  1 - Adding devices is interrupted and the phone always appears offline.

  I tried with multiple devices and they are all perfectly between them, has never worked with the computer! Who have already tried with the (uninstalled) disabled antivirus and it worked too!

  It seems that Samsung has not yet released the compatible Bluetooth drivers for Windows 8. So, you can try to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check out. Here is the link where you can download the drivers for Windows 7.

  Follow the steps to install in compatibility mode:

  a. right click on the driver installation file and select Properties and then tap or click on the compatibility tab.

  b. check the box run this program in compatibility modof e.

  c. press or click the menu drop down and select a previous operating system, and then tap or click OK.

• Samsung Blue Ray does not connect to internet, but being of other devices.

  I used this Blue Ray Samsung drive with this router for over a year without problems. A few days ago I set up parental controls, by downloading the Netgear Genie app on my PC from Windows desktop, on the router, and now Blue Ray does not connect to the internet.   After writing this last post, so I decided to download Nero Info Tool to look at information from drive etc.

  The program asked if I could put in a disc to test the speed of running, so I thought... what the hell I'll put in a blu - ray disc and see what happens.

  Next thing I know that running speed test took place then everything suddenly the blu ray kicks in life and he was here... smooth as the more calm waters, known for the kind of man... my blu ray film.

  Reboot the machine and now the blu - ray player works fine. Any idea on what just happened?

  You need a licensed software in order to play a Blu - ray disc, WMP does not support this format.

  HP provides a version of Cyberlinks PowerDVD 10 - download the latest installer for it on the link below and save it in your downloads folder.

  Once the download is complete, open your downloads folder and double-click the installer for PowerDVD 10 start the installation.  Once done, see if your Blu - ray disc now plays OK in this software.
