  Have you tried a hard reset on your device?  With the unit powered on, remove the battery for a few minutes, then replace.  See if you are then able to access the text normally.

It is based on the priority at the time your email provider as well as in BIS - and this function are a priority lower than other functions, and competition for priority is not just your email account, but all accounts e-mail on your server, as well as all lines of e-mail via BIS.   One thing I noticed when reading emails.  The BB10, if you click a hyperlink in an e-mail message, you will show the real link and invite you to go there.

  On the PRIVATE hub, just asking the browser you want, which is extremely dangerous, because it does not say if the link is real or fake.
