Reset the timer interval on the button

I am building a touchscreen for a stand presentation and I need set a timer which stipulates that if there is no activity, it goes back to frame 1.

I need if possible to reset the timer if someone presses any key to start up again.

I have a setInterval time put in the first image:

var timer = setInterval (timeOut, 6000);

function timeOut (): Void {}

gotoAndPlay (1);

clearInterval (timer);

}

A click of a button is:

on {(press)

gotoAndPlay (100);

clearInterval (timer);

}

I placed the clearinterval (timer) button to stop the clock, but were not able to reset.

Any help would be appreciated.

use:

clearInterval (timer);

Timer = setInterval (timeout, 6000);

  • How to reset the button incase they click New to create the same effect?

    OK guys,

    So im at a stop of triggers on the timeline, EX: sym.stop (1000);

    Then I'm animating a click on an element div/EX function:

    SYM.$("Rectangle2Copy23"). Animate({left:'3px',height:'77'});)

    How to reset the button incase they click New to create the same effect?

    Instead the object does nothing because it is already in position.

    I would go back to its original position and recreate the same effect.

    Problem is that the timeline stops... even if I go to another point in the timeline panel

    the last position assigned by the rest effect, I want to reset it even on the same point on the timeline...

    Thank you

    First of all, you need to upgrade your board animate to 2014.1.1 to open the membership re-shared, and

    then check this out:

    Dropbox - Archive_upgraded.rar

    Note: I added jquery explicitly for use. animate(), like the last Animate edge has no dependency on jQuery.

  • Need to reset the button by default when you use the structure of the event?

    When you use the buttons with a mechanical action "releasing lock" to only trigger the same structure with the same 'value has changed', the button does not jump upwards as you would expect.  I can get to behave as I want by adding a "default reset" invoke the node, but this seems somewhat exaggerated.  Is there an easier way to get the button to jump to the top after pressing on?

    The button will reset once it is read by the code. This means that the terminal is inside the structure of the event. If you move outside the terminal, it would read only the beginning of the race and then never and it will not be reset.

    If the terminal is learn the structure of the event, it is read by the code (even if it is not connected to anything) and it reset as soon as the event has a chance to run.

    I have - + toolbar, and when I press how to normal?
    and if I leave it to max the zoom, next time I open firefox, it keeps the zoom to the max!

    I want a toolbar icon to reset the Zoom

    You can do this with the keyboard.

    • View > Zoom > reset (Ctrl + 0 (zero); Cmd + 0 on Mac)

    There may be an extension that has a zoom button reset.

    You can also create your own button and use this code to reset the zoom: FullZoom.reset ();

  • reset the timer using a structure of the event

    I wrote a simple code to count the second and the timer can be reset if I press the button "reset".

    It works; However, there are two problems,

    1. when I run the program, the timer takes 1 second to start

    2 when I press the reset button, the timer also takes a second to answer

    I think it's the 1000ms that is connected to the left corner of the structure of the event. Is there a better way to overcome this problem? (the timer starts and resets immediately

    When I launch the program and press the "reset" button)

    Thank you!!

    Dear ivy037

    You can make the time outside the structure of the event as in the attached code.  I would like to know if this is satisfactory.

  • How to reset the LED after pressing the stop button?

    Hello

    I use vi of green LED to indicate if the data has been loaded correctly. However, if I run the same labview program several times online, then the Green LED is always on because "value that data has been correctly loaded" crashes it since the previous session. • While/loop and reset the value i in time loop

    Hello!

    I have a question about the use of while/loop for.

    I read the data of 5 devices.

    Starting with the 0 position when I = 0, I read the data at position 0.

    And when I click on NextPosition, then I = 1 and stop when I = 5.

    But in the meantime, if I want to break the system of position 3 for now. I click on the BREAK.

    I chose the position back to 0, it will go to this post.

    But if I click on NextPosition, the value is always my 0 and not 1, which is the next position upward.

