edition.  I sent my proof of eligibility and I got an email saying: it was received.  How long does it take to receive my serial number? He was sent on Saturday, March 8, 2014.  I'm located in the Canada.

    It may take awhile for that thru wash it all away.  You must contact Adobe Support by chat or phone when you have the serial number and activation problems.

    £15.49 were the promotional price for the first year. After the first year, you will be charged £21,91.
