• Recovery deleted albums

  Mistakenly, many of my albums have been removed. While individual photos can be recovered, I have not found a way to restore albums. Does anyone know of a way?

  I don't have a copy backup of the library, and a possible solution is to remove my current library and copy that. However, it is several 100's of GB and I'd rather not have to do every time there is an accidental deletion of album.

  There is no option to recover deleted albums or folders - you have 30 days to recover photos deleted from the album recently deleted - the only way to restore albums is to restore the shape of the library when they were there - but of course something has changed since the backup would be lost

  The opposite happened to me - in the opposite direction! I found all my pictures from Nokia mobile in icloud on my iPad a few days ago, had no blue cogwheels devices! The two devices + home phone is all about wireless internet of the contract with ORANGE in Europe! They will not help,

  I think my router - put in place by an expatriate for me - is hacked because of the problem. I didn't ask him to change my contract or warn of my move when I did 2 years ago - but he went ahead and made Orange disclose no information telling me his "confidential".

  See the empty/corrupted after upgrade/crash iTunes library if there is media that is not listed that you expect to be there. If it's really just a matter of work then in the view of songs, you can try Ctrl + A to select all and then right click > get Album artwork.

  I did a second album shared on iCloud and added all my photos of the shared album 1

  It looked like all photos from that shared 1 were there there so I deleted the shared 1st album but once I did the photos of the 2nd folder disappeared. Anyway is to restore the deleted shared album iCloud?

  You can retrieve photos and videos that you deleted in the last 30 days.

  1. Go to the Photos on iCloud.com.

  2. Click on the Albums, then select the album recently removed to display its content.

  3. Click Select of Photos, and then do one of the following:

     • Click on retrieve all.

     • Select the photos or videos you want to recover, and then click on recover.

  Alternatively, try restoring from a recent backup -restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.

• My Photo Stream album disappeared from the Photos on my Mac Pro app.  How can I restore it so I can easily locate photos that I pull on my iPhone.

  I deleted an album from my iphone on the assumption that there is in my music on my computer in itunes.  It no longer appears in my music and I followed the instructions found on different sites for the "low loading of previous purchases from the itunes store", including Apple, without success.  The album is still available for purchase on itunes.

  According to me, iTunes syncs and stores separately, album artwork to optimize the way iPod displays the album (on the small screen of the iPod) artwork and minimize storage space used by the illustrations of album on the iPod.  There may be data corruption on the storage of the iPod originally this problem; iTunes is syncing, but embedded iPod software is unable to properly access this optimized work data.

  If all the songs on the iPod are stored in your iTunes library, you can do a Restore on iPod using iTunes.  This erases the iPod and it affects the "factory" condition by default.  The restore button is on the settings of the iPod summary screen in iTunes.  If the cause is corruption of data on the iPod, it should be resolved by doing a restore.  After the restoration, access music from the iPod settings screen in iTunes and set it up to Sync music as before.

  Dark Gray stars are ratings auto generated in response to manual ratings. Manually securities on the side of an album will be automatically rate the album if it is not already evaluated. Notation manually an album will self evaluate any track not classified.

  You can remove the automatic ranking with my scripts ClearAlbumAutoRating or ClearTrackAutoRating , which sets the manual values of 1%. A score of zero allows the behavior of auto side where not classified titles are given a side-car, which corresponds to the side of the album, and an album not class boasts a rating that reflects the rounded average of no assigned manually track. Match scripts to make things if you want to restore the automatic categorization later.

  In recent months, it seems to be another issue where after titles were noted on a device synchronization can result in an album to get a full capacity in iTunes. I hope that Apple are aware of this problem and can be solved in a generation later... maybe.
