Report Apps Server error: REP-00181

Hi all

A few days back, I met this problem, which was due to a high activity in a kind of special relationship.

Report Apps Server error: REP-00181: error reading or writing of config file

I crossed the metalink and came across the document id. 371742.1, which States:

Edit the file $ORACLE_HOME/reports60/Server/REP60_ < SID > .ora.

+ 1. Stop the report server with the script of adrepctl.sh +.

+ 2. Change maxengine = 1 maxengine = 2 +.
+ 3. Remove the line englife = 50 +.

+ 4. Start the report server with the script of adrepctl.sh +.

May I know what are these parameters and their impact the report server?

Thank you
Anchorage

minengine: is the minimum number of runtimes this master server must be available to run reports.

maxengine: is the maximum number of runtimes that master server is available to run reports.

OK, when you put it in the alternative path for restoration, you must list the name of the file too. You can see the original path on the left which includes the name of the file, so your other path should be something like ' / export/res_from_tap/thisfileisrestored.

  • Flex iOS app refuses to connect to a self-signed SSL server: error 2032

Hello everyone, thank you for reading this and I hope you could help me with this problem.

I'll cut to the Chase. I am currently working on a mobile app in Flex for Android and iOS and the app has to get a few HTTP requests and retrieve information from a server, which is currently developing a teammate.

Everything had to be working very well until we decided a few days before when we have integrated a SSL self-signed certificate in order to make connections more secure, etc.

On the side of the app, this change, lying just to replace the http with https url and it seems to work perfectly, or that's what we thought.

Tests on the Simulator or on an Android device worked well, he just showed the warning provided access to a server that had a rogue certificate that could be ignored without any problem. But when we tried to test a Release on a camera of the iPhone version, it would not just work more. A connection every time trying to be established with the server, error 2032 flash is triggered and it fails miserably does not display not warning about certificates not approved at all. For me, it's really confusing that it works on Android devices, but not on the iPhone device.

I searched on the Web for people having the same problem but I couldn't find an answer to this specific issue of Flex-iOS-Self-signature-SSL. I found this post unanswered questions: http://forums.adobe.com/message/3359072#3359072 but nothing much.

I tried to create a crossdomain.xml file on the server with guaranteed set to false, and some other stuff to avoid crossdomain policies, but it changed nothing and the problem persists.

I'm really out of clues, sort of desperate and have no idea how fix it. If anyone knows something related to this problem, please, help me, I'll be less grateful.

    Thank you!

We decided to buy a verified SSL certificate, and it worked. We can say that the problem is solved, but it wasn't actually because the connection must be established and that the invited user to accept or decline the self-signed certificate, not only do not make the connection.

  • Error HTTP 500 - internal server error code

    Hello

Before you start, I google this problem for 2 weeks now, haven't tried many suggestions on the previous forums al Lrevetu no chance. You are my last hope!

Using Dreamweaver 8, SQL server (express edition) win XP pro with IIS, .net 2.0 framework, MDAC2.7

Here's the problem, I have the configuration database everything correctly, cannot access it via the browser etc. no problem.

In dreamweaver 8, I create a new dynamic ASP VB Script page to connect to the same database - Bingo! everything works like a charm.

I then change the site to use ASP.NET VB as a model (because that's what I would like to develpop my app in), create a page ASP.NET VB, go to, click the application Panel the sign etc. + > select OLEDB SQL Server provider.

I choose my server name, choose windows authentication as the connection method and then can see the dabase in the catalogue box and select it. (these are exactly the same parameters as the ASP page that I tested and worked).

I click on the test button, 'Successful Test' fantastic, I think.
    Press ok
The next window displays the connection string, I add a name for the test connection click and get the error message "Server error internal 500 - Http error code.

If I click ok, and then try and spread my tables of the database = none.
    ________________________________
    I tried the following:
I don't think that it is a database problem, one I tried with access, MySQL, and SQL server all with the same result.
ASP works very well - ASP.NET fails. I read on other forums that ASP.NET "remotely" connect on the test server and that is where the problem may reside.
I copied MMScript directory to the root of my c:\inetpub\www\root\ directory since it was also a suggestion.
I added the full access of all accounts in this directory (initially after just try IIuser and those normal).

My test server is local, c:\inetpub\wwwroot\pbuyer\
localhost/pbuyer (not in front of my dw at the mo but can confirm it is set up correctly).

