Replace the subset of table does not not for me

I have a loop IN which I want to use a 1-d output Boolean of the comparison table.  There is a one-to-one correspondence between the index of the loop AND array index, so the number of loops and the size of the table are the same.  I first tried using the function insert in the table, which worked well, except that the table kept gaining in size.  Once I understood that, I replaced it by the function replace table subset, which seemed more appropriate.  However, this does not work: nothing ever appears in the table.  I tried using numbers instead of Boolean values, as an experiment, but that no longer works.  I am at a loss as to what I'm doing wrong or not understand and would appreciate suggestions.  I have attached a picture of the relevant part of the VI.

Thank you

Scott

The shift to your table register is so empty and unitialized.  You can't replace an elmenent that does not exist so that the table remains empty.  You must initialize an array before the loop with the appropriate size and he lead the shift register.

  • How to replace the subset of table nd with table 1 d to i, j

    Hello

I am trying to replace a range of values in an array multidimensional, beginning with the cell i, j, both greater than 0, that is to say a square inside the Bay of nD. The new values which replace older ones come from a 1 d table. However, when I provide two indexes to replace table subset block I get a bad wire... I guess it is due to the fact that labview does not know which direction to replace data? Is there a solution to this? I enclose an example vi of what I'm trying to do.

    Thank you very much.

This should do the same thing without all the extra steps.

  • Replace the power supply, computer does not turn on

I had a Seasonic SS 560 KM power supply for my HP Pav e9280t.  I removed the old power supply while keeping the power cable is plugged in.  Then replaced each power cables one at a time in the new power supply and finally he attached to the tower.

Now when I try to turn on your computer, it just boots barely upward.  I can hear the fans kick on for a second or two, then everything just stops.

Since I replaced the cables one at a time I don't think I missed anything; MoBo, Fan of MoBo, 1 optical drive, disk HARD 2 and 1GPU.  The tower is open and I can see the fan, the fan GPU MoBo and PSU fan all hang on one second so that they get the right power?

I must have missed something or possibly faulty PSU?  Any help will be appreciated.

Hello Chadow86, it is possible to the new power supply may be faulty. I would check double all the connectors again.

Since you mentioned the fan to the motherboard, it would not be necessary to unplug the CPU fan when you changed the power supply. The CPU fan power source comes from the motherboard and not directly from the power supply. I don't know what fan on the motherboard you are talking about.

I watched the specifications and photos of the new power supply. It is a modular design. I would check the cables connected to the power supply to make sure that they are in the correct connectors.

If the system still does not start, the cause could be a new power supply faulty.

    I hope this helps.

  • Replace the subset of table operation

I have a code to a key VI event down that toggles the visibility of some indicators in response to press the function keys. Records using Boolean shift, the code worked with a few indicators.

To scale to a large number of indicators, I decided that I would need convert a registry to offset single Boolean array.

With the shift table Boolean register, for a given function key, the code reverse the Boolean value of the table for the property node Visible, then replaces the same item in the table of Boolean with the inverted Boolean value. The code does not work. Once the indicator is visible, he won't go invisible on the next push of button.

I watched the execution, display values. Looks like that replace it table subset VI is not replace the Boolean value with the updated value. In the attached screenshot, you can see where I got the element of the array once it has been "updated" to replace table VI of subset. Impossible to find all the bugs in the list of bug LV2013.

See the attached screenshot. What's wrong with this code? My apologies for the resolution of the screen capture. If necessary, I'll go back to the lab and try to capture a screenshot of higher resolution.

On-screen turned your empty Boolean arrayis, in other words, it has no elements. Subset of the table Replace does not work with an empty array.

You say you select the anchor point of the table and then try to change the properties. Try to place the cursor in one of the cells of the table first and then see if it all differently.

  • Replace the subset of table w/Shift Register too slow for my Application

This is similar to other posts, but I have not found one that addresses the limitations of an approach of shift register.

I have a part of an application that I'm turning to 500-1, 000Hz.  The process extracts a block of data from the ADC, and I need to store this data, then collects more of the ADC.

I've set up what seems to be the bottleneck of the present in the attached .zip file.  When I run the attached code with profiling (see. PNG file), it tells me that it takes on average 3.8ms for the Subvi to run.  At this rate, I can only run around 260 Hz.  I have a Subvi similar to this in my code and the code can run at 1000 Hz without this Subvi, but slows down to about 160 Hz when it is activated.

Is it possible that I may collect data about 1.7 KB tables and run at the speed I need?  Any input would be appreciated.

For purposes of reference. Debugging should be disabled on the sub - vi.

Looking at the code you provided - don't just disable debugging -! you have some other options of "exécution" to reset.

This should speed up the Sub - vi SR will be your friend again!

