  I hope that you guys is fine,

  I have a problem, I am a network engineer and responsible for designing the below:

  1 - call Center with 14 Agents, this should include reports, transfer of appeal etc....

  2 - telephony on IP Office with 80 extensions, this should include mobility and messaging features voice etc., it is in the SAME Office as the call center.

  3 - IP telephony for 50 branches connected using MPLS and routers in the branches are routers 887/k9.

  should I to and what software / hardware that should get.

  Please, any help and guidance would be most appreciated.

  There are 3 key documents that you should be aware of when it comes to design collaboration solutions.

  • Document of high level that can help determine where the design to the choice based on your business objectives.

  • Provides step-by-step instructions to deploy a variety of applications of Cisco UC.

  • The Holy Grail of the detailed technical information for Cisco collaboration solutions. This beast of 1200 + page of a document contains almost everything you would want to know (and more) on the Cisco Collaboration technologies.

  You should also be familiar with the different installation guides and administration for the various products you will be deployed (CUCM, connection to the unit, CCX, etc...). This documentation can be found in the support section on cisco.com.

  When it comes to ordering hardware, software and licenses, I highly recommend relying on a partner of Cisco with a specialization of Collaboration to help you. They will be able to understand your needs more in depth and lighting along the order of implementation process as a whole.

• Report design suggestion

  I am looking for some suggestions on how to achieve a layout of report of your choice.  The requested format looks like this:

  

  The desired page will actually be a four by four grid of these different parameters.  My first thought was to just use an HTML region and create a table html corresponding to this format and use and P_ITEM. Notation to display the values.  Each region HTML would be a single measure, so I'd end up with 16 regions on the page.  Where I'm stuck provides the graph in each table. I'm starting to think that's not possible, but I'd love to hear any suggestions on how to get there eventually.  I'm even thinking about maybe building a new model of the region, but not even sure if this will help solve this problem.  I use Apex 4.2.4.

• Logo Design Suggestions

  I'm a freshness in the graphics. One of my friends asked me to design a logo for its "Magento Geek" site. I came up with an idea and tried to look geek logo. So I thought to add glasses, that will give a Geek Look. I came up with a design below. Is it necessary that the text should be easily understandable. I tried to use the right glasses 'G '. Please give advice and suggestions if it can be better. Please let me know in what places, I need to work more and improve if this logo justifies the name of logo?

  

  The fundamental problem with the work, it is not told us you already that the name of the web site was that Magento Geek, it would be very difficult to get this message by looking at your logo, even for a number of minutes.  I throw the attempt and start over.  Another big problem is that the glasses, but the way in which they are created, are used to end a Word and begin a Word.  The glasses would be more effective in a word like 'WOOD' where they are limited to a single word.  I would be the name of arc on an icon or a picture of head of geek stylized with oversized round glasses and wavy hair.  Keep it simple and easy to read and identify.  Work up to something original that has not been done before.  Good luck and we keep up-to-date on your developments.

  You create the ADF BC model on the server, not the mobile application of ADF. I recommend that you create the ADF BC service interface in a separate web module ADF BC project. On the ADF mobile app, you then create a project for the WS data control to access the WS of the ADF BC service reference.

  Use the following steps to create a file wlfullclient.jar for a client application to JDK 1.6:

  Replace the directories in the server/lib directory.
  CD WL_HOME/server/lib
  Use the following command to create wlfullclient.jar in server/lib directory:
  java-jar wljarbuilder.jar

  Now copy this file jar to the Oracle_IDM1/designconsole/ext folder

  After that, go to the folder Oracle_IDM/designconsole

  and run the xlclient.bat file, it will launch the console design.

• To an existing dashboard, how can I go back and discovers the source of data for the items in the dashboard? More precisely to determine why the data not displaying on the dashboard for a host where the agents seem to work fine.

  Hi Barry -.

  If the dashboard in question was created with WCF (our Framework Web component that is included with the product), then using the tab design inspecting dashboard design suggested Bart is a good. WCF dashboard get much of their data by querying the Foglight data model so once you are in the editor of WCF, change views to queries drop-down list and see what queries can exist in this module WCF. Test if you find to make sure they return data. Also change the functions drop-down list and see if you can test as well.

  When you upgrade the PIX router inbetween and your switch, you must put the PIX inside IP like 172.16.29.1 and change the router within the subnet to someother pool. Do the PAT on the PIX, rather than the router.

  Router outside the property intellectual property will be that given by the ISP... The ISP would have given a public IP address for the WAN link. This cannot be changed.

  Can someone suggest a solution to my blurry banner art? It is a vector with the text. It is saved to the Web as a PNG-24, and the WordPress theme designers to assure me that I downloaded the image of suitable size. I even tried a jpeg high resolution, but there was no difference. I think this must be a problem of anti-aliasing, but do not have any idea how to solve this problem.

• Need Suggestions on design of Labview

  I'm designing a labview interface to communicate with a system of complicated House that involves pressure, temperature regulators, valves, Renault and units under test. Finally, this House system will be installed on the production workshop where there should be minimum entries required for operators to run. A desktop PC is purchased by the end of the operation, but it is meaningless for me to leave a $7000 on a PC software that is on the manufacturing plant where there is minimal use. I intend to buy the version of Labview Suits. Also, I have a laptop of additional work to the budget as well.

  I intend to buy a license, LV interface desktop design and transfer the license to the work laptop after completion. Only the excutables LV will be installed on the desktop for the manufacturing operation.

  Please let me know if this plan might work for the purchase of a license and sensible idea excutables LV. If you have any better suggestions please share with me.

  It seems ok to me, I often develop on a single laptop and deploy Setup or target use EXE on the computer. Just be aware of the possible screen resolution difference, so carefully plan your sizes of façade and test on-screen target during dev.

  You said that you will buy the dev version. costume. What are the additional modules you will not need to use? I just ask, since the Pro version is much cheaper...

  (2) I have the simple design pattern to display the wave... but stil have some problem, this block diagram... how I want to develop the other party such basis of design time, control vertecal, cityscape control, capture the wave... and etc.., I was the previous oscilloscope in labview reserch and I desgin again by reffer the previous... but still no function...

  Hi, I am using Blackmagic Design Ultrastudio, Audio works (appears in options/playback), the video is not (does not appear in the options/playback).  We work and I think I broke it.  Removed and reinstalled the drivers of Blackmagic and copied the files Blackmagic edition Mode.xml, BMDDeviceControl.prm, BMDExport.prm, BMDRecord.prm, BMDTransmit.prm, C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe prelude CC 2015.4\Plug-Ins\Common.

  Any suggestions?  Thank you!

  Quick update, delete the user preferences in c:\users\...\adobe\... did the trick!  I can now see the Blackmagic equipment in the list!  Specifically, C:\Users\...\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Prelude\5.0>\Adobe prelude Prefs only remove the file solved the problem.
