  Put the username and the password as "admin" in the lower case. This should work if the router password has not been changed. If this does not work then, you need to reset your router and the re - set...

• DMVPN router behind ASA - need help please.

  Hello

  After reading many other discussions on this topic, it appears with the correct IOS and NAT - T active router, you bring up DMVPN behind a NAT device.

  I tried to perform this task, but I can not even phase 1 going to the DMVPN. The routing was checked and I can ping the routers DMVPN public IP. I'm sure that the configurations for routers are good, but asked if any additional NAT is required on the ASA.

  Here is the topology:

  Plate rotating DMVPN > ASA > Internet > ASA > DMVPN Branch

  The SAA on the side of the hub is in our data center and in production with several site-to-site and traffic to DMZ. Devices DMVPN is a Cisco 2921 and 1921. When I run a "debug crypto isakmp" on both routers, I see ISAKMP messages are sent on the branch DMVPN router. Nothing in the hub and no hits on the ASA ACL. I tried both the public IP address and the private IP address of the ACL on the ASA.

  I have attached the relevant training and can post more if necessary.

  So it should be the same configuration that you use.

  The only thing is that I had to ' stop/no shut' tunnel interface and removing some config that I also need to clear the connection on the ASA using "clear conn."

  I have no idea when it comes to such things and I want to make sure I do it correctly without messing up my existing home network.

  Port Forwarding and triggering Port pages setup look very different from what the guy uses. Can someone walk me through what I do to set up please?

  You must enter them in the field for a start external Port and external completion Port. You will need to send individually except for the range of 49000-65000. The steps are as follows.

  1. create a Service name (it could be something else that you cannot use the same service name twice. Ex. XBOX1, XBOX2 and so forth.)

  2. Select the type of service (TCP, UDP or both)

  3 entry 5050 times a start external Port and external endpoints.

  4. Select the IP address of your XBOX.

  5. Select apply.

  6 do the same for other port numbers. To the beach, use 49000 for the external departure Port and for the external completion Port 65000.

  I found an answer from someone who has had the same problem earlier this year, but I do not understand what to do.

• Need help with settings - wifi extension

  So I need help from networking. I have xfinity for my internet with a router/modem from arris tg1682g. However, it is located in a horrible place. So I run Ethernet to a central point and connected to an AirPort Extreme (latest version). Extreme, I ran Ethernet in the basement and connected a first gen express. I also have a second express gen located in the rooms upstairs.

  the extreme and express it is defined to extend the network, however the signal keeps a fall or be slowed down significantly even when you are inches apart. When I got the arris in bridge mode and the extreme to create the network and expresses it to extend everything worked fine. However, we have the security to the House installed xfinity, and they took the arris off mode bridge because they do not allow me to use the extreme for the security system. Since then, I got nothing else problems with my internet connection. It is either significantly reduced performance (up to 18mbps 150mbps).

  I also get error messages that the network is not found on the airport connected Ethernet devices.

I have check and found that there is no connection of the network adapter on my laptop. I ask MS to help over the phone and was told to download the IE7 to try as I did, but my internet connection still does not work.  My router works like my other laptop is able to connect to the internet.   2. is it a laptop or desktop?

  3. who is the manufacturer of the computer, and what is the model number of your computer?

  4. have you installed the latest network drivers on your computer?

  5. what security program is installed on your computer (Antivirus and firewall)?

  As there is no network adapter installed on your computer, I suggest to first download and install the drivers for the network adapters on your computer manufacturer Web site and check to see if that fixes the problem on your computer.

  OK, I really need help with a huge problem of Wireles Internet on my laptop.

  My laptop is a HP G6000 and suddenly it just does not connect to internet (wireless) but all the other computer and laptop at home only.

  I can't even open the Wireless option in my control panel.  -(literally not responding when I click the icon)

  It is defineitly NOT the router or connection because we have other computers and laptops that can get on tinternet.

  Also, my brother has exactly the laptop with exactly the same problem.

  So is this something I can resovle clicking on something or by pressing a button, or what I need to fix this to the 'HP seat'

  We have the same problem. Ive searched on Web sites and in the us the 6000 has been given an extended warranty that the motherboards are defective.

  I can't find any info on the British, but I'm sure that boards are the same. The flaw is due to the graphics chip overheating due to inefficient cooling fans.

  HP issued a bios updated to accelerate to give more cooling fans.

  I'm starting to feel like Michael Douglas in the movie Falling Down and need help.

  History:
  Finally, I sent to my bad WRT-ngn350 router and when I got the replacement of all but the plastic leg support has been included. I want to have my router stand up to save desktop space, but now I have no foot.

  "OK, should not be difficult to get Linksys to send me the missing foot stand" was my thought. Now, I called the online RMA and also emailed them and I get a similar response as Michael Douglas took with a smile

  I hear that I can't get the part because it is not on the list the content of the product. As this is * my * problem. I want the part and do not care if it's on a list or not. It is the part on the router in the image. I even asked the representative of Linksys to Google a little bit WRT-ngn350 and there are foot stands on almost all of the images and it is certainly included in the box. I was told that I could go nowhere elsewhere to help with that. I really some doubt but fail to find a channel of Linksys, which may be able to help.

  First of all, yes I am a fool.  I know better than to do this, and I knew this would happen.  It was 01:00 and I am lazy and all messed up.  Now, I need help.

  I installed DD - WRT on my router, and the flash gone bad.  Most likely because I've done a hard reset before flashing, but maybe also because I'm impatient and reset the device after it was stuck at 98% for 3 minutes.  My fault...

  Now the router won't work everything simply.  Cannot ping it, doesn't assign IP addresses nothing.  Is there anything I can do to bring it back to life?

  If you can ping the router then you should be able to TFTP firmware to the router by ethernet cable. It shouldn't take very long. If you do not know how to TFTP, so here's how: type in this line in the command prompt: tftp-I 192.168.1.1 put (it's where you put your firmware to the router) and then press ENTER. The firmware should go where are the parenthes. The firmware should be typed in as it is displayed in the command prompt.

  Is this a good solution? I went to 192.168.0.1 and changed a bridged network connection. Then I connected back the WRT150N router on my computer and the modem and everything works fine now, even some of my fixation with my ISP disconnection problems! The only problem is, my internet is slow, it used to be 1500 Mbps download speed and now it's down around 800-900.

  I mainly use a bridged network share. Would it not slow? And this correction will be permanent?

  Okay I found the solution myself. Here's what you do:

  Open a Web browser and type your default gateway which is usually: 192.168.1.1

  After you do this type in as the admin and the password admin its also admin once you open a session go in application and games and go to the subcategory "port range forwarding."

  For the first set appliction Xbox1 and the beginning and the end, the port numbers are 88. The Protocol is both and the IP address must end at 120.

  For the second application updated Xbox2 and the beginning and the end, the port numbers are 3074. The Protocol is both and the IP address must end at 120.

  For the third set appliction Xbox3 and the beginning and the end, the port numbers are 53. The Protocol is borh and IP address must end at 120.

  For the fourth request put Xbox4 and beginning and end, the port numbers are 80. The Protocol is both and the IP address must end at 120.

  Save the settings and once you go back to the installation page, make your size MTU 1364. Save the settings and then go to security and uncheck the anonymous internet requests to filter. Save the settings.

  Go to the administration tab, and then make sure that UPnP is enabled. If it is not, turn it on and save the settings.

  Tour of your router and the modem. Wait a minute and plug the modem first. Once it starts up plug in the router and your NAT must be open for xbox live.
