• What is RIM-COD-URL-1 in my JAD?

  I'm trying to see if the 2 following properties espeically the sha1 either activated or not during the over-the-air download of my aplication:

  RIM-COD-SHA1: 8 b 11 58 and 6 d 94 ee 4 c 94 27 09 57 95 1 b 1 c 80 2 b 45 38 f8 f7
  RIM-COD-size: 68020

  So I modified the value of sha1 of my jad file, to my surprise, actually the download will not check it at all and download was successful.  Actually the RIM-COD-size value is not matching the actual size of the cod file so. I suppose it could be due to some extra bytes added by signing. It is perhaps because of the same reason do not check the sha1 as well.

  But with all this, how BONES would be able to check the consistency between the JAD file and cod in case a COD file is corrupted? From my reading on the web, the sha1 is checked which is different from what I've seen during my obvious tests.

  Moreover, for on the airflow, after the signing, in fact we still use a single COD file that is in the results expected/standard eclipse folder (there is also one of expected/web results, but we don't use it) and then we rename the file .zip and extra cod all these cod file the zip and put all these cod and jad file on our server.

  Signatures added at the end of a COD file are not included when calculating the value of SHA1.  It is expected that the SHA1 of the JAD file values remain the same after the signing.

  Basically...

  Do you want to download content when you make a purchase or do you just unlock code? If you download content RIM hosts it similar to the file of the application bar? Or do I need to have my own downloadable content server host? (or maybe a 3rd party like scoreloop)

  So, for example, if I make a game with 50 levels and the basic version is only from 30. Can I code upwards and release all 50 in a folder bar but wrap access to 20 of these levels within some type of if statement where I check the receipts of payment?

  OR you release the game with 30 levels and then once the user makes the payment that they download the 20 extra on their phone?

  I am currently looking by making payments in application, that is why I ask. Initially I thought that you have downloaded the content (like xbox DLC) but the code example / documentation doesn't mention anything about downloading content.

  It's 100% up to you. If the files are large, so it may make sense to build them in the application so that the user doesn't have to wait to download.

  You open the JAD file in the browser BlackBerry or trying to load the COD file directly?  You need to open the URL of the JAD file.  Also make sure that the MIME types for JAD files have also bee configured.

Something like: domainname.com/my-coldfusion-question. I set up a custom 404 error page in IIS to include a coldfusion page called masterRewrite. When the page is called, it analyzes the url, queries the database and built a page that refers to the browser. So, basically ANY link that you can go on the site always returns a page with the content and the browser is never a "Page not found" error
  
  So here's my question: when google spiders my page t - he never knew that a 404 error? I've tested a bit myself using cfhttp to go to a page that does not exist on the site and looked at the headers. The returned response header shows identical to a page that actually exists. StatusCode is "200 OK." So my question is, Google sees this even as a page that actually does not exist? Initially I thought that he made, but have noticed my page rank is 0/10 and I was wondering if, somehow, Google knows the difference despite the fact that the statuscode indicates that 200.

  Is there a way to no longer receive emails from RIM as every time I signed my application using the cod signing keys.

  Its annoying as the number of times where I signed my request, I got emails a signed API.

• BlackBerry smartphones, for that I need a few RIM experts answer this question.

  This isn't really a problem of java development, but I'm not expert on the general forum. I arrived there just the other day and a guy was ranting and raving on this is terrible, the storm is compared to the iPhone.

  We have several storms and they all have the following symptoms:

  After running for about 4 days, the system significantly slows down. You see demonstrations continuous hourglass, which means that the G.C. is overtime. A hard reset Erases (battery pull) the problem for another 4 days.

  If you assign different to the same button event listeners so that might be your problem.  You should only assign this listener once in box 1.  Similarly, you should enough to define the function setting 1, but pull the statement request out of the function and then assign it a new URLRequest value to different point along the timeline...

  I have an application apex in which we can put on messages using the editor of ck in a form, think of it as a mini forum. Then I have a report that shows the messages. If someone has inserted a Url in the body of the message I want to open in a new window and not resume the users current session. Not all messages will have URLS in them.
  
  The only way I can think to do is to change my structure of the table and put a spereate URL field in the body of the message. If I had to I could then use the function popup of java on the attribute of the column binding.
  
  Anyone has solutions that do not invlove change me my table structure.

• AS Basic code in MXML question

  Im a newb flex with a php background. PHP if I want to add a script in my HTML I just use the <? < code >? > to do.
  
  If I could do something like this:
