  I had a problem with the rotation of the screen under macOS Sierra function. As the screen rotates, there is an error that pop up and later that I'm unable to get into system-> Display Preferences. It is for me a "mistake preferably: County not load display preferences" message and I was unable to rotate the screen back. I started from the system in safe mode and temporarily solved the problem. But if I want to rotate the screen again, it pops up the same error again. I was using the rotation function pretty well in OS X El Capitan. But since I updated to macOS Sierra, I had this problem.

  I wanted to know if there is a lasting solution to this problem.

  I'm using macOS Sierra on MacBook (13-inch, early 2015) Air with processor 1.6 Ghz Intel Core i5 and 8 GB memory DDR3 at 1600 MHz with 128 GB of storage.

  Great job to test mode without failure. In Safe Mode disables most of the third-party services, it could be a compatibility problem with an application that you have. Check out this article:

  You can not hold account that the title suggests it's to El Capitan. It applies to macOS Sierra as well.

• Function of more limited rotation on imac than the iphone!

  I just realized that the edit > function of rotation is more limited on Photos/imac compared on my iphone.

  It is surely not good! On my 27 inch screen it only allows me to rotate 90 degrees, but on the iphone I can adjust to any angle that I wish, and it also gives a grid to help align things.

  Maybe it's a setting I'm missing - otherwise I find it's a huge gap for not being able to properly rotate the photos on my imac.

  In Photos on my Mac 2.0,.

  -I select the picture

  -Click the button to reveal the editing tools (top right photo window, to the left of the Details button)

  -then right click on the first symbol third with two arrows dotted ("crop" in French...)

  -then click, hold down and up and down

The good news is that the following steps will be useful for your problem of not being able to install the macOS Sierra update and get your Mac Mini is working again!

  Try running first emergency tool on your hard disk with the built in disk utility, allowing to correct simple issues that you are experiencing. Restart your Mac Mini and then try to install again.

  Your profile says your Mac works v10.11.5 so see if the update using v10.11.6. Open these System co> App Store > check now or open the App Store and then select updates from the menu.

  Aside from that, check the hard disk.

  No, this isn't I have no problem with a rotation on my 6 iPhone on ios 9.3.3.

  What a great iPad model you have there! If you already tried to change the orientation of the screen during the initial installation without success, then you will not be able to turn right there. But no worries. You may be able to activate the Zoom feature during the installation process that will allow you to access the agreement to license button. Also, given that you have problems with the display, you should consider having repaired to your Apple local store or service center. The steps and the links below will help you activate the Zoom feature as well as to get some great info to get your iPad repaired if you choose to.
