I'm paid to refresh our Church Web site and have been using flash 8 with success so far. We never had no problem download and we used this same file in flash for a while (2 years?) and I've never experienced this problem.
  
  Anyway, if you go to www.livepraylove.com you will see that on the side right of the page, the flash file is not loading. It is as if it is not yet on the server.
