  I've lost due to a file to 8.1 day damaged my entire Outlook files, included the activation code.

  But I got lucky!

  As a result of your piece of advice, I have re-installed CS6, and because I had a teacher´s version, there is no need to re - activate with a code.

  My father and I have a very similar computer (his has a little more memory, until I bought a thing of 1000 mb storage) we have almost the same e-mail program, but it flows from Telus, I run Hotmail. There are many more fonts included in its ability to e-mail. How can I get all those other fonts, I change the fonts almost all the letters that I write. Thank you for your help, and I hope that I have explained myself enough.

  A computer has a folder of fonts.  Some fonts come with the computer, some are added by installed programs, and some can be added by the user.

  When you do anything on the computer, in the folder fonts fonts are used.

  When you create an html e-mail, or the word document, the font is a part of the information stored by email or document.

  Fonts do not attach to e-mail or in this document.

  When another computer displays the e-mail or document, the police does not exist on this computer.  Another font will be used.

  The only way to have your email look exactly as you created it is to send a photo of the enamel.

• CD - recovery system portable English German breaks down

  I have a satellite pro 4600 that I bought used. I had a German recovery for her cd but it completely kills the system when I put the laptop is in English. Can not open a windows session more to reinstall. This laptop is four and a half years. Did anyone have a recovery cd English to share? Thank you. Olivier

  Hi olivier,.

  Assuming that the recovery CD that you got is the right one for your laptop model, you should be able to restore your system to its original (German) State, you must appreciate that the keyboard will be the British version rather than the Germany.

  To use the recovery CD, you must start the laptop while holding down "C" on your keyboard until you hear beeps. It is a Toshiba provided shortcut to allow you to boot from the CD-ROM. obviously you need the recovery CD inserted when you do this.

  Then follow the on-screen instructions to completely reinstall your system.

  You can find that software is missing after installation is complete. Toshiba sometimes shipped Bundle software on its own CD and if you don't have these then the software will be missing. However, you can download most of the tools and utilities on the site of Toshiba Europe.

  You can style the main text (assuming your name of the instance of cb combobox) with:

  var tf:TextFormat = new TextFormat ("Arial", 24, 0xFF0000);
  cb.textField.setStyle ("textFormat", tf);

  the drop is more problematic - I have never been able to properly do this style (perhaps because it is not created until it must be displayed if setStyle gets ignored?)

  The language is related to your serial number and that's it. Only creative cloud allows you to install any application in any language (if available). Of course, there are lsorts al of the tricks like running the twize installs in different languages and rename folders of resources and so forth, but every time you do this, it's on your own head. And some just apps do not change their language of the INTERFACE at all except reinstalled correctly in the tongue with a suitable serial number...

• Need help with CSS Fonts and AP Divs. (separate issues)

  Hi all

  I have two BIG problems that I just can't understand at all. No matter what I do, nothing works for eith er from these two very different problems.

  I am running Windows7 and using Dreamweaver MX and CS4 (cannot afford to upgrade).

  A problem

  Colors of the fonts, size and Styles. I ALWAYS end up resorting to MX to solve these problems. I need fonts of different colors for the various paragraphs, I also need to sizes and styles. But change always changes. I went in the CSS panel and tried to change it, but no luck. I tried the option "Compound (depending on your selection)", but not chance it. The problem is that CS4 CSS Forces on the reguardless of the user, if they need it or not. The only thing I need CSS for is Accordians, Flash, Drop menus, etc. But when it comes to simple, flat, HTML I have more control as I do in MX. I ALWAYS start a new project as a file HTML but CSS is automatically applied to the entire site.

  What Miss me?

  I need to remove MX, but not until I find this CSS problem.

  Two problem

  It is nothing new to most here, I'm sure. The demand for Flash Pop Ups that convert a banner (Style Yahoo) has increased and demand has flooded my ears of the customers. The largest is UGAI. Who has site was created in MX in large part due to the above problem. Advertisers want flash ads full Page that are small and pop up when you fly over its advertising HTML normal or that fills a space and plays Flash runs and then uses their Flash banner to reveal the entire site again. And they are willing to pay BIG for this seemingly simple feature.

  How to make this work? Dreamweaver allows layers/overlays which I can apply transparent in Flash. Also known as a "Div. AP" but these layers keep jumping around. It's even worse when seen in different resolutions. I can get the overlays work perfect on MySpace 1.0 profiles, but not in Dreamweaver or manually via Notepad. And no matter if I'm in MX or CS4.

  PS: I spent MX to CS4 soon as CS4 came out. CSS has proved to be a pain, and now I have to learn CMS (Joomla) as well. All on my own.

• I can't do background no recurrence without styles?

  I know that bottom of body is deprecated in favor using a style, BUT I have a need to write an html version of a very old school of a type of card from Outlook 2007 'signature' Styles appear to be recognizable when you follow the method for an html signature in Outlook so I first went back to the tables, loose images and background colors etc that has worked, but it would be much nicer if I could use a background image on the body tag.

  So I try to get a background image with no recurrence using plain old html and no style.

  I can do it with this code, but it repeats.      < body background = "Email-GIS - bkg.jpg" >

  This has not prevented the repetition is < body BG-Properties = set background = "Email-GIS - bkg.jpg" >

  I saw a post that says it can't be done without styles or css.

  Can anyone confirm that I renounce the research?

• Using ActiveX controls to the old user interface

  I tried to build a User Interface for TestStand 4.1.1 using LabView 8.6.1 (on Windows XP)

  However, ActiveX controls keep showing in the old non - 3d "block" style.

  

  This seems to be a problem when you build a new exe. If you use the included UI (Full Featured) in TestStand it appears correctly.

  

  I was able to replacte this problem on two other development systems (a new windows XP, LabVIEW 8.6.1 & TestStand 4.1.1 install).

  (1) take a copy of the full-functional UI of LabVIEW.

  (2) open the project file

  (3) rebuild the exe file

  It's only a problem when you use the exe file. When you run from the LabVIEW development system it looks good.

  Theme controls, you will need to place a manifest file that specifies the activex control topics in the same
  directory as your executable file. TestStand comes with a manifest file for
  INTERFACE c# you can also use for the UI of LabVIEW. Just go to the \User Interfaces\Simple\CSharp and copy the file TestExec.exe.manifest in the directory of the LabVIEW User Interface executables.

  Note that the manifest file must have the same name as your executable file LabVIEW UI. For example, if you name your user interface, "MyCustomTSUI.exe", you will need to name the manifest file 'MyCustomTSUI.exe.manifest '.

  My new computer (Windows 7) does not correctly read the font Eurostile from my old computer (Windows XP).  Not available in Windows 7, apparently.  But I have large documents in Word 2007 old who use the Eurostile font throughout.  How to convert Word 2007 in Windows 7 to read Eurostile correctly as in XP?

  I 'try again.  Does anyone know how to solve the problem of police Eurostile (above)?

  I suggest you to download the font Eurostile from the Internet by using your search engine favorite as Eurostile is not available in Word 2007 for Windows 7.
