  I have a Mac book Pro with the retina display running on OS X version 10.9.4. and I can't get to run mini-Bridge.  Adobe tells me everything first the problem was with Apple, I contacted Apple and the problem was not with them.  Adobe told me that the problem was with my ISP and passwords and firewalls on my internet connection, check with Rogers and no problem.  Now I am told by Adobe, this problem is with Concierge (Adobe's owner).

  I tried all that on the FAQ page to fix the problem and I also spent days on the phone with Adobe.  They had uninstall me and reinstall all my programs Adobe several times and I have spent hours on the phone trying all kinds of "corrections."  Adobe told me three times that they have intensified this problem at the highest level of technical support and I still have no resolution. We (me and Adobe) have been at this for well over a month now and he got well, now, Adobe is not still remember more.

  The reason why I have so need this problem is, as I explained to Adobe, I'm night school (now) for Photoshop and I need mini-Bridge classroom.  I hope that someone else out there there was this problem and knows what the fix is because I have no options open to me this time.  When Photoshop is launched and I clicked mini-Bridge, I see expected Bridge CS6... Nothing happens more, Photoshop is version X 64 13.0.6.  I stayed at home the past that repeatedly Adobe said they would call and nobody called, it gets expensive to work.

  If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated and I thank you.

  Just re-installed a fresh copy of Photoshop CS6 on my Mac Book Pro Yosemite and somehow the Adobe Application Manager does not work and so can't check my copy.  What should I do?

  I get a message saying that Adobe Application Manager can be damaged and that I should install a new version of the MAA.  But after downloading a new copy of MAA and makes installation, the program (AAM) will still not installed.  It's like an infinite loop!

  I'm sorry but I'm not on creative cloud.  I'm still on CS6 and it was Adobe Application Manager was not working and I could not install the update to this application.  My AAM version is: 8.0.0160

  The link you provided was the update I wanted to install but it does not work.  A window will appear during the installation that says:

  We encountered the following problems.

  Setup could not initialize.  Please download Adobe Support Advisor to detect the problem.

  and then the link to Adobe Support Advisor that leads to a page "Adobe Support Advisor has been abandoned".

  I bought Adobe Production Premium CS6 for Windows first.  The computer that I bought because crashed.  I replaced this computer with a Mac Book Pro, which came with Paralells 7, a program to run Windows on my Mac.  Would I be able to install my program Adobe on my Mac Book Pro?

  If you have an Ontario for Windows can be installed only windows machine and you also use the software on Win 7 Paralells however CS6 software activation will be deleted from the wnenever reboot you your parallel machine to win 7.

  PARALLEL machine work of activation process with the ID of the Machine and every time that you restart you then id machine will reset.

  I would recommend rather than to use Win 7 PARALLEL you can use Bootcamp on Mac Machine for making your dual boot computer with Windows and MAC both where you will not face any problems.

  You would get probably more answers by asking in the forum of MacBook Pro, it is a forum of the iMac. However to answer your question please read http://www.apple.com/batteries/maximizing-performance/#macbook that your MBP has of a battery for a reason, leave it plugged all the time is not recommended and can shorten the life. Use of the battery, it's like exercise for your body. It is quite correct to run until the computer may not be running, then recharge it again.

  Is it perhaps as simple as simply format the hard drive and leaving who?. If so, how it would be able to get a copy of ElCapitan? Then would he be easy to get a free copy of Pages, Numbers and Keynote?  or maybe they are included in ElCapitan? I remember that I had to pay for them, 3 or 4 years ago.

  Questions, and is there a page I can point him that will help his PASSAGE from Windows to Apple to be as painless as possible, otherwise that I lost a very good friend!

• Mac Book Pro and HP Envy 110F wireless printing problems

  I got my Mac book Pro for Christmas 2013 and initially had no problem printing wireless to my HP Envy 110F, but for some reason, I keep getting problems with printing to the envy of 110. We don't have printing problems with our Ipad for this printer.

  I can connect the printer to my Mac book Pro by putting 192.168.1.72 IP address in a web browser, but I get on the symbol bit offline when I print the urge. Last night I reinstalled the printer to print wireless on my mac pro book using a printer cable, which then worked well, but today the same problem reappeared.

  I'm starting to think that the problem may have started with the latest version of the update of the operating system to the Mavericks 10.9.4.

  Since you are able to print from the iPad to the wireless printer, I suspect you have to something. I think that the question has something to do with the communication between the printer and the computer and not between the printer and the router. Please use the following document to solve the problem; "Printer is off-line" Message appears on the computer and the printer does not print: Mac OS X.

  If the problem persists, do not give up hope, let me know and we will work through it together.
