CC Desktop App: unknown Server error

After the application of CC Desktop Update, I get the message: "unknown Server error". It cannot connect to my account. What should do?

Try this:

Quite CC Office and remove "opm.db" in:

Windows 7 / 8-> C:\Users\Nom_de_votre_utilisateur\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE

Macintosh-> user / User-> Library / Library-> Application Support-> Adobe-> OOBE

  • Unknown Server error, again and again

    I have to delete my... /OOBE/OPM.db file every two or three days to go beyond the connection CC "unknown Server error". Is there a more permanent solution? I did all the updates.

    It's really annoying. I open a file. I get the error "there is no police" because CC does not synchronize my Typekit fonts. Close file. Quit CC. Navigate to the folder. Delete the file opm.db. Open CC. Wait for the synchronization of the police. Open file... This is my rate schedule dubbeling the monthly cost of the CC! I just need my software to work, especially at this price! (Sorry for the rant, but this bug is put on my nerves).

  • "Unknown Server error" - that's what the program says CC when I try to open a session!  Help!

    Updated the CC program and now I can not connect!

    I wanted to update my Adobe programs to CC versions.  I saw that they were all loans in the program manager, but I restarted first because I wanted that update perfectly.  OOPS, when I restarted the Application Manager says he is automatically updated.  The new seems to be merged with the creative cloud Panel.  Now everytime I try to log in, I get just "unknown Server error".

    I checked on the Manager program, which needed to be updated and uninstalled because I have a C: drive of 120g ssd on my video editing PC software.  Now my programs have disappeared and I can't install the new!   Help!

    I have been long awaiting the release CC (because there is a bug in first I was eagerly awating a fix for promised in CC.)   I'm right in the middle of a project for a client that uses the sequences which have suffered from this bug.  As I tried to upgrade, I'm out of the Pan and it to the fire.  Now, I'm really stuck!

    Deleting the file opm.db had me back on track (Mac OSX 10.8.4). Also sent the PDApp.log to Eric. Thank you guys!

  • Error unknown Server - cc - cannot open a session

    Hello

    I'm unable to connect to creative cloud due to an "unknown Server error".

    Anyone else get this?

    I tried to reset my password without success however.

    I can't connect on the site of creative cloud, but I can't use creative application of cloud on my desk.

    I tried to connect a couple of times and I tried to restart my machine as well.

    I disabled antivirus just in case, but I can't make it work.

    I already installed the software CC on my machine to work without mistakes like that.

    Looks like that you actually typed the comand like "/ Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE". When the correct command is "~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE. Please make sure that when you are to go to the windows folder start address with ~.

  • 10.8.5 OSX window empty CC Desktop App

    Hello

    I have the following problem. I used after effects CC for a project customer and wantet to browse text animation preset. The system told me that the bridge is not installed. After connecting to the Adobe CC homepage and clicking on the download button for the bridge, I got the message: unknown Server error.

    I just followed the steps on the adobe page to solve the problem and extend the application of CC desktop to the latest version. After the application window is all just complete empty / Virgin. Several reboots, uninstalling and reinstalling the desktop application has not helped. The window is still empty.

    When I now click on the bridge download button and accept the opening with CreativeCloud (URIHandler) with another click, nothing happens. The window is empty and I can not install anything.

    I also tried the second solution in the CC page with the deletion of the file opm.db in the folder: / Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE

    But unfortunately there is no file with that name...?

    The system, java etc. is also lie down the more recent versions

    Help, please.

    1. exit the application (from the taskbar) and then restart.  If this does not work:

    2 remove the file OPM.db and reconnection in the desktop application of creative cloud using the Adobe ID associated with your subscription.

    Mac OS: You can locate the file OPM.db in the \User\\Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE folder. To access the hidden user library folder, see library user access hidden files. Mac OS 10.7 Lion.

    Windows: You can locate the file OPM.db in the \Users\\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE folder.  To show the hidden AppData folder, see view files, folders, file name extensions. Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7.

  • Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App closes without any error in the middle of the installation

    Hi all.

    I had a few struggles since this morning...

    Building 30 GB Photoshop file for a large project and could not open the file or any other PSB I built in the course of 5 weeks - went into the rabbit hole problems...

    now, I'm here...

    Impossible to install same adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App to start from scratch. The Setup program closes without so much as an error message. The screenshot is just before the time that the installation of adobe disappears. Very annoying. Someone knows something about this problem?

    I can give more context for how I got here and all the problems, I fell along the path/steps that my work to correct if nobody's got an immediate response.

    I need to get this project finished tomorrow .

    We just got an update on the Adobe website have a server problem. We hope to get it fixed as soon as POSSIBLE.

    You should still be able to launch your applications from the shortcuts
