  I guess you run the paralytic.

  You don't need to go to the operating system on the virtual machine to add additional space - just close the vApp, add an additional VMDK to each computer virtual where you need additional space and then restart the vApp.  There is a startup script in the virtual machines that will recognize the new storage and expand space can be used with it.

• Added a "copy" of a virtual computer to a paralytic running

  I try to add a copy of a virtual computer to a paralytic running.  The indications are as follows.  I have a paralytic with 3 VM in it.  2 webservers (Web1, Web2), then a database server (DB1).  The Vapp is running.  Preference by using the Java SDK, I want:

  1. get a reference to one of the two servers web
     
  2. Make a copy of the information network web server definition (maybe more than one) and all
     
  3. Add and then copy to the VAPP (preferably without stopping the TIME during operation.
     

  I have a reference to the TIME which is running and then I have to loop through the collection getChildrenVms() of Vapp and find one of the Web servers, I now have the code number the virtual machine I want to clone.  That's where I start to become unclear on what should happen.  I want the Web server to exactly the same thing with regard to the network, but mac and IP (configuration as static pool) addresses clearly needs to be different.  I also need a way to rename the virtual computer so that when it is added to the TIME without error about two s VM with the same name.

  I tried following the RecomposeVapp.cs file that is part of the samples, but the change of name does not appear to be covered.

  Anyone had any experience with something similar?

• Retrieve the external IP address of the router from a paralytic

  I'm working on a workflow, that the provisions, a complete paralytic, I have nearly all that work, the only issue I am running into is not able to shoot/get the external IP address of the router once that vApp is put into service. Does anyone know which API can I gives the floor to get that information? I have attached a screenshot of the NAT tab in the firewall of vApp to give more details on the specific element, I'm trying to recover. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  I would like to know if this is useful, I just double it checked by running against one of my vApps has a similar configuration (NAT and Port Forwarding) and it displays the correct external IP address for me.

• Failed to instantiate a paralytic

  Hi guys,.

  I'm new with vCO. I was able to install and configure the vCO (5.1.0 build 2725), plugin (5.1) vCD and Infoblox vCO plugin (1.0.0) to IPAM. I am able to see objects vCenter vCD objects etc.

  I'm trying to run a workflow that came with Infoblox plugin. This workflow helps me create a paralytic with VM networks configured through IPAM. When I run the workflow, it fails when you attempt to instantiate the VAPP with the below error message.

  TypeError: Cannot find getReference function in the object notfound. (Name of the dynamic Script Module: createInstantiateVAppTemplateParams #7)

  I got the same error when I tried ' Instantiate a paralytic "the vCD package workflow.

  Please let me know what I need to check/change to make it work. Thanks in advance!

  Welcome.

  It's the typical mistake, you can get when the host name that you configured in the configuration of the plugin vCloud is does not match the URL of the public API, you have defined in the vCloud Director UI. This causes objects to have mismatching URLS causing vCO to define objects as type "not found".

  You can always add Org network to an existing paralytic... even if the vApp is running...

  All you need to do is Open the VAPP (NOT THE VM!) and select the network icon add from there...

  It will show you a dialog box where you can select what type of network you want to...

  Comment cela Although you will be able to add the netowrk, you will not be able to connect to the virtual machine if the vApp is turned on...

  So you will have to turn off the vApp, connect the virtual machine to the N/W Org, then turn on the TIME...

• Freezes and restarts on 2015 5K running El Capitan iMac and am ready to freak me out

  Hi guys,.

  If I posted my check and reports being panic, could someone tell me what caused random freezes and restarts on my iMac 5 K - ish, El Capitan running? I am a designer/Retoucher and I am in the middle of a big job, of course.

  He went on and off for a few months. I have cleared my startup disk and played fresh OS installs (didn't even use Migration Assistant just to be safe), three times. I installed apps one at a time try to refine what is the cause but could not.

  At first I thought it was my mouse Logitech G502 because when I went to an old mouse for a few weeks the problem has disappeared. But yesterday, listening to iTunes via Airplay and working in InDesign, the system froze again.

  I wonder if she might be SoftRAID(4) and/or my two RAIDs of 4 external ThunderBay?

  Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. Sorry to hear you're having this problem with your iPad 2 Air. I'm kinda not clear about the exact nature of the slowness you describe (what specific aspects are slow, what is compatible or intermittent, etc.), but if it's pretty repetitive, you can try to stop all currently open applications, restart your iPad, then test for the slow pace.   Recently, I used the app store to upgrade my MacBook Pro for OSX Sierra.

  From this point forward - my laptop is very hot and fans constantly run like a Jet engine.

  I see this in the activity monitor:

  

  I put all my contacts to synchronize hourly, and nothing has changed before the upgrade and after.

  How can I fix it? My life of the battery is to be purged, permanently.

  I bought my macbook pro ' retina of 15-inch (model 2015) in July and I had to install windows I did of the hollow windows, but when I'm coding stuff like C++ it turns really hot and the fans will too, even when I am just watching youtube or netflix on windows. " On macOS, it only runs warm while playing games (which is obvious no?) I hope someone can answer to my problem!

  What temperature?

  Install a temperature/fanspeed control application.  Maybe you use resources intensive applications but you can still be found within the limits of acceptable temperature.

  My iMac 27 "has an intermittent problem with the CPU fan runs at full speed. Sometimes it happens at the time when I start it, sometimes only in my session, and sometimes only after a certain time. So does seem to be a problem of "heating".

  Second issue is with the mode 'sleep'. It may occur also at any time, at the start of the iMac, session, or after a certain time.   Since last week I have been having a problem where my computer screen appears with a reading of the question 'your system has sold out of the memory of the application.' This happens around every 20-30 minutes to use my computer, where the issue is resolved by restarting my computer. However, this message appears when I have 1 or 2 applications open (including the permanent Finder application). At my computer without a doubt a lot of memory left and I installed only 5 additional applications: League of Legends, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook. I used OS X El Capitan for the first half of the week and macOS Sierra for the second half, but the upgrade did not solve my problem.

  I run:

  MacBook Air (13 inch, mid 2013)

  1.3 GHz Intel Core i5 processor

  DDR3 4 GB 1600 MHz memory

  Start drive Macintosh HD

  Graphics Intel HD Graphics 5000 1536 MB

  Your system is running out of RAM, not disk space. 4 GB is the absolute minimum of RAM. Try to remove all unnecessary startup items (Preferences > users and groups > you > login items) with the key less (not simply uncheck the boxes - which hide just the app but it still works).

  You can also run activity monitor (Applications > utilities) to see what is using the memory.

• Activity monitor close unexpectedly when running in the background on the left

  Recently upgraded to Mac OS Sierra and Activity Monitor to close unexpectedly when running back plan left (do not smoke and open the activity monitor window) to a blank desktop when you use an application in another office. Clean install I tried but the activity monitor would still be down at random times when left running in the background to another empty office. Someone at - there experience this problem? For most browsing on the web using Safari on another desktop computer when Activity Monitor quit unexpectedly.

  Activity monitor also using a lot of energy since the upgrade?

  OS: macOS Sierra: 10.12 (installed via the upgrade, own installed after this problem).

  Do not forget that you are using the activity monitor version which was installed when you upgraded to Sierra. Activity monitor located in the your Mac utilities folder.

  If you have moved a previous version to a different location, it will not work.

  If you are using the correct version, post crash report. Error reports lies in the application of the Console under System reports or reports from usersand end in the suffix .crash. If you choose to do so, omit or hide any information that you consider personal.
