  Hello again.   I have a brand new HP Probook G3 of 430 who works and do everything just great, the only problem is his strange cooling fan noise.

  The problem is that it accelerates and accelerates downwards constantly without visible reason. (Please note that this is not normal behavior when coolers change from higher temperature of the processor speed). The interval between the top speed down is less than a second and it is constant.   I will say that it is a hardware problem with the fan itself. You could try and blow with compressed air. There may be a clog of dust or something that is causing do drag, dislodge, then reclogging. Or the fan may be faulty.

  I would like to make a warranty case or if you can return it for a replacement that would be a good idea, too. The Probooks are fairly easy to work, and it's possible hP might just send you a new fan but I doubt little.

Also, I had already updated the bios to 1.60 and when I looked after taking over it was 1.20? Is there a reason why Toshiba needed to do this? I updated the bios to 1.60 and its still the same.

  looking at your history, it seems that you have had more than a replacement of the LCD screen. I guess the servicepartner has also changed the PCB (motherboard). If they do, they need to upgrade a special firmware to get the full speed of the CPU. If they fail to do this, the machine runs at a speed fixed 600 MHz. Just as you describe.
  So, my suggestion, contact the serviceprovider and ask them if they have changed the motherboard and if they did, ask them to update the CPU microcode.

  It turns out that the Cat 5 cable I was using was not allowing higher speeds, as I tried to replace it with another cable, I had and immediately got the faster speeds.  Now, I'm getting around 230 Mbps download.  Cool!

  It's normal when you are in mode split with Code and design, while the external use referenced images. There is no setting to fix it.

  As a work around, I normally keep a copy local images in a file of site when working on an html email, then just before the code for the e-mail service hovers over, I'll do a quick search & replace to add the absolute paths for images server copies.

  Live View mode should show images correctly, but editing is not possible in DWCS6 although later versions now have an editor in Live mode.
