  I wonder where I should post the bug reports and suggestions for BB8900? I think that we have already found several bugs enjoyable device it is, but I've never seen any work email address to send these discoveries. I have also some proposals to improve the BB8900 features, making it even more attractive with minimal effort. We can actually open a new thread here and I can start posting bugs that I knew, but I'm not sure that everyone from RIM never reads these postings. All good ideas? Or maybe there is some forum tht could be used for this purpose?

  What is java.swl.SQLException: [Macromedia] [SequeLinkJDBC Driver] [ODBC Socket] [Microsoft] [ODBC Microsoft Access driver] Join expression not taken in charge.

  Why?

  Report Designer will automatically join tables only if you have defined a relationship between them in your database.

  In Report Designer, you can easily create a join by dragging a field from one table to the related field in the other table. It couldn't be simpler.

• "Report Designer" and "Run report" links are disabled in VSM 9 RP8?

  Hello

  In my installation of VSM 9 RP8, "Report Designer" and "Run report" links are disabled.

  Is this a problem of license (in Admin-> System Administration - > Sytem-> Your Organization, license type reflects as demo)? Or I need to activate certain settings activate the links "Report Designer" and "run a report?

• Report Designer crashing

  I use 6 reports.
  
  On a report, when I run it, it works once, then if I run it a second time (changes or not), Report Designer crashes, it just closes, without any error message and no Windows error message either.
  
  If I restart Report Builder, it has, I can run the report once, then twice, generator of reports crashes.
  
  Then every time I need to run this report I must restart Report Builder... (and that I need to test each change separately, it's boring)
  
  I noticed that this is that only on this report, that is maybe a problem on this report, what may cause this?

  Reports to has very strange sometimes. Normally, it can be corrected in defeating the last changes made to the report. Then, compile the report. Save it. Close the Oracle reports and add changes.

  I would try to check the names of your groups of data. Sometimes the reports do not find names and puts in a 1 character after the column name. This can also cause reports to fall... To fix this just delete the column and add it again.

  I'm a freshness in the graphics. One of my friends asked me to design a logo for its "Magento Geek" site. I came up with an idea and tried to look geek logo. So I thought to add glasses, that will give a Geek Look. I came up with a design below. Is it necessary that the text should be easily understandable. I tried to use the right glasses 'G '. Please give advice and suggestions if it can be better. Please let me know in what places, I need to work more and improve if this logo justifies the name of logo?

  

  The fundamental problem with the work, it is not told us you already that the name of the web site was that Magento Geek, it would be very difficult to get this message by looking at your logo, even for a number of minutes.  I throw the attempt and start over.  Another big problem is that the glasses, but the way in which they are created, are used to end a Word and begin a Word.  The glasses would be more effective in a word like 'WOOD' where they are limited to a single word.  I would be the name of arc on an icon or a picture of head of geek stylized with oversized round glasses and wavy hair.  Keep it simple and easy to read and identify.  Work up to something original that has not been done before.  Good luck and we keep up-to-date on your developments.

• Why the report designer opens all of my excel files?

  My application uses vi in the report generator toolkit to continually save data to an excel spreadsheet (in fact, several worksheets in the same file). It works fine, however, the problem comes when we try to open/view all log XL files previously created (or _any_ other file XL by the way), because it is basically impossible to read the file due to the constant blinking/flashing XL writes in the log file. If you make the mistake of close open files, the firm application of logging (may be able to intercept this error, but didn't think of it yet). Also, when you start closing records in XL, it seems that he opened to all (or almost all) of files in at least the log folder, but in other (some) places as well. The bottom line which is the only way we found to process view, all the files of log XL is to stop the application - which is not really acceptable.

  I'm under LabView 2011, in development (OS Win7) and executable mode distributed (Win Server 2008 R2 OS) and see the same thing. I searched the internet and OR support site hi/lo for clues, but if none of them worked (XLSTARTUP, etc.).

  I have several other applications that use log files, and in all cases we can open/close the files of active log (read-only) with no problems. Does anyone have an idea of what could happen here and how to fix it?

  Well, I thought to use scripture to the SS... but I have not seen an easy way to manage multiple worksheets. Would need a separate file for each worksheet?

  Although I love the .csv format since it is essentially text (readable), I think the TDMS format may be better suited due to the structure of the channel - think I can use one channel for each worksheet (?). But can I open a TDMS (read-only) file then it is written to, and then create the desired output of Excel (snapshot) from there?

• Report Designer

  I create a list of reports of discoverer in production and one of the data points that I need is a list of the columns on the report. I open each report and manually type the columns of the report in an open editor that I can copy and paste the cell into my Excel workbook. Discoverer prompts with an estimate of time and then goes to work. My question is about the reports which provide estimates of time within hours. Of course I can't wait six hours for the report ends so I can see the columns of the report but when I cancel the State no column. Is there a way to view the columns of the report in a readable format without run the report at the end? An asset would be a list of the columns report that I can copy and paste directly into Excel.

  Could you add in a condition to restrict the data so that the report runs faster. Should have no ill effects in a production environment, unless you save the report

• Report Designer - retail shows twice CFMX7.0.2

  I met a strange problem with the report generator. Whenever I have to create a report with a subreport that is inserted in the main report my details to be generated twice on the report. I even checked that the queries run twice on the SQL Server, watch it in Profiler. I don't know what happened, but that happens to all my reports and it became very frustrating.
  
  It doesn't matter if I change the format of the report in PDF, Flashpaper, Excel or Word format.

  Found my problem. Took another look at my request for main and found records that the header returned 2 records when he was only 1 back. Finish by adding a SELECT TOP 1 to limit to only one record in the query.

  1. I have 500 users (in a single floor) that I have 0 to 499 vary, PRI terminated at Router 1

  2. I have 500 users (on the second floor) so I have range DID 500-999, PRI terminated on Router 2

  I have a single CUCM cluster...

  I would like to have:

  1 first 500 users will go through Router 1

  2. rest 500 users will go through Router 2

  Can this be achieved?

  Just create two different partitions for each model of routing, side A and side B for example, since the routing model, make a duplicate of the routing model (PSTN prefix) for each partition and assign side partition router A and B side router B (for each routing model) and then create also two different CSS, in this case assign CSS based on the sides, so in this case, all users will go to Router 1 and all B will go to Router 2.

  so I'm building a mobile application and want it supported on Web services exposed using adf bc.
  
  The question is to create the webservice project, I had to do it in a separate workspace or should I create the model project in the workspace of the mobile app?

  You create the ADF BC model on the server, not the mobile application of ADF. I recommend that you create the ADF BC service interface in a separate web module ADF BC project. On the ADF mobile app, you then create a project for the WS data control to access the WS of the ADF BC service reference.

  No, there are none of these available components. You will need to create one yourself (doable but complicated) or use another product the report design, and then call the report of your app engine to return the repost for example in pdf format. The user can to decide to print it or not. At this point, the report is already downloaded on the client as for example pdf.

  I am very new to Oracle Reports Designer but I've created a report over the Group and I wish I could hide some data and their labels based on a condition, for example, if fieldvalue - displays some data but hide other, make visible or invisible based on a State. Is this possible? If so, any help would be appreciated.

  Yes! You can. But you will need to provide some information at least during the validation of any question.
  What are you the version of your report?

  in general, select data showing the field and press F11 to go code editor and you will see

  I use ColdFuiosn and MS SQL server.

  I use a procedure stored for my report using ahead of Report Builder query as follows.
