• CFMX says file not found in the new pages of the site

  Sorry if this has been answered, but I couldn't find it. We have some CF MX 7.0.2 running on Windows 2003 Web Server Edition with IIS. We have about 6 sites, each assigned a unique IP address. 2 two of the sites use coldfusion pages (templates) very well. These 2 sites are a few years old.
  
  We find when we put in place a new site in IIS, see pages do not work. Navigation to a page of the CF in a new site gives the standard deviation coldfusion 'page not found' (not the standard IIS 404 error page, but CF one). This has happened on a new site that I've implemented today. Then I went to a site that has been set up back in January 2007, which happened not to have all pages of CF, and added a 'test' see page and same thing - says "page not found" when you try to display it in the browser. HTML pages very well through these sites.
  
  I ran the application SEE connector of Web services on the server. It has an entry that says: it is set up for "IIS (all Sites)."
  
  I checked the site properties in IIS, and the mappings for the cfm and cfml pages are there.
  
  I compared the permissions in Windows and IIS for a site that works and the new (which are not) and see no difference.
  
  The files really exist (we are not just typing their bad). The new site, we want to launch has been developed on a test (my PC) server where the cfm pages appear very well, and there are links related inter-page than all the work. When loading to the top of the production machine, the cfm pages stop working, but we know that links to these other pages are good.
  
  I don't know what else could be wrong. Any help is appreciated. We are just desperate to launch a new site. Thank you!!

  you run the CF server as a no standard user - that is to say, not the default system account. If you see a CF page not found then CF obviously works but looks like it's a permission problem somewhere. If you host the files of a SAN somethings CF Gets a bit funny if there was a cluster failover and usually need to restart a service in the CF.

  If all else fails try to use "filemon" - google - it will show you in real time what is happening on the disc and the highlight and the permissions that are initially a failure.

  Please check layers panel and put in place the menu item in the list, you can use the layers panel and move up or attempt to move the content.

  Currently I am loading a url into javafx through webengine.load (url). My requirement is to keep the style in tact with the original page. However, once the page is rendered, the fonts are not loaded, and I cannot increase the font sizes. I worked through the following steps to achieve this.

  1 Add a listener via the method getLoadWorker for web engine and recover the document object when the State is MANAGED.

  2 transform a html string that gives me the whole HTML code of the page in a string including the css.

  3. then I do a replacement on the part of css by the actual location of the font (absolute path url) files and reload the HTML through loadContent method.

  With that, I'm able to get properly loaded fonts.

  Problem:

  1. I find myself with an infinite loop when I use the "webEngine.loadContent (string," text/html")" inside the getLoadWorker method.

  2. I tried to do that, outside the method getLoadWorker before the webEngine.load (url) , but in this case the string replacement body html is coming as null.

  Any help on how to achieve this? Here is my code:

  Loga is correct on the use of firebug with firefox. However, if you use IE (version 8 or later), press f12 to switch to developer mode. For Chorme, click the right button of the mouse, you'll get a context menu, you can see "Inspect element", which will have the HTML for this object. Yes as Loga said, if you can simulate changes by using these three, you can bring the apex thro generator only changes required, applying changes to CSS, script, models etc. Hope it will be useful.

  Create a menu manual and you add the links. For a menu automatically, even if you drag pages in outline view, the first page is index.html.

  Insert the menu into the menu options, choose manual from the menu Type of Menu. For a small site, that's fine.

• Applying the active state of the NAV menu high level. to the child pages

  I try to keep a consistent look across child pages of a top-level site. I want the main navigation bar to remain in an active parent page state, while the user navigates the child pages associated with this page using submenus. Ideally I'd like the active State to remain in the top level menu so that the user knows they are still within that parent while they drill down to the specific information they are looking for.

  New to this and am really your "no HTML" experience, just design work lags. For any help or suggestion would be appreciated.

  I created a work around what has worked for me.

  My design is a simple text with a highlight color box in the text. I tried to change the text color and the highlight color for stay active when the child pages.

  So what I did was copy the main navigation of my template feature main principal is then 'Paste in Place' on the template page of my child.

  Then on the pasted copy, I changed the text color, background of the text box to cover a master changed and main navigation text box highlight color to match the active state.

  Looking at your css looks like the selected class does not work because the li #nav_549633 one is more specific is the one who is listened to.

  change .selected li.selected a #nav_549633 and it should work.

  I have a rtf model in which I have two tables. The XML contains both G_ORDER_NUMBER and G_ITEM_DESC.
  
  G_ORDER_NUMBER is the main group for which we have detailed records in G_ITEM_DESC.
  
  The table (this table has data associated G_ORDER_NUMBER) I want to repeat on each page. I tried several options but it doesn't work.
  
  I ticked the box on properties of the table that says "repeat the header at the top of each Page line" but it does not work, I tried <? Start: body? > and <? end body? > it does not reach the living room out with not enough rendered message even though I have increased the size of the page to 22 inches.

• Custom button link just inside the frame of webhelp, not on the entire page

  I use Robohelp 8 to create a WebHelp that I linked to a word document. Everything turned out great so far, but one of the last things I'm doing is creating a custom content and Search button that is labeled "SharePoint". I want that this button is a link to the site of our company so that when users are made with the WebHelp, they can simply click on the button and that it will take them back to SharePoint.

  I created the button and made a connection, but the problem that I am running is that when they click on the button, our SharePoint site appears as part of WebHelp, not the entire page. I don't know if it's possible, but I would like users to be able to click on the button and our SharePoint site appears on the entire page instead of just inside the frame of WebHelp. Is this possible?