    In addition, whenever I click NextPosition, it will count up to i = 5 and to stop the program.

    Is there a way I can address the issue?

    Thanks for trying!

    I don't know what your needs are, so I guess you want to keep hitting the same device until you press the button of the next device and you want to be able to specify that one then.

    In the attached code, I changed your mechanical action of the pause button and renamed position Reset.

    I also changed the code suchthat conditionally, we increment the device number (only when the next button is hit).

    I have alos moved local so that us do not draft times and put it in the case of the rest the structure so it is written or read but not both.

    If this does not meet your needs;

    1) look in bulb mode and see where I went wrong

    (2) If you are unable to set up a truth table of all combinations buttn and doc what steps should occur for each condition.

    Always trying to help,

    Ben

  • How can I reset the time

    Hello

    The function of the program was to indicate the elapsed time. When the program has been run and the switch set to true, the indicator showed the elapsed time. And then move the button to false, the stop indicator to indicate the elapsed time. How can I reset the time elapsed to indicate the time elapsed since 0 when the button switch again without pressing the button "stop"? The program is attached. Thank you.

    After reading a few reviews here, I've changed my antivirus AVG and my Ad-Aware malaware spyware Defender.

    Hello

    I suggest you to clear the CMOS and reset the BIOS to default settings. Contact the system manufacturer for assistance.

    Thanks and regards.

  • time delay on the slideshow by clicking on the buttons prev next

    I have a slide show with two blades. Each slide is licensed for 5-6 seconds before changing, but when I use the following buttons previous it work well. Somehow it keeps the original timer (autoslide) so when I select 'next', for example 1 second before the transition, and then to the next slide will stay for just a second. So, when I select then it doesn't reset the timer and retains the original timer instead.

    So I want to add a delay when selecting prev next time (or if you have other ideas will be appreciated).

    It's the JS:

    "use strict";

    Slovak var = 1;

    transition var = 1000;

    var slideLength = 2;

    var slideInter = 6000;

    $("li ul .slider: nth-child(" + currentSlide + ")" ") .fadeIn (transition);

    $(".next").click (function () {}

    nextSlide();

    });

    $(".prev").click (function () {}

    prevSlide();

    });

    function nextSlide() {}

    $("li ul .slider: nth-child(" + currentSlide + ")" ") .fadeOut (transition);

    Slovak ++;

    If (Slovak > slideLength) Slovak = 1;

    $("li ul .slider: nth-child(" + currentSlide + ")" ") .fadeIn (transition);

    }

    function prevSlide() {}

    $("li ul .slider: nth-child(" + currentSlide + ")" ") .fadeOut (transition);

    -Slovak;

    If (Slovak, Slovak) 1 = 2;

    $("li ul .slider: nth-child(" + currentSlide + ")" ") .fadeIn (transition);

    }

    var timer = setInterval (nextSlide, slideInter);

    $(".slider").hover (function () {}

    clearInterval (timer);

    }, function () {}

    Timer = setInterval (nextSlide, slideInter);

    });

    Let me know if you need additional information or if you don't understand something of what I said. Thank you in advance.

    Use jQuery Cycle 2.

  • Reset the Date/time field

    I have a form I created a Date/time field that automatically fills when open.  I also have a reset button so users can reset the form empty.  I'm trying to figure out how to erase all of the data entered on the form and also to reset the date and time.  I could also have the set button to print the form and then erase all data and reset the date/time field?

    Figured it out.  Just need to set the value to the field calculated - read only and execution property: current Date/time

  • Script to reset the icon of a button

    Hi I want to create an Acrobat X form where the user inserts a customer logo in a field. I found a script online that will allow users to look for a logo - it works because the field is implemented as a button, and the script allows the user to choose an icon for the button. Therefore, it seems that customer's logo has been added. Users do not know and cannot know that it is a button.

