• Book for beginners - Dreamweaver CS4

  Hi all

  I thought that this question might have been answered before, but a brief search forums was not helpful, so I write my question.

  I just bought CS4 Design Premium and taught me in my work. Dreamweaver is proving particularly difficult to use.

  From Adobe classroom in a book series is completely unnecessary, so I'm looking for a better book. Preferably, it would be an understandable for beginners, but who teaches quite advanced issues to create a good website.

  A book that I find very very well written and can be used by users of all levels is "Dreamweaver CS4-The Missing Manual" David Sawyer McFarland. I don't think that I still have not found an answer in. Will guide you through it lesson by lesson, she is excellent reference on how to do certain tasks.

  Given that, the best resource I've found is the videos on Lynda.com. And of course the Adobe Forums! ;-)

• Camera for beginners? I have looked at the T6i, but I have no idea as to what I should buy. Help?

  I'm a dummy when it comes to photography. I have 6 children who play sports and have paid a hundred dollars over the years for action shots. My husband suggested I get my own camera and take some pictures. I would like to use the camera to take to many pictures of my kids playing sports. It's football season and I have 2 players to varsity in high school, 2 Peewee players and a leader. I'm sitting up in the bleachers around the 40-50 line yard (I feel like I can see also the two sense here) and I was about 50 yards away (give or take a bit of) the actual field. Kickoff is 07:30 here in Texas, and it is very close to sunset the Sun. When night falls, the lights of the Stadium are on like any other football game Friday night you can imagine. I want to know what the camera is a good camera for beginners. I have reflected on the T6 and the T6i, but I have no idea of what is the difference. They both come with a bundle, objective 18-55mm and 75-300mm EF. What is the difference between a DSLR and SLR? I need just broken down into language clear so that I can make a good choice. Which would you choose and why?

  More mm, the highest magnification of the image that you will become.  The answers will vary widely depending on who you ask but to keep it really simple (at the risk of being wrong technically)... think of the magnification of the picture that you would get with binoculars in terms of x... I would use 50mm as the basis... which is 1 X.  So 18 mm divided by 50mm will give you 0.36 X and 55mm would give you 1.1 X and 300mm will give you 6 X.  To complicate matters, the size of the camera sensor, the final image is further expanded.  For example the T6/T6i (a cropped sensor device) will give you another 1.6 X magnification compared to a 5 d Mark III camera (a full frame).  The numbers aren't important, rather the idea... a number greater than 1 gives you more magnification - bringing the object more closer to you.

  For digital SLR cameras (full frame), 50mm is normally considered to be 1 X - less than 50mm focal length, we call this wide-angle (lenses).  For FL 50mm more, we call this telephoto lens photo (lenses).

  I have a SG300-52. My goal is a facility, where a client can connect to all ports and is automatically placed in a vlan are dependent on its MAC address.

  For this I put up some VLAN.

  All ports where customers can connect the VLAN configured as unmarked.

  I have about 40 MACs, I want to put in the VLANs dynamically. So I've set up a group of Mac mapping vlan:

  Serial section gi1-46

  switchport mode general

  switchport map General Mac-group vlan 5 5

  switchport map General Mac-group vlan 10 10

  switchport map General Mac-group vlan 20 20

  switchport map General Mac-group vlan 30 30

  Now, I want to add addresses MAC Mac-groups:

  mac 0000.0000.2222 Mac host card - group 10

  But after a few Mac added, I get an error "there are no resources for that interval.

  Is there a limitation on the number of MAC addresses in a group of Mac?

  Please advice how to proceed or if there is another way to achieve the goal.

  Hello Tobias,.

  There is a limitation on the number of MAC addresses could be added to the mac group and applied to interfaces. Each entry/MAC interface contains a single configurable AAGR resource (max allowed is around 500 I think). So, if you have addresses MAC 10 applied through 48 ports, it's 480 entries AAGR. This assumes you have no any other rule (ACL, MAC ACL etc.) configured. If you have a large number of MAC addresses that need assignment of VLAN static, the best approach would be to use the dot1x base assignment authentication vlan. It would be an evolutionary approach.

  You can browse different websites and are looking for tips and tricks, or you can buy a book like Windows 7 for Dummies (or any other entry level book).

  But the best option is to do a combination of the use of the PC and reading. You can read all the books and read all sites, but you will learn a lot by using just the PC and windows.

I don't have everything other than the player and these pdf files adobe software. I like the drawing and think I want to go back to College. I think graphics would be cool! • New cluster or new pool of resources for tier 1 applications?

  I have an existing cluster 5 node blade Esxi HP that I put in place for resource pools containing loads of pre-production and production work.  Now, we want to welcome applications from level 1 (Oracle DBs, Weblogic and middleware VMs servers).  Is there a best practice in the establishment of tier 1 workloads?  Should I add additional nodes to the cluster (until 8) and create a separate pool of resources for tier 1 applications, or should I implement a cluster 3 separate node (and generation) devoted entirely to the only level 1 workloads?  What are the advantages/disadvantages of each method?

  It depends on.

  (1) that you're going to develop this group even more tomorrow, or after you have added the hosts you have in mind who will be the end of the work?

  (2) how the negative risk is your boss or your client?

  (3) do you run your environment oversubscribed?

  (4) you understand the fundamentals of Resource Pools?

  Since I'm pretty risk adverse, I am tempted to create a new cluster with 4 nodes, where each node spans at least 2 or 4 chassis. Resource pools can resolve the problem of conflict of resources, but adds an extra layer of complexity to an environment that is not always welcome, and can make the diagnosis of difficult performance.

  Since you mention that you run ESXi on blades, please see the following article. I found it very informative regarding the problems of redundant N + 1 with blade configurations;

  I use animated tools without going into the details of the programming. So far, I was able to achieve my goals but my next step is adding the sounds and I am very confused where save the sound files and where to add the code that is referenced in the municipalities of edge.

  Photoshop is an image editor and can have only 1 page per document.

  In short, Photoshop is the application bad for something more than a single item from the front.

  Adobe InDesign is a page layout program that is specifically designed to create multipage documents.

  You can type or place text, photos of the place and the other images and have better control over the placement and arrangement of the elements on the page.

  InDesign, like Photoshop, Illustrator has a steep learning curve.

  You can download Adobe trial versions (these will only work for 30 days) and raise you some books or sign for video lessons on Lynda.com

  Well, let's first - become familiar with SQL * Plus - Oracle standard tool. Maybe it's a little 1980
  but it will be available on absolutely every system you use. As long as a student, I don't think you
  have a lot of money to spend on tools - so download Oracle's SQL developer tool (free)
  and experiment with it.

  On your own systems, there are already scripts - do (presumably in Unix - if Windows, use the search)
  Tool) - $ORACLE_HOME do you find. -name "*.sql" and watch the rdbms/admin scripts. In addition,
