Hi rp0428...

In oracle 9i, can I use dbms_schduler?

Thank you

V9 can call DBMS_SCHEDULER residing in the DB V10.

Back to the last century, I had Production V7.3.4.5 DB & wanted results by e-mail.
So I installed V8.1.6 containing UTL_SMTP, so I could call from Production DB.

  • Process of calculation to calculate the value after submit after all validations

    Hello

    Please help with a possible approach or suggestions for the calculation process.

    I have a calculation process after submit I want to calculate its value after that all validations are handled. Because this process of calculating trim is off of the first part of the input string of the user for the P3_USES element. Thus, for example consider; the user selects a value for P3_USES (point list manager) to be "TAC"... BCA... BCA... BCA... 0.CA BC... "CA IT BC. So my calculation process just stripes off the coast of the first portion of the string and computes the value will be "BCA"... BCA... BCA... 0.CA BC... "CA IT BC. It works fine when all postings on the page are placed without cooking.

    The problem occurs, then the validation fails on the form. Once the validation fails, the calculation process; already calculates the value and the P3_USES value form element is set to "BCA"... BCA... BCA... 0.CA BC... "CA IT BC. So, here the user solves the problem of validation and sends it again the form, but at this point the value is calculated again but this time that my string is "BCA"... BCA... BCA... 0.CA BC... CA IT BC"which is not correct, because my initial user string entry was"TAC"... BCA... BCA... BCA... 0.CA BC... "CA IT BC.

    So my question is how they treat the value of my calculation after all validations. While I can keep the original value of the P3_USES element. I'm using the version of Oracle APEX 4.0 and Oracle 10 g R2 database.

    you want to know how to block the ophcrack from running, my child uses this to get my password and in the parental controls in vista. I have 3 accounts going 2 for children and one for the parents/administrator. I found ophcrack in several places on the computer. any help would be greatly appreciated

    The only question the idea of Malkeleah, that is when you put a password on BIOS, all you need to do is pop the battery from the motherboard and the password is gone. Faronics has in some programs such as anti-executable and a few other programs that may block the name or ID of a process and prevent it from running (some antiviruses have that option, such as Avast, but usually is a pain in the ass to configure)

  • "Error: not allowed to run the local process" during the execution of a WF in vRO7.0

    Hi all

    Need your help. We encountered a problem - "not allowed to run the local process", during the execution of a WF in vRO7.0.

    In this WF, they attempt to run the script class vRO 7.0 Server 'command. By default the Orchestrator applications having not allowed to run the command class, we get allowed by a mistake.

    To resolve this issue we need to set the system property ‘com.vmware.js.allow-local-process=true’ to the ‘vmo.properties’ properties file of the vRO 7.0 Orchestrator server.

    We already have the property to true for the properties file under ' / etc/vco/app-server " folder and after Orchestrator services are restarted. But still, we get the question.

    Another thing is that we use vRO cluster machines, so we put the real in both files to vmo.properties on both servers.

    Can you help me please how to fix?

    We have followed the link below.

    Thanks llian, complete reboot of the devices/machines vRO made the resolution.

    Now everything works fine.

  • Delete form for the child process data

    Hello

    I have a form of child process for my multivalue attributes. I would like to delete one or more entries from the shape of child process via the API data, but the only API that I found was removeProcessFormChildData. But I guess this method deletes all data in the form of child process. Is there an other API I can use? How to remove the child process form data?

    Thank you

    See this thread for an example of code:

    Concerning

    KasunA

    Found a workaround.  The problem is that, before the 7695070 patch is applied, the installation program backup directory/apps/fs2/FMW_Home/webtier/jdk in /apps/fs2/FMW_Home/webtier/jdk_backup_existing_version, but then it clears. / jdk - the patch fails because it can't find it.  I had to rename the directory of the jdk for jdk2, and as soon as it gets deleted quickly and rename jdk2 jdk.  Then he applies the patches without problem.  A symbolic link would do the same thing.

  • Running APEX application process

    Hello!

    Application process (with htp.p in it) is not running when onSubmit process page returns the error (and shown in the notification bar).

    How can I make the process to run? Or is it a bug?

    You can see example in the application of test Report 1

    Just press the "SUBMIT" button and see difference about the expression "'application process is here" at the top. "

    Thank you!

    You can do this by using a chain of substitution as mentioned above. Rather than display the results of the query of the user using lifestyle htp.p , create a USER_STYLES application point and store them in it:

    declare
      l_user_styles varchar2(4000);
    begin
      for cur in (select t.param, t.value
                      from USERDATA t
                    where t.authid = :APP_USER
                        and t.application = :APP_ID
                        and t.page = :APP_PAGE_ID) loop
            l_user_styles := l_user_styles || '#' || cur.param || ' {' || cur.value ||'}');
      end loop;
      :user_styles := '';
    end;

    The application can then be referenced in heads of page template using the substitution string syntax:&USER_STYLES.

    This approach is more effective than what you try to do what the style of the user information must be defined in the application element when connecting and when the styles are changed, rather than on each page show that you propose.

  • Eception exception: Application test1 (176) does not. process is completed

    My application appear error message "Eception exception: Application test1 (176) does not; the process is completed. ", by searching on this forum, it seems that the queue is full." I have a timer thread that publishes events to the event from the queue by like that

    UiApplication.getUiApplication () .invokeLater (new Runnable()

    {

    public void run() {}
    any code to update the user interface

    }

    });

    My Question: Is there a way to check how full (number of items) is the queue of the event? What is the maximum elements it may contain?

    A related question:

    Can I replace all the invokeLater() call with UI code in a worker thread associated with acquiring the lock of the event running?

    synchronized (UiApplication.getUiApplication () .getAppEventLock ())
    {
    any code to update the user interface

    }

    This code runs in a worker thread but held event lock, no problem with this code?

    You don't mention your test environment.

    If it's in a real device, you can use the Javaloader utility to retrieve the log of events to a text file, using the USB cable. This utility is provided with the JDE, but you will need to have a recent version of Desktop Manager isntalled to get the current USB drivers for your device.

    Another method (which works on the SIM and the device), is to view the log of the events on the device running or the Simulator.

    For non touch devices, go to the home screen and type:

    L G L G

    To contact devices, go to the home screen and hold the «?» 123"key for a few seconds, then type ', 5, 5".

  • Eception exception: Application myapplication (253) does not. the process is completed.

    I recently experience "Eception exception: Application myapplication(253) does not; the process is completed. "on"BOLD".  myapplication here indicates the name of the application that I've done.

    could someone tell me what can cause this problem? I appreciate it. My request is almost launched!

    This occurs when filling out your application event queue. The usual reason for this is that you hold the thread of events for too long. For example, you perform a CPU work as oprganizing some data structures of a method in a graphical interface.

    When this problem occurs, the operating system will force a dump stack for all applications currently running trace. You must retrieve the log of the events on the device and to find the trace of your application stack. Once you do this, you will probably identify the offending code that monopolizes the processor.

    Once you identify the offending code, you must either change as the event thread is not be monopolized, or possibly isolate the procedure in its own thread so that the event thread can return to sender system.

  • does not; process is completed?

    I'm testing my application in the emulator 9530 with 4.7 version. Sometimes the error will occur when I leave my app without doing anything. Error was:

    Eception exception: Application App$ 202009 (151) does not. process is completed

    My app has a thread that runs every 5 seconds to update the user interface.

    No idea what is the problem?

    The problem is that the queue is full.

    In most cases, it occurs when an application calls of invokeLater() several times one after another.

    And there are some applications that are not yet resolved, but new are coming and coming.
