  Tools > forms > create. Select the existing document (if you select the blank page, it takes you to Central forms). This should put you in forms editing mode when finished. In the add new field, select the text field. That should do the job.

  You can change this behavior in the main.css file. It's a little more work that you know well;

  Open the file with a text editor and search for "table.headertable td.logo". You can find parameters for the width of the logo, something like:

  Width: 4;

  Simply make it wider to adjust the image. Note that you need to do this several times as several devices have different widths for the logo.

  Go to "uninstall a program" or "add/remove programs" in control panel. Find McAfee in your list (McAfee total protection for me). I don't remember exactly what you see after that, but at one screen I was given the choice to uninstall the McAfee total protection and/or the Site Adviser. You can just check the Site Adviser and just uninstall the Site Adviser while retaining the rest of the McAfee protection.

  For the life of me, I can't understand how to integrate a gallery full screen and have my header show through.  I'm sure this is a simple adjustment that I'm missing.

  When I preview the slideshow, if I maintain full screen setting, it covers my head

  If I drag the slide show on the lower edge of the header, it disables the full-screen layout and a gap appears on the bottom of the slide show outlining the footer and background

  How can I make sure that the slide show retains the attributes full screen while exposing my head?

  For 1 issue, you can simply set the binding of this field worldwide and all fields will have the same value. Click on the object and in the object palette, there is a tab link. In the set default binding change None to Global.

  For the 2nd problem, you have a Pg1 field called numberOfPages. This field is used in conjunction with another domain on the master Page2. He shodul not be located on this page. I removed it, then I was able to resize the titleForm subform to fit the space.
