retrieve the journal creative cloud in info

I bought my grandson a subscription of two years of the creative cloud August 2014. He installed on his laptop, but now we want to try to download it on our desktop. We can not remember what log in info, that we used to set up the account (YES. We should have written it down) the only info I have is the number of credit card for my monthly payments and a few email addresses which we would have used. Any ideas?

If you have the cc office application installed, open it and click on the gear in the top icon right > click Preferences > General.

It will display the id used adobe.  You can then retrieve your password if you forgot clicking on manage account > forgotten password
