  There are two types of language packs, MUI (multi-language User Interface) and the LIP (Language Interface Pack).

  The MUI 100% of the interface to another language and 80% of the most commonly used parts of the interface changed LIP.

• Windows language pack is not working/uninstall

  I downloaded the Arabic language pack. I tried several times to install, but once the installation is complete, it says "failed".

  I thought that the problem may be because the pack didn't upload correctly, so I removed all the files under C:\Windows\SoftwareDistributions\Download. After I did it, I found that the language pack is installed. When installing as the primary language, it only displays the layout from right to left, but however, most of the text is English.