I can only think it is a permissions issue, but as a last resort, I gave permissions for each account in all records to try to resolve the problem. Other posters have reported the Macromedia could not replicate it and therefore could not provide a solution, and all messages on the internet, there is not a solution.
Reinstall IIS would be an idea of the gaffe?

Would really aprecciate someone post a reply that I hit a brick wall!

    OK - I've fixed.

For all those who have the same problem (and I know because there are literally thousands of this exact topic in all directions with no resolution) you do the following:

Go to services to check that all of the ASP.NET services like running, for me:

ASP.NET State service is set to manual - I clicked on start and Bingo! I can finally access my database.

  • App Server 5.2 & RADIUS

We have a Mac Mini server (macOS 10.12) with configured App (5.2) Server (active Directory and DNS Server Services Open, the network is on a static IP). We used to have an Airport Extreme set from the application server, with providing RADIUS authentication server.

Now, we would like to add other extreme BaseStation from the airport to the network expand its range. We were already able to add another customer through Admin Tool Radius RADIUS. But, of course, access to the network via the second access point does not work.

Application server is a really strange, because he gives, in many areas, rudimentary and owners is responsible for a large number of technologies, but if you want something you sort of a fall application server services. For example the App Server WebServices collide with advanced options for Apache, passenger, etc., once you try to configure something advanced Web services stop working. I hope that we will get configuration of the advanced features of future iterations. That's what concerns me here: Server App, basestations integration integration server App and RADIUS with several Airport Extreme BaseStation.

    1. as a result, I would like to know what kind of RADIUS support App Server provides it?

    2. Since the addition of a second Airport base station does not work, I guess I'll have to configure a RADIUS server outside the server application, probably as a result of this video: https://vimeo.com/53774350?

    4. should I maybe keep the base activated in App Server station, but disable the requirement of authentication via WiFi and configure a separate RADIUS server?

    5. What is the certificates: App Server already has a global certificate, I can use this instead of building a new one?

After some research, I got it to work. I went through all the steps in the video less access group. I guess my problem was obtaining the new base station, after be spent during the installation of the second base station and reset, everything works now! I also corrected some certification of related problems. I used the excellent Admin Tool Radius that is set correctly. Bad adjustment could have been the cause of my troubles!

    (1) I would like to know what kind of RADIUS support App Server provides it?

It seems to provide a full support.

    (2) given that the addition of a second Airport base station does not work, I guess I have to configure a RADIUS server outside the server application, probably as a result of this video: https://vimeo.com/53774350?

Always excellent tutorial, a bit outdated in macOS Sierra. My RADIUS server was already running a full server.

    (3) what happens to Airport base Station of the server application configuration I was active for the first base station? Can I still configure Services and the server mapping App?

    It works in our case

    (4) should I keep the base activated in App Server station, but disable the requirement of authentication via WiFi and configure a separate RADIUS server?

It works in our case. No need to put in place the Radiusserver again. My incomplete Radius Server was probably a related problem of certification.

    (5) what about certificates: App Server already has a global certificate, I can use this instead of building a new one?

Ray will use the certificate used in the server application. I used the excellent Admin Tool Radius to implement.

    (6) the access group (which is mentioned in the video) will be visible on the App?

If you choose "view system accounts" under Server > discover then it should appear. But there is no need to access group, as RAY will use Opendirectory.

If everything is working now. As I said I went over the steps alone once again, the problem I had, was probably related to the certificate or an error in the configuration of the Client.

Now, I just have to find a way to get the RADIUS in Console logs, since they do not appear here in macOS Sierra!

    Hey @DJWeiss,

Welcome to the Forum from HP Support.

I see that you are unable to use printable cards via the front panel of your HP Photosmart 6510 e-All-in-One printer. I want to help you with this.

Front panel inserts have been abandoned on a number of models of printers of this year of release. This means that you will not be able to access this content directly from the printer (without troubleshooting can change that). That said, you can always log on http://www.hpconnected.com/ add your printer to the devices tab and then click on Services and printable to access the same content as before. While this is a different interface, you should still be able to plan the print jobs with the same apps that you liked before.

I would like to know if this workaround is useful for you. If I helped you to solve the problem and that you liked this post, feel free to give me virtual accessories by clicking on the 'Thumbs Up' icon below by clicking on "accept as Solution" (this will help others find the solution).

Thanks for posting in the Forum from HP Support.

    Have a great day!
