Resizing of window - possible?

Hello!
May I know if there is anyway to resize a packaged Authorware window size of file (.exe)?
I tried to change the size of the file in full screen, but there is no resizing to the title bar icon...
Everyone out there knows if this is possible? - or it is certainly not possible at all.

Thanks for help.

You can do the * window * resizable by assigning to the variable window. But
who * do not * scale the contents of the window. If you need the window
content at scale, look at the Flash or Director.

    When I resize a window and reposition it on the desktop, the system does not, remember the size and position. How to save the settings. I thought it was automatic in Windows.

    In Vista, there are limited means of control Windows and many of those who apply to the general patterns and not to individual windows.

    The following includes about what Vista can offer in this area, and I don't think that this will do exactly what you want (even if it is possible that the first option with references to other related articles can do a little of that, but I don't think that he can do everything or entirely as you wish without 3rd party help) except for the 3rd party program that winsizeme also mentioned below.  That may do the trick:

    Here's how to change the default template for a folder:http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/70819-windows-explorer-folder-view-settings.html.  Default behavior is to select the model based on the first type of file placed in the folder (you must choose something).  Vista sets thefolder type template according to what are the types of files in the window and the settings display window Explorer. This will show you how to resetthe Windows Explorer folder view settings, disable Automatic folder Type discovery and increase theview of the folder cache to have Vista don't forget display settings, model of file type, size, or position of a specific window for when it was still closed to the location of specific path.

    It does not work with the Sub record under, Open with,open in a new tab (Internet Explorer), etc... dialog windows of type through the goodFilemenu bar item. These don't seem to be able to have their size or their position to recall. For the latter, you can use the free program WinSizeMehttp://www.pcmag.com/article2/0, 2817,2339650,00.asp to resize them and record the sizes and locations (I changed the program that mentioned in the article, because even if it is a Vista article, the 3rd referenced application part it does not indicate speciiquement is compatible with Vista so that it doesn't).  I have never personally used this program myself so I can't say for some it will achieve your goals, but from what I've read on this subject, it should do the trick (although I don't think it will be automatic - you may need to set each window you want to save in this way - but that's about all that's available if you need to decide whether or not this alternative is better or) (no).  I'm not certain if it applies to programs or only records - but since it's free you can test and see if it helps you with your situation (it may be that it is useful in some cases and not the worth or effective in others - it of for you to decide (but considers that there is really no other alternative that those presented here - just Vista is not this type of detailed features except to a lesser extent) as described in section 1 above).

    Here is another article on how to modify the columns in Windows Explorer and sort in Vista:http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/108665-column-customize.html.  This will show you how Add, Remove, move, change the widthand change the sort order of the columns in Windows Explorer in the way that you want.

    Here is another article on how to change the display of the default folders in Vista (but she claims it is not a perfect solution and can revert to the previous behavior is not as good as the prior links provided:http://news.cnet.com/8301-13880_3-10019957-68.html.)  I include it only because it is an option - but also what he says it is not a very good alternative (but if none of the other works, it may be worth).

    I hope this helps.

    Good luck!

    Use javafx bind statement. Here is an example:

    public class ResizeSample extends Application {

        public static void main(String[] args) {
            Application.launch(args);
        }

        @Override
        public void start(Stage primaryStage) {
            primaryStage.setTitle("Hello World");
            Group root = new Group();
            Scene scene = new Scene(root, 300, 250);
            Button btn = new Button();
            btn.prefWidthProperty().bind(scene.widthProperty().divide(5.0));
            btn.prefHeightProperty().bind(scene.heightProperty().divide(5.0));

            btn.setLayoutX(100);
            btn.setLayoutY(80);
            btn.setText("Submit");
            root.getChildren().add(btn);

    • Hardware Acceleration (disabled)
    • I did a clean install and restored my previous profile (number still present)

    Since the zoom, which forces a repaint, corrects the display at least temporarily, you can try to disable OMTC, a feature introduced in Firefox 33. Here's how:

    (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

    (2) in the search above the list box, type or paste the layers and make a pause so that the list is filtered

    (3) double-click the preference layers.offmainthreadcomposition.enabled to true to false

    Any difference?

    Note: I read in a bug report at the time that this change causes problems with the YouTube HTML5 player, if hardware acceleration is disabled, then you may also force the Flash on YouTube if you keep this setting. You can use an add-on for this: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/youtube-flash-video-player/

  • can't resize the window of firefox, so I can create the shortcut on the desktop

    I don't know how to resize the window smaller, it only makes the impression of the page to the smallest, on the page, not the whole outline of the page, so I can move the symbol to put on the desktop! I used the page resizing in the menu, is there another way to do it? Thank you

    You can see the 3 buttons at the top right of the window frame: (_) to minimize, maximize/restore, close (X)? If these buttons are not visible, Firefox may be in mode "full screen". The F11 key toggles between the normal modes and full screen.

    When you use the middle button on the title bar that toggles between maximized and resizable, is visible in the lower right of the Firefox window? If so, you should be able to click and drag up and to the left to resize the Firefox window. If it is off the screen, you should be able to resize the window in two steps: drag the upper left corner of the window down and to the right, and then drag the window to the top of the screen.

    Not sure it's the right answer, but please give it a try.

  • Cannot resize the window as we have after the new update for Firefox

    This morning, Firefox installed an automatic update, and after that, I can't resize the window to a smaller proportion. First of all, let me explain why I do this.

    We have a local Web page to work where we can keep track of some of the statistics, and it is the only area that I need to post. This area I used to reduce the FF window, move until it was in my opinion and freeze it above all other windows (custom AHK script).

    The problem now is that FF resize to the size, it stops at a certain minimum width. Height is no problem, I can resize the height until he is "gone", but the width to a static limit stops.

    Example: Earlier I was able to resize to 500px width, but now it stops at 700px width and will not go lower. Earlier, this could go, like, 10-20px width.

    A bug, or is there a reason for this?

    It's because of Bug 897160, https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=897160.

    Temp fix in comment 27.

  • Cannot resize the window to size full screen

    I just got my new mac mini, and I can't resize the windows as I want.  I place my browser at the top window and use the arrow down to resize height screen entirely, but it goes only to where would be the dock. BUT I moved the dock to the right.

    How can I fix?

    Hit the green button it takes full screen?

    What now the option key and the Green hit button? Does it take all the screen real estate?

    Which can happen if there are items on a toolbar taking a specific space.

    You can try to hide the toolbars when testing to see if that helps (view > toolbars or Firefox > Options).

    Hello

    Make sure you have the latest vista drivers for your computer which you can get your computer manufacturers Web site

    go to their website and look for a driver and software download section

    Enter your model number for the last look drivers vista then download and install

    also run the sfc/scannow command.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929833

    Use the (SFC.exe) System File Checker tool to determine which file is causing the problem and then replace the file. To do this, follow these steps:

    1. Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, click Start, click principally madeprograms,Accessories, right-clickguest, and then clickrun as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or clickallow.
    2. Type the following command and press ENTER:
      sfc/scannow

      The sfc/scannow command analyzes all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions

    If SFC detects the main problems it can't fix you may need to borrow a Microsoft dvd vista not an acer, HP etc. recovery disk and do a repair installation