  • replace the subset of table

I have a problem that I can't solve.  I have a table of 6 valves that are a def type.  I want to tell those who are on the use of a loop for.  The for loop count is a wiring number of valves that are put to the test.  I expected indicators 1 to 5 to turn it on in the example, but only 5 shows on.  Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

I just thought of it, sorry to bother you.  I changed the entry to a shift register tunnel and left the tunnel to exit as last value is always connected to the indicator of the valve.

    Thank you.

Metzler wrote: I don't think that your diagram without the loop will work - the original valves begin by the status of the led off.  This is part of a machine to States that tests up to six valves.  County of the Terminal loop is used to iterate the loop many times according to the number of valves tested.

  • a key for the table does not exist in the table

    Hi guys,.

I imported several tables of physical layer in the administration tool. So, I want to do new foreign key between tables join in the physical schema.
Required fields for posting a link between these tables are set up. When I press the ok button, an error message is displayed:
"a key corresponding to the table does not exist in the table blablabla. You want to create a? »

In fact, what is this error? I don't have all the idea about it. The number of the type of the fields is the same, the names are also the same. I think that he should not have problems to make the new foreign key. But why is it happening?

    Thank you

    Hello

It is the primary key of the first table. You might not have set this column as the primary key of this table at the level of the db.

    Thank you

  • LOV inside the inner table does not!

    Hello

I have a Master Advanced Table and an internal Table (more advanced) retail. (I know it's a performance problem, but..)  :()

I have a number of customer LOV in internal table. But when I select a row in the LOV I don't get the value returned to my return of goods. Page popup LOV just stay there without responding to any request post.

    I'm on 11.5.10 RUP4.

In my view, that this feature is not supported as indicated in the dev guide:

"The inner table does not support LOVs. You must use a different user interface.

  • Partition table does not have a valid system partition

I am working on a Dell XPS 420 computer for a customer.  She has Windows Vista installed on it (not sure what version of Vista).

He's doing a loop, wherever it loads to the point where I can see the bottom and the mouse, but it stops there.  After 5 minutes of him sitting on this screen, it restarts, I can't access one of the Advanced menu F8.  I tried Safe Mode, and after that it loads the crcdisk it restarts, it does with Safe Mode, Mode safe mode with networking Mode and safe mode with command prompt.  I can't use the last known configuration because it will just try to load and eventually restart.

Things I've tried is that I ran a diagnosis of hard drive and memory, and they both pass.

I tried the repair with the regedit option and load the system hive in the registry.

    I tried the bootrec command.

Well I put in a disk for Installation of Vista and choose the repair option.  I did the auto diagnosis and repair option (first choice I think) and I checked the report after he finished saying that it fixes itself and needed to restart (which he did not in fact)

Well the result that came was that the Partition Table does not have a valid System Partition.

I tried the bootrec command, and they all said it has repaired but it did not, when I tried to do the bootrec /rebuild he gave me the message "element not found".

I ran a test diagnosis system and I received the following message

    System test
    error code 0146
    Msg error code 2000-0146
MSG HDD 0 - self-test log contains previous errors. Given the code and can be used by the support message technology guide to help diagnose the problem.

be honest, I just need to know if I need to replace the hard drive or not, it's for a customer.

I did not see if the HDD is set to AHCI or SATA in the bios again, but I will when I get home today, but I would like some answers backup.

  • Strange behavior with Report Generation Toolkit. Table does not table.

We use a Word 2003 (.doc) document as a template for a summary of the report.  It works fine on the development PC.  It fills the fields in the document and fills the chart correctly, as shown in the picture below.

However, he cannot even on another station.  Although the 2D table is identical and so is the software to investigate the matter, the table does not get filled correctly.  I studied using Word 2010 (.docx) as a model, with the same results.

I was not able to understand what is different between stations 2 and why it does not work on the 2nd station.  I googled similar questions on the Web site of NOR and was only this article in the knowledge base concerning the new lines in the cell, which is not my case.

That's what I have on the 2nd machine:

  • Want to reinstall XP but the computer does not recognize the cd drive and does not allow for any installation.

Accidentally deleted some system files and now the computer won't allow me to install anything. Tried to install a new cd player to replace a corrupt, but it does not recognize drive. All the driver and OS install CD. Help.

    Fix missing files:

Try to run the checker system (CFS) files.  Press start, select run, type: SFC/scannow

SFC will ask your installation disc (which you must have if you are going to re - install), put it in the drive when requested.  Leave the SFC to replace all missing or corrupt files.

    To resolve the startup problem:

Check your BIOS Setup and make sure the optical drive is enabled and listed before the hard drive in the boot order.  When you start, there will be a message, "type any key to boot from the CD-ROM."  Type any key (execpt shift, shift caps lock, NumLock, etc) will cause the CD to be initialized in the installation program.  (I use the space bar, it's an easy target.)

In addition, it would be useful to know a few more things: 1) what edition and service pack level of Windows XP you are running?  (2) what is the model and manufacturer of the optical drive, please?
