  I started using Photos after years of work with an opening. Before you begin the migration process of the Aperture library (17 GB, all masters referenced to an external HARD drive) in the Photos, I organize my projects using open, merging original projects of realocating in a new common location in my external HARD drive and also the deletion of unwanted images.  But I made a mistake by deleting the photos, I deleted all versions, not the masters... (command + sup). Which affects migration as I explain below.

  After that, I started the migration, by opening the Aperture with photo library. After the migration, I leave Photos, copy my new photo library to external HARD drive then open Photo once again with this library and marked as system from Photo library.

  Everything seems ok, except a few greyed thumbnails that appear on Photos. It seems that these greyed photos are the photos I had deleted before opening (only versions, not masters). Somehow, the photo library also reflects the fact that I did not remove the masters on the Aperture library...

  To be honest, I have no idea how it worked now. I don't know how to filter these vignettes greyed in Photos or how back to the opening and remove the masters once versions went in order to have an Aperture library without dragging these 'links' which later are migrated in the photo library.

  Have you checked the trash in Aperture, if it is empty? Your versions may still in the Recycle Bin, then you could put back them and consolidate the originals before you delete versions.

  Here is the Vista Forums, not XP.

  There is no available from Microsoft Windows XP download.

  You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery discs, if it is still available.

  They should do this for a small fee.

  And if you have never received a recovery disk when you bought your computer, there should be a recovery Partition on the hard drive to reinstall XP back on how you purchased your computer.

  The recovery process can be started by pressing a particular combination of the key or keys at startup. (Power on / start)

  Maybe it's F10, F11, Alt + F10, etc., depending on the manufacturer.

  Ask them to the proper key sequence.

  Toshiba is press 0 (zero) to start to start the process of relocation/restore to the way you bought in later operating systems.

  See if you are able to connect to it and try what I suggested. What version of the software do you have on the camera before? You could try downgrading to this version. Different carriers have different versions of the OS, so I can't say what that yours was before the update.

  SOLVED!  Here's how the Windows 10:

  -Control Panel > programs and features > Adobe Premiere Elements 14 > uninstall

  -Also, go to your Documents folder (or where ever you done installation) > Adobe > Premiere Elements > 14 > 'Style' folder and delete this folder.

  -Download a new copy of first and install it. Style file to repopulate it with missing documents

  The key is to delete the folder of Style but also to uninstall the program. Even if you check "delete preferences" then uninstall, Adobe maintains your records. It's not a bug it's a feature to be useful and keep your preferences.