    Here's what she was:

    event.target.buttonImportIcon ();

    It works fine, but when it's time to reset the form, this field is not listed in the method 'reset form' normal (because it is not a text field, I suppose).

    Can someone help me with a small fix scripty? I am not experienced in the script at all and may not even be that part of the brain

    I'm on Mac, cordially.  Thank you!!

    Yes, you can name the fields you want, you just have to adapt the code to match the names. The hidden button can be placed anywhere you want and can be any size you want. Fair value layout hidden button other than "Label only. All other properties are not relevant.

  • How to reset the timer to zero?

    Good day people,

    How to reset the timer to zero?

    I have a button in the timeline relative to the code below, and when I click on it I want to the behavior of the time back to 1 or 0.

    Click the timer to 1 or 0.

    -----------------------------------

    contents_mc - timer_txt

    -----------------------------------

    _root.elapseTime = 0;

    intervalId = setInterval (this, "countDown", 1000);

    function countDown() {}

    {if (_root.timerOn)}

    ++ _root.elapseTime;

    " _root.elapseTime = _time +" "seconds";

    if(_root.elapseTime == 10) {}

    _parent.gotoAndStop ("GameOutOfTime");

    clearInterval (intervalId);

    }

    }

    }

    Stop();

    Any response will be appreciated,

    Thank you

    use:

    function resetF (): Void {}

    clearInterval (intervalID);

    intervalId = setInterval (countDown, 1000);

    }

  • Customcancel button doesn' reset the components of entrance inside the af: panelWindows

    We use adf Rich Popup of the elements inside the table update. The popup has an af:panelwindows inside. When the user clicks on the button inside each row in the table, the popup displays the details of that element, and user can update the information and close the pop-up window.
    or click Cancel and the popup will be closed without making any changes to the item.
    We decide to have our custom undo button to undo the insert and update.
    When clicking on the button cancel windows was closed, but when he opened the next time for another element inside the table the af:inputtext component has not updated / reset and
    for all other times, the data inside the inputtext component were still given to the first element. When you debug carefully I saw that the linked object is initialized and the value new object element
    but somehow this update server-side has not been reflected in the inputtext popup components. Point interesting is that outputtext were themselves refreshed and reset for the new value, the problem is only with the components of entry.
    (1) I've rechecked closing popup java scriped
    (2) I've put on so many closing is server-side and client-side
    (3) and of course I double checked that Im using right contentDelivery which must be set to "lazyUncached" when you want the popup read the binded value server side when his open ever.

    It worked again!
    Finally I read some documents on af:panelwindow and af:dialogbox.
    And I understand that although two this components can be used inside the pop-up window for the case to get the input data, af:panelwindow does not support custom Cancel button
    And by simply changing the panelwindow dialogbox, now all the compenentc of entry are reset to the value current binded to the side server.
    And don't forget that the cancel method should be called from server-side (listener client-side does not work!) with ActionListener bound to a method server that sends a java script to close the pop-up window.
    And don't forget no immediate command button should be set to 'true '.

    Is there another way to have customized cancel inside the af button: panelWindow?

    Thank you
    Lee

    If you don't want to write your own...
    I use this method:

    private void resetValueInputItems(UIComponent component)
    {
      AdfFacesContext adfFacesContext = AdfFacesContext.getCurrentInstance();
      List items = component.getChildren();
      for ( UIComponent item : items ) {

        resetValueInputItems(adfFacesContext,item);

        if ( item instanceof RichInputText ) {
          RichInputText input = (RichInputText)item;
          if ( !input.isDisabled() ) {
             input.resetValue() ;
             adfFacesContext.addPartialTarget(input);
          };
         } else if ( item instanceof RichInputDate ) {
          RichInputDate input = (RichInputDate)item;
          if ( !input.isDisabled() ) {
             input.resetValue() ;
             adfFacesContext.addPartialTarget(input);
          };
         }
       }
    }

    You call this method with either the layout container that contains all your fields (in your case the popup or panelwindow.
