  I don't think that the parts are available for the classic. You must contact your carrier or your point of purchase for repair or replacement. If it's physical damage caused by you it may not be covered under warranty, however.

  Sound as if your phone is now locked to T-Mobile, so anything you can do.

  All you can do is to use T-Mobile until 40 days before they will consider a request for unlocking.

  Use it on T-Mobile and then ask them to unlock it and start over.

  One thing I noticed when reading emails.  The BB10, if you click a hyperlink in an e-mail message, you will show the real link and invite you to go there.

  Browser, Facebook, twitter and other applications require the BIS subscription. Only the appworld will work in Wi - Fi mode.

  You can change the settings of the browser for Hotspot to work over wifi, but I think the 7 OS will automatically detect it.

  The notice says you have an application that you previously downloaded or purchased in App World > My World, which is ready for an upgrade on your device. Look there for the upgrade.

  To clear the notification on the screen, find the alert message in your main folder, read or delete it.
